Urchin Stugan ligger ca 1. 5 km från Esperance Post Office, en km från Esperance Tanker Brygga och en 300m promenad till Castle Beach. Det är 200 meter från de viktigaste strandvandrings- / cykelbanorna som tar dig till alla lekplatser och stränderna i närheten av staden.
Urchin Cottage har 3 stora sovrum och är inställd med en king size-säng i sovrummet, en dubbelsäng i det andra sovrummet och två stora enkelsängar i det tredje sovrummet. Alla sängar är mycket god kvalitet och är bäddade med kvalitet linne för din sovkomfort. Två sovrum har stora inbyggda kläder utom tredje som har en hängande rack och hyllor för gäster. Urchin Stugan är utrustad med allt du behöver förutom strandhanddukar.
Huset har ett rymligt kök som är utrustad med grytor, pannor och köksredskap. Med kompletterande te kaffe och mjölk med några smaktillsatser.
Urchin Cottage har en stor under tak utomhus underhållande område med en 9 bit utomhusmiljö och BBQ matlagningsmöjligheter.
Stugan ligger med gångavstånd till ett köpcentrum, kemist, frisör / skönhetssalonger, bensinstation, bageri / pizzabutik, tavern och fisk- och chipshop

Comfortable, family friendly, very good value.

Lovely big cottage with all the amenities a family needs, warm and clean, fully enclosed pet friendly sheltered yard. Bigger and more inclusions than I expected! Walking distance to shops and beach. Good communication from manager. Very good value.

Relaxing and comfortable stay

Wonderful location, loved the beach! Only negative would be needing to update pillows and bedding sheets but otherwise everything else was perfect. Definitely will book again , Thankyou.

From the moment we walked in the door we felt at home. A very comfortable house for all 5 of us (ages 11 yrs to 71 yrs) Would love to stay longer next time

Pet friendly comfortable home

Urchin Cottage provided the the perfect stay for us with our dogs. There is a good sized enclosed garden and the house was very comfortable and well located to explore Esperance and surrounding area.

Neat and clean with all amenities. There is no power-point in the bathroom, though, which meant that hair-drying had to be done in the bedroom, which is not ideal.

Esperance Getaway

Clean and tidy cottage with plenty of space. Easy walking distance to the beach and even into town if you don't mind a walk. Is a pet friendly property that is very secure. Had a fantastic stay and would definitely stay again

The cottage suited our needs and in a great location. The beds were comfy with nice linen. Felt the cleaner could have done a better job. The timber venetian blinds need attention and the bedside table in the 2nd bedroom needed to be cleaned, as with the windows also the door to the back porch. Great short stay

Urchin Cottage is in a great location and provides plenty of space for a comfortable stay. We had easy access to the beach and town as well as comfortable beds with lovely warm doonas for the chilly Esperance nights.

Urchin cottage

We had a beautiful relaxing 7 nights here and could easily have stayed longer. The cottage had everything you could need and more. It is in a great location close to everything and is nice and quiet, you can hear the ocean from the back of the house. It was in easy walking distance to a dog friendly beach. We never take for granted being able to stay somewhere so fabulous with our fur babies, thank you so much.

Sweet and Spacious

Urchin Cottage was a comfortable and spacious accommodation close to most things you would want to visit in Esperance. It was very clean upon arrival, with fresh linen for all of us. A short drive from the town centre, with a beach and an IGA a short walk away. Sean and Sharon were easy to contact and dealt with a minor issue promptly. We had a very relaxed stay, it was just what we needed!

We grew up in Esperance, travelled away and returned to live in Esperance. We love the beaches and the environment in and around Esperance , we are water people and love the beaches, if you want information about beaches, surfing, fishing, 4W Driving, we are happy to share.

Varför värden valde detta boende

Urchin Beach Cottage was one of the original cottages of Esperance, has had some interesting history of ownership in the Goldfields and to Esperance residents. We bought and renovated the cottage enough to start short term holiday rental.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Urchin Cottage is a lovely Cottage, it has that homely relaxed beach house feel. It has lovely old Jarrah floors and has had renovations to make it more comfortable over the years. We love that we can offer this accommodation to guests and they can have their dogs come to stay with them, with a dog beach within 2 minutes walk of the cottage.
