Våra 1 000 kvadratmeter, 2 sovrum (plus loft), 2 badrum stadsbostad ligger 11 miles (mindre än 15 minuter) norr om centrum och 14 miles (15 minuter) söder om Purgatory Ski-området. Detta bästa av båda världens platser erbjuder integritet med utmärkt närhet till områdets främsta bekvämligheter och spektakulär utsikt över Animasdalen och de röda klipporna som är så ikoniska av de skäl som många dras till Durango. Dalton Ranch Golf Course och Trimble Hot Springs ligger 4 miles från bostaden, och det finns närliggande restauranger, två närliggande golfbanor och en av områdets bästa livsmedelsbutiker.

Residensen backar upp till National Forest Land och det historiska Durango & Silverton turisttåget går i anslutning till fastigheten. Det finns uteservering både framför towome och på baksidan av sovrummet. Du kan förvänta dig alla vanliga bekvämligheter som WIFI, kabel-TV, tvättmaskin / torktumlare och sängkläder / handdukar. Det finns också ett enda bilgarage som kan användas för förvaring eller parkering (förutsatt att ditt fordon inte är stort).

Just a couple of suggestion

Would be great if there were more towels. Also there were no wash cloths and only one hand towel for each bathroom. The bed in the downstairs bedroom is so hard not even my 17 year old son would sleep on it. Everything else was great! Kitchen was well stocked and we loved the location.

Quick business getaway

My husband and I came to Colorado on a quick business trip. The location was perfect for us. It was very clean and offered the basic amenities. We had to get in touch with the property manager a couple of times, the response was excellent. Prompt and answered all our questions!

Steep stairs

Stayed for a total of 4 nights. Property was clean kitchen had everything we needed. Outside furniture was super dirty we weren’t able to enjoy the back porch. Communication with rental property could have been a little better. Stairs are super steep and small. Had a hard time getting our bags up the stairs.

Perfect for a ski vacation

It was perfect for 4 adults and 2 teenagers. We never really felt too on top of each other. Check-in was easy and so was check-out. The kitchen is very well equipped, we cooked almost every meal at the house. The location is perfectly set between the ski resort and downtown. about 10-15 minutes each way. Also very close to the hot springs. There was also plenty of room for 6 sets of ski gear in the storage closet on the patio. The only thing is that the bed downstairs is rock hard but all of the other beds were super comfortable and we made it work. Overall would recommend and look to stay at this rental again. Thank you!

Perfect

We enjoyed our stay very much. The condo had everything we needed and more. The kitchen was fully stocked. The mattress were firm, with plenty of blankets. The A/c was wonderful. Clear instructions of checkout was very nice .

Close to town. Train comes by so not a place for quiet. Not the cleanest place I have stayed. Dust hanging from ceiling, mildew in showers, grease build up microwave and dishwasher. Hand soaps half full and used toiletries provided. Carpet is pretty dirty so bring slippers. Careful who you decides to sleep upstairs the staircase is very steep narrow and carpet made it slippery, we all took a turn falling.

Relaxing!

We stayed here on the last leg of our journey and it was just what we needed! I loved that the location was outside of downtown, it was more quiet that way. They had everything we needed and it was close to the river!

Great location, Good unit with some issues

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location! This unit is a good choice in general, although we had some problems with the unit. 1. Upstairs bathroom: bathtub did not drain well, and the shower diverter did not function well. So we all had to use the tiny shower room downstairs.2. There was water coming in thru a couple of the cracked tiles in the kitchen.3. One spider actively building webs on the light fixture in the room downstairs.

Great Place to Stay

The property is just like the photos. Super clean, has everything you could need for a weekend stay. The property is a little far from town but worth it. My family and I stayed for 2 nights and 3 days and it was perfect!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, my wife, daughter and I enjoyed our month long stay in the Durango area very much. The condo was the perfect size, well decorated, and clean upon arrival. The washing machine was broken but Premier Vacation rentals communicated this and scheduled the repair the first Thursday after our arrival. A few other items broken were the front screen door and the legs on the family room end table which should have been inspected and repaired before our arrival. That said, Premier Vac Rentals understood our concerns and gave us a nice credit on our reservation for the inconvenience. Besides these few small items, we would book this property again in the future!

Dirty underwear in a drawer. Dishes in dishwasher were dirty. Trash. Hair in the shower. AC only in bedrooms. Fire alarm starting beeping and it’s hidden in a craw space. Won’t be back.

Raft trip with the grandkids

This was a great space for the 5 of us. The boys stayed in the loft area on the bunk beds, great idea, by the way! The bedrooms were nice and spacious. I would stay there again.

Colorado Getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was perfect for the four of us (even though would have slept more guests comfortably). We had enough room to spread out, but still be together. This location was perfect for what we had plans for... not too far from Durango; a few miles from the ski resort; a beautiful drive to Silverton.The kitchen is supplied with ample cookware and nice dishes and silverware. The linens were all top quality.The only thing that needs some attention is the back porch on the ground level. The railing was torn down. There are sand bags placed to hold up the railing. There was a plastic covering that had been hung to cover this area up, but it had fallen and had crumbled down over the area. It was obvious that this had been this way for a length of time, as lots of spiders had taken over with webs all over the area. We used the gas grill but were not able to sit in the area.
