Ljusfylld och rymlig, detta avkopplande 4 sovrum strand hus Àr perfekt belÀget och fullt utrustade. Det finns nÄgot för alla - barn kommer stÀndigt underhÄlla och vuxna kan helt slappna av.

Bara 10 minuters promenad frÄn en spektakulÀr Rye back strand med den berömda halvön promenad. NÄgra minuters bilresa till Peninsula Hot Springs och ett par minuter mer till ett urval av golfbanor.

Om du slutar bröda eller vill att nÄgon annan ska göra en mÄltid för dig finns det en
Milk Bar, en Gourmet Cafe, en Bageri och en Fish'n'Chips butik pÄ den lokala stripen - bara tvÄ minuters promenad runt hörnet!

Men huset sjÀlv Àr i en avskild och lugn cul-de-sac satt pÄ 1800m2 av frodig trÀdgÄrd.

Summer family holiday

We were very happy with the accommodation, better than expected. Great having 2 large living areas, and close to beach and shops. We really enjoyed our time with our children and grandchildren

Nice break with friends

Property was great for two families, quiet location close to beautiful back beach. There were some issues with cleanliness but the owner responded quickly to this. We had a great long weekend.

Fantastic location - Beautiful house.

If your looking for a big house that can accommodate 10 people with a quiet location and perfect driving distance to Rye and St.Andrews look no further! My family and I loved the house and the owner’s communicated with me when needed. ( the cleaners could give it a better clean and we did find a few Spiders around) besides that we loved it.. will stay again!

Beach Haven

The property title says it all, just 5 mins from all the conviences you need but feels like you are 100km's away. Very peaceful

Spacious property and great location. Marisa is a fantastic host!

We were a group of 4 couples and I plan a biannual trip to catch up for a number of years. We chose this property because it had a variety of activities included. We loved playing TT, pool table and spending time in the large living room. The large kitchen bench top was amazing and we loved that the host had provided capsules for the coffee machine. Marisa was a fantastic host and very accommodating. Communicated regularly and had a quick response when we had an inquiry's during our stay. We did find the house was dusty. A few of us have dust allergies and we had issues for most of the trip. We did try to spend more time outdoors but it did affect our overall experience. There were also a large number of Daddy-long-leg spiders across the property (indoors). We didn't mind but certainly would be an issue for people who are arachnophobic. Overall we had an enjoyable stay so thank you for hosting Marisa!

Great Family Long Weekend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with 2 families with old & young kids... the house was as promised (nice to have the welcome basket with coffee pods, soaps etc) & walking distance to a nice bakery/café & fish n chip Pizza shop as well as walks along the beach etc and close to other touristy things to do on the peninsula..P.S. Marisa was very responsive to queries & accommodating with a couple of requests!

A Very Happy Easter Family Holiday

Lovely comfortable clean home in a quiet area with a relatively easy stroll to the beach. Well equipped. Ideal for all ages. The owner was very lovely and provided us with all the relevant information prior to our stay. Would definitely recommend this property for a relaxing holiday.

PERFECT HOME AWAY FROM HOME!

I booked 'back beach haven' for 3 families during the Queen's birthday weekend and was very impressed by a number of factors. - This property was extremely clean and organised. - It accomodated both adults and children with excellent entertainment. There was a pool table, trampoline, table tennis, a basketball ring, a treasure hunt of fairies in the garden, a great selection of DVD's and boardgames and the list goes on. So it was suitable for all ages and even on the colder days we couldn't leave the house. - the huge dining table with lots a chairs allowed us all to sit and enjoy a meal together which was lovely! - there were two separate living areas which meant the kids were contained and entertained themselves while the adults enjoyed some quiet time with a cup of tea. - the location was fantastic with a short stroll to the beach, local bakery and shops. The Enchanted maze and bowling/mini golf were only a short drive away. All in all we had a wonderful time staying at the back beach haven and would definitely book it again. Thanks for providing such a comfortable place to stay for our holiday!

Excellent, clean, relaxing!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at back beach haven. The place was spacious, very clean, very comfortable, homely and relaxing. There was plenty of room for all 5 of us, with room for a few more. There were activities to do inside if it was to hot or wet and space for children and adults to do there own thing. Great garden, which my daughter and I enjoyed, looking for the well placed hidden fairies and there was a nice area for bbqing and eating outside. A short walk from the Rye back beach and local bakery and cafe meant that we didn't need to go far; however if needed it's only a 5 minute drive to the main part of Rye. Would definitely stay there again, as we were able to relax and do nothing or go for a quick drive to the local attractions. Thankyou!

A memorable family getaway

An excellent and comfortable property for 2 families.  The house is clean, light, bright has all the features you could want. Room to move and plenty of features to keep the children occupied.  Loved the trampoline, snooker table and ping pong table.  A beautiful garden surrounded the property and no matter what window you looked out of you were surrounded by flowering trees and plants. An excellent choice of family games and DVDs on offer as an added bonus.  I highly recommend this property to anyone with active children and is ideal for anyone who is seeking to enjoy all the Mornington Peninsula has to offer.
