Detta lyxiga hem med 6 sovrum ligger precis vid kanten av Lake Macquarie i Raffertys Resort, med inhemskt buskmark på ena sidan och en 30 sekunders promenad till Resorts huvudsakliga pool, kafé och restaurang på andra sidan. Plats för upp till 12 gäster

Detta arkitektoniskt utformade hem är perfekt för den stora eller stora familjen, med mer än tillräckligt med utrymme för alla och är rullstolsvänligt på bottenvåningen.

Bottenvåningen har gourmetkök med bänkskivor i granit, diskmaskin, kylskåp med två dörrar i rostfritt stål och har en TV inbyggd i köksens bakre vägg. Det finns också en Ipod / Ipad-dockningsstation i köket för ditt lyssnande nöje.

Den privata innergården med avslappnade loungemöbler leder från matplatsen intill köket. Det magnifika matbordet är tillräckligt stort för 12 gäster och skulle vara perfekt för en festmåltid. De stora helt inhägnade markerna har också en privat bakgård med stor Webber-grill och en utomhusdusch.

Handikappanpassat badrum är på markplan liksom två sovrum med 2 enkelsängar vardera, och ett sovrum med dubbelsäng. Befälhavaren svit har också ett badrum med dubbelt 18-jet spa-bad, dusch och toalett område.

På övervåningen finns ytterligare 3 sovrum (speglar de nedanför inklusive spa-badet!). Det stora loungen har en väggmonterad 106 cm Smart TV, Foxtel och DVD-spelare. Ett stort studieområde ligger utanför loungen och skulle vara perfekt för ett läsrum om du vill fly till ditt eget utrymme. De stora glidande dörrarna i glaset öppnar sig mot den stora dolda verandan med ett fjärrstyrt soltak. Huset är helt luftkonditionerat med kanalluft i hela och takfläktar för extra komfort. WiFi ingår. De vidsträckta vyerna över sjön är en bonus och huset är perfekt positionerat för avskildhet.

På bottenvåningen finns också en fullt utrustad tvättstuga och separat toalettområde.

Det är bara en 30 sekunders promenad till orts största pool, café och restaurang. Förutom den lyx och ren avkoppling som Pelican Escape ger, har du också fri tillgång till alla bekvämligheter som anläggningen erbjuder, inklusive pooler, tennisbanor, strand vid sjön, fin restaurang, båtramp etc.

Stunning House

Enormous house with gorgeous outlook over Lake Macquarie, with plenty of privacy from neighbours. Adjacent to a resort but no-one around when we stayed so felt like we were the only ones around. Wi-fi not great, couldn't get the speaker to connect or the TV to work. Short on basic supplies, no salt, 4 tea bags, 4 coffee pods for 9 women over 3 nights so that could be improved. We always take all our specialty stuff, but the standard type not provided, like most of the other places we have stayed at. Kitchen had ample crockery, pots, pans etc but only 2 thin tea towels, no paper towel, a couple of dishwashing tablets. We tend to stay in house, cook all meals and obviously clean up so again not having enough basic supplies was a nuisance. But overall, the house suits big groups and we had a fabulous time.

Wonderful property

Had an amazing time. Everyone loved the house. It caters for elderly and disabled people as there are bedrooms downstairs and an accessible bathroom for people who can't access the bedrooms upstairs. Highly recommended.

Perfect weekend retreat

This property is brilliant! We went away for a quiet girls weekend and we could not have been happier. The house is generous, it contains everything we needed and the outlook and views are perfect. Having a great little restaurant not even 100 mtrs away made the whole experience a relaxing and convenient. We will be back!

We loved having our weekend getaway in this property! It is such a beautiful location, you walk out and see the lake immediately. It is such a quiet and beautiful house, furnitured beautifully. 10/10 recommend.

Amazing house and location - just perfect for our large family getaway.

Spacious house with private outdoor living areas and amazing access to the lake and resort facilities. A few small things were not what we expected for an executive home stay - the fridge had a strong unpleasant seafood odour and there were no cleaning products to use; face washers were provided instead of hand towels in bathrooms; tv remotes didn’t have working batteries; utensils were in disarray and some needed cleaning/replacement. It would be great if guests could have the option of having 2 single beds made up as one bed for couples.
