Vi är stolta över att presentera "The Playhouse Retreat". Detta är semesterort nr 1 i Scottsdale för vuxna och barn i alla åldrar.

Allt är helt nytt inifrån och ut. Över en miljon dollar investerades nyligen i att renovera den här egenskapen för att skapa ett unikt showpiece.

Du kommer in i trädgården genom en stor täckt uteplats där det finns en sittgrupp och matbord med plats för 12 personer.

Poolkomplexet är möblerat med chassitstolar i kommersiell resort och har sittplatser. Det finns gott om utrymme för dig och alla dina vänner att umgås vid poolen och njuta av Arizona-solen.

Det finns ett stort åtta personer spa för alla att njuta av.

Hela pool- och spaområdet är grindat så om du har små barn behöver du inte oroa dig för att de vandrar utanför och faller i poolen. Det är barnsäkert och familjevänligt.

På tal om barn finns det ett par specialområden i trädgården som bara är för barn. Det finns en helt ny kommersiell lekplats. Detta garanterar att dina små är upptagna med att spela i timmar.

Bredvid lekplatsen finns en barns säkerhetsstad. Barnen kommer att älska stänkskyddet. Det är ett bra sätt för barn att hålla sig sval när det är varmt ute. Föräldrar, du kanske till och med kommer att köra igenom det också.

We had the BEST time!

Such a wonderful time at this property, there was so much to do for kids and adults alike! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a fun and easy family holiday. Best vacay ever

We brought the kids here to celebrate my birthday and never had a reason to leave the property! We had the best time. Besides the epic backyard, the house itself was one of the best we have stayed in. There was nothing the host hadn’t thought of! We hope to come back again. Soon!

Wonderful Stay

We absolutely loved staying here. All the kids of all ages and the adults had things to do. We especially loved playing pickle ball and hanging out in the pool area. The house comes with everything you need, even a little more than expected! Would definitely stay here again in the future!

Your own Private Resort!

This is a great property if you have a family with little ones or even teenagers. Lots to do, extremely spacious and in a very quiet neighborhood. Host is very accommodating and responds very fast. 10/10 would stay here again.

Amazing house for young kids

Our extended family had an amazing time at this property. We had six kids all ages 5 and under and they had a blast during our entire stay. They were very upset when it was time to go home. Highly recommended for any family with young kids.

Family Fun

The children (9 months to 4 1/2 years) never stopped exploring, playing with toys, and using the warm pool. It was nonstop fun! Would rent again without hesitation.

Great Staycation

The property and location was excellent. The house amenities are awesome and perfect for families with kids, especially young ones. I was grateful that we didnt have to pack strollers or highchairs or kids plates and utensils. The only feedback we had was that there needs to be additional shade around the pool and splashpad.

Family Vacation

Wonderful place to stay with our kids and grandkids. Grandkids ages from 1 month to 5 years old. They all had a great time in the backyard. The house was just as advertised and the owners and the property manager were wonderful to work with. Hoping we get the opportunity to stay again. The kids loved every minute!

Resort Living

The house has something for every age group. The outdoor area is spectacular. The grilling area could use some type of cover to shade it from the Arizona sun. Beautiful pool and hot tub. The splash pad was commercial grade. The pickleball court was another favorite. Everyone had a great time!

Worth EVERY Penny

We stayed for 5 days at this amazing property with grandpa, 3 kiddos (ages 7, 6 and 3), auntie and uncle, and us (mom and dad). Everyone enjoyed the property so very much. It's very clean, very well organized and has just about everything you need for your stay which took away a lot of that stress to set everything up. The kids enjoyed the backyard so much that it was always a fight to try to get them in the car to explore the area! But truly, you didn't even need to go anywhere. You were already at your own personal resort. I will say that you will NOT regret staying here - book it.

Perfect family destination for kids!

This was by far the most unique and fun VRBO location we have ever stayed at. There was so much to do (pickle ball, shuffleboard, playground, splash pad, putting green, mini, soccer field, basketball, hoop, pool, fire pit, tiny town, etc) that we never really had to leave the property. The house was well-maintained and clean, the property manager was very responsive, and there were so many toys and activities for the kids they were never bored. We would love to return!
