Country Style Cottage - slappna av och njut av utsikten. Njut av lands erfarenhet av Graham's Cottage, en härlig studio lägenhet som rymmer upp till 2 vuxna. Njut av Jans hemlagad shortbread vid ankomsten.

Beläget på "Island Views" -fastighet, är det värt enheten uppför backen för att beundra den magnifika utsikten över Tamar Island vid ankomsten till stugan. Bara 10 minuter från Launceston GPO och på Tamar Valley vinruten. Cirka 500 meter till Tamar Island Wetlands Center, fågelskådning och strandpromenad till ön. Ett måste för turister. Kontinental frukost tillgänglig på begäran mot liten extra kostnad.

Omvänd cykelvärmepump ger en behaglig temperatur året runt. Macracarpa furu kök bänkar är en fantastisk funktion av stugan. Badrummet innehåller både bad och dusch.

Mindre än 15 minuter med bil till Launceston GPO, Cataract Gorge och stol-lift, 10 minuter till Grindlewald Swiss Village. Graham's Cottage är idealiskt beläget för besök på lokala vingårdar, restauranger, kaféer och stränder.

Nice little place with a superb view

Very welcoming and helpful hosts, nice little cottage, which had everything we needed. Beautiful view over the Wetlands. The steep driveway was a bit of a challenge for our small rental car. Would definetely come again.

Charming Cottage with spectacular views

Lovely cottage. Hosts have thought of everything we could need.plenty of extra towels, blankets. View over Tamar wetlands is amazing. Bed comfy. Hosts very friendly and helpful.

Little Hideaway

A little gem out of the busyness of the city, yet well appointed. Beautiful views, that you share with chooks, farm animals and wildlife. Loved this little place. It was comfortable and had everything we needed for our two nights in the area. Special little touches as well. Thank you Janine and Paul.

Gold Star for Silver Celebration

My wife and I recently celebrated our Silver Wedding Anniversary with a trip to Tassie. I found this place in the app, and the great price drew me in, not to mention its location within Tassie, and, then the photos just pushed it over the line. We loved our time in Tassie, and this place was so good! The host was amazing, friendly, and, made sure that we had plenty of privacy. The plate of shortbread on arrival was to die for! The view every morning looking out over the Tamar River, well, the photos just don’t do it justice. The hosts are very approachable, and really went above and beyond, ensuring we had a lovely time, and sharing helpful hints as well. My wife and I both spent years of our lives in the bush, and the farm animals, and pademelons, native birds, and other critters just made this stay so relaxing. I couldn’t recommend this place highly enough! When we go back down to Tassie, this will be our first choice to stay. Thanks again to Janine and Paul.

We enjoyed our stay at Graham’s Cottage. Janine and Paul were helpful and thoughtful hosts. A great location, very peaceful and easy access to Launceston. Would definitely book again on future visits.

Awesome

Very steep hill to get up to the property but worth the view. You get greeted by Wallaby's on arrival.Hosts are very flexible and helpful. Cottage is lovely with attention to detail. Fresh flowers, herbs, fruit and biscuits awaiting you. Not to mention the sweets on your beds.Clean and homely.

Hidden Gem

Scrupulously clean and well cared for it’s hard to fault this little hidden gem for a short stay less than 10 minutes out of Launceston. The elevated view over the Tamar wetlands is really worth the short drive to the little farm which also provides privacy and an escape from all road noise on the busy road below. Nothing we needed had been forgotten but Janine and Paul are amiable and welcoming and were on site happy to offer assistance if needed.

A Home Away from Home

A delightful and beautifully presented cottage with everything I needed for my stay. Beautiful view over the Tamar Valley wetlands. An ideal location to explore Launceston and the Tamar Valley. Janine and Paul were lovely hosts adding extra touches to make my stay a home away from home. I had a special request and they went above and beyond to accommodate it which I truly appreciated. I look forward to staying there again on my last night in Tasmania.

Island Views

A lovely cottage which we found very cosy and homely for our week long stay in Launceston. Freshly made shortbread and freshly picked flowers from the garden were left for us upon arrival. We would highly recommend this accomodation.

Well worth the effort to book the property.

The property is well presented, clean, furnished, ready for a seamless entry and stay. Janine and Paul were considerate and wonderful hosts, each of whom enquired about my stay and requirements on occasions. Storms impacted power supplies to the property and they offered to refund the cost of my stay. I will certainly return to Graham's cottage to again soak in the atmosphere and ambience that oozes through the area; and as previously mentioned the Targetts are wonderful hosts.

Riverview

Quite, peace and excellent for exploring Launceston and the surrounding areas. Our only downside was the accommodation was advertised as a cottage which it was not. Overall very pleasant

Be careful of the driveway

Lovely hosts and view but be wary of the long bumpy driveway especially at night in a hire car. Too hilly for older folk to walk too far without driving off the property. Great place for a short stay but too cramped for a week or more. The electric blanket was a very welcome surprise.
