Step onto the deck and feel the ocean breeze brush across your face as waves roll gently against the shore. The sound of the surf follows you from sunrise coffee to evening strolls, where soft sand and sea air create a rhythm all their own. This is North Vilano Beach, where days unfold between ocean views, a saltwater pool, and the comfort of two coastal homes designed for gathering and unwinding.

Sleeping arrangements
Together, the two connected homes feature 6 bedrooms and 6 beds, accommodating up to 12 guests. Each home includes 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, with a total of 4 full baths and 2 half baths across the property. Essentials such as bed linens, towels, extra blankets, soap, and toilet paper are provided, along with clothing storage and hangers for convenience.

Outdoor living
After a morning by the ocean, cool off in the saltwater pool, open year-round and surrounded by sea air. Relax under the covered patio, prepare dinner on the BBQ grill, and linger as the sky fades into evening hues. Beach access is nearby, and beach essentials are included to make your seaside days effortless.

Kitchen & dining
A fully equipped kitchen in each home invites you to cook with stainless steel appliances including refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Enjoy meals at the dining table while taking in sweeping ocean views, or step outside for casual alfresco dining by the pool.

Comfort & convenience
Inside, unwind with a 50-inch HDTV with Roku (guests are expected to provide their own login credentials) or stay connected with high-speed Wi-Fi. Air conditioning, ceiling fans, and heating keep the space comfortable year-round. A washer and dryer are available for extended stays, and safety features include a smoke alarm and fire extinguisher. Elevator access connects all three levels, ensuring easy movement throughout the property, while self check-in via keypad simplifies arrivals.

Parking & pets
Three driveway parking spaces are available, with the option to confirm garage or boat parking in advance. The property welcomes pets—dogs only, with prior approval and applicable fees—so your companions can enjoy the coast alongside you.

-Please be aware that outdoor surveillance camera(s) are in operation on this property for security purposes.
-Pool is Not Heated. No Hot Tub.
-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details. These items are required to complete your reservation.
-Pet Disclaimer: Properties listed as "Pet Friendly", Only Accept Dog(s), 2 maximum (where allowed), subject to breed and weight restrictions. Pre-Approval is required along with separate pet fees collected after you book. Pet Fee is $75 per night, not to exceed $750, plus taxes. Fee for a 2nd dog is dependent upon breed, weight & approval.
