Casa Rachel, ligger i ett lugnt återvändsgränd med gott om parkeringsplatser och fantastiska utsikt över havet, är bara en 7 minuters promenad från den vackra, barnvänliga Flamingo Beach med sin utbud av restauranger och butiker. Ange söderläge trädgård du kliva in i en privat, fredlig oas med mogna kanariska plantering, en elektriskt uppvärmd pool, bubbelpool och uteservering i skuggan av pergolan som kan belysas på natten. Det finns en traditionell grill och massor av uteservering och solstolar. Den lugna trädgården är inte förbises. Villan och trädgårdar är på en nivå med några steg. Den eleganta öppen planlösning interiör nås via franska fönster till modernt kök, matsal och vardagsrum områden, bland annat satellit-TV med BBC, ITV etc; DVD; hi-fi och en byrå full av böcker, leksaker och spel. 2 dubbelrum har luftkonditionering och 2 tvåbäddsrum har fans. Det finns ett badrum, ett duschrum och ett eget duschrum.

Return to a wonderful house

Casa Rachel is a beautiful, clean, well equipped and professionally maintained property with every facility a holidaymaker could wish for.This is the second time I have stayed here with members of my family and grandchildren and I would recommended it to anyone.

Great girlie villa week away!

Villa Rachel is in a great location, close enough to everything but tucked away & therefore quiet. The garden is established & well kept & the pool is lovely - and even got cleaned part-way through our stay! We hired a car for the week & that’s definitely a good idea even if for little more than carrying water back from the shops as the closest we found was about a 10-minute walk away. The villa has everything you need…well-equipped kitchen, powerful showers & comfy beds, & communication with Donna was great from start to finish. It’s obvious why they get repeat bookings!

Beautiful Villa in a great location

We have had a wonderful stay in Casa Rachel. The villa was lovely and clean and very well equipped. We really enjoyed the outside space and pool. The sea view was great. The location was an easy walk to the seafront where we enjoyed very nice meals and swimming in the sea at Playa Flamingo. We look forward to returning in the future. Thank you Donna

Erholsame Tage

Wir hatten eine richtig gute Zeit in diesem gepflegten und gemütlichen Haus. Für alles war gesorgt: Poolpflege, frische Handtücher und Bettwäsche. Besonders geschätzt haben wir die ruhige Wohngegend und die Nähe zu Strand und Restaurants. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Great Villa, heated pool

Very well equipped Villa, has the best equipped kitchen we’ve ever seen. The heated pool 26 degrees was a great benefit in Jan / February and made our stay very pleasant. 10 minutes from the beach and restaurant & Bars, 25 minutes walk to the main town!Would happily book again.

Relaxing holiday in stunning villa

We had a lovely stay in your beautiful villa. We all enjoyed the homely feel. It had everything we could have asked for. We had a very relaxing time, weather was in 30s the first week (hotest I've every known Lanzarote) and mid 20s the second. Karen was great, dropping off fresh towels and there if needed. Never stayed in a villa that has been serviced so regularly and had the pool or garden looked after so well. Thanks again for being that personal touch at the end of the phone. We all definitely hope to come back again.

Great Villa perfect location

We had a wonderful stay, did not have a car this time, easy to get around walking and Taxi's which were very reasonable charges. The Beach is beautiful and very safe for our 7 year old Grand daughter. Thanks Donna, we will be back again.

A beautiful house that lives up to its billing

A spacious, bright, clean, very well equipped property with a lovely swimming pool surrounded by a colorful garden. The outdoor area is private and has a pleasant sea view. Shops, bus stops and Flamingo Beach are within reasonable walking distance, even for our 3 year old. The property is also very well serviced and the single (minor) issue we contacted the manager about was dealt with promptly. I would recommend Casa Rachel to anyone.

Sehr familienfreundliche Unterkunft

Wir waren als 3 Generationenfamilie in Donnas Haus, die Enkel sind 2,5 und 4,5 Jahre alt. Es war alles dort: vom Hochstuhl, Babybett, Teller, Besteck und Trinkbecher - ebenso wie extrem viele (Bilder-) Bücher und Spielsachen. Der Pool ist wunderbar, auch hier gab es tolles Spielzeug für die ganze Familie. Die Küche ist toll ausgestattet, wir haben viel gekocht. Nur die Ehebetten sind mit 140cm grenzwertig. Alles in allem- sehr schöner Aufenthalt!

Warm January Sunshine in a handy and comfortable setting.

Everything you need for a pleasant and comfortable winter break in Lanzarote. Great outdoor area and a heated pool overlooking the sparkling sea and Fuertaventura in the distance. The property itself sits below the red volcano (great walk opportunity) and offers really comfortable and pleasant accomodation. Our first visit to Lanzarote which we found much more interesting and varied than we imagined, such as the volcanic vineyards and the beautiful town of Teguise... We had a great time. Thank you very much.

Wonderful stay in this beautiful villa

Thanks to the perfect support from owners Donna and Steven we could enjoy our holiday in the villa from the start to the end. Perfectly equipped and well located in Playa Blanca. Views, tranquility and a heated pool made our days, beside tours by car which is highly recommended when you like to explore Lanzarote. We hope to come back to this villa! Return to Villa Rachel

We stayed at this villa 10 years ago so we were interested to see the changes Donna had made. Lovely new kitchen and all new bathrooms with superb walk in showers. Comfortable, air-conditioned bedrooms and a now extended panoramic view of the coast and across to Fuerteventura. Pool was warm and clean and the garden has a lovely sofa area which is particularly pleasant in the early to mid-mornings. Very enjoyable place to enjoy Playa Blanca from. Recommeded.

Fabulous family holiday

We had a week in this villa and wished we could have stayed longer. Clean and very well equipped, we even had a beach parasol. Powerful showers and the pool was really warm and clean. We hired a car but you could easily do without - we walked to the beach and restaurants. The Argentinian restaurant (walk down to seafront, turn right and keep walking, it’s up the steps behind the diving place) was amazing and the Italian in the same place was equally good. We walked up the Montana Roja behind the villa at sunrise one morning, what an experience! You can walk down into the crater which the kids loved. Communication with Donna before and during the holiday was fantastic & she really does go above and beyond to ensure her clients have the best holiday. All in all, we agreed that this was our best family holiday to date and we hope to return one day!

Disappointed.

We travelled as 3 generations and the bedroom layout worked well for us. The kitchen and living area are great and well stocked with all you could need, However that's were the positives ended for us. The gardens are in a poor condition, if you are expecting a beautiful well stocked garden as per photos 23 to 29 then you are going to be as disappointed as my parents were. Photo 34 after the garden alterations is probably the closest reflection but in my opinion the garden has declined since then. We also had an issue with the pool due to the pool water being in a poor condition, this took several visits from Karen the property manager and 3 days to resolve. We where advised by Karen this was due to a combination of leaf debris, calima dust and pool filters constantly blocking. We were also advised by Karen that it was safe to use even though you couldn't see the bottom nor the steps into the deep end. The master bedroom bed states king size bed but has a double mattress topper?. There is also no lighting by the gate key box so if you arrive late take a torch. One last thing to note, when your booking is confirmed by VRBO the owner sends you a separate booking agreement to sign and return before you travel. I have never had this before but understand why its sent when you read clause 10 "Liability".

Lovely family villa

We had a wonderful stay in this villa. It is spacious and well laid out and has a comfortable, homely feel. The pool was lovely and warm and kept clean during our stay, my 2 year old granddaughter couldn’t wait to get in every day. The villa is in a quiet location so little noise at night but it was only a short walk to the lovely Flamingo beach,restaurants and shops. Communication with Donna was great, she was really helpful and answered all our queries very quickly.

We are Donna and Steven Hartley. We live in the bracing North of England and have fallen love with Playa Blanca and Casa Rachel. It's our haven in the sunshine which has ideal space for our extended family to get together in a perfect climate at any time of the year. We find it is ideal for all our ages being totally on one level and the internal layout makes it suitable for couples, two families or for a large family group.

We chose this villa because of its peaceful residential location with lovely sea views but also its closeness to beaches, shops and restaurants.
As garden lovers we cherish our private and secluded garden with mature planting around its heated swimming pool.
It provides the perfect place to unwind under the shade of the palm trees and pergola.
