This house is beautiful and the amenities are fantastic! By far the nicest place we have ever rented! The extra things that the hosts provided like a full coffee/tea bar, snacks and beverages, bottled waters and ice (since the weather was expected to be hot over the weekend) were a really nice touch that’s was very generous and thoughtful! They are very communicative and check in with you to make sure you are comfortable and enjoying your stay and they are very flexible so long as you abide by the house rules and be respectful to the neighbors! We hope to stay here again in the future! Thank you to Lori and Fred for letting us enjoy your home!

A group of friends and I came out for Coachella a this was the perfect location close to grocery stores and the polo grounds. Lori was so communicative and lovely to work with and you can tell she’s a host that cares about groups having a great experience. Would absolutely book again!!

Terrific home with everything you could imagine and more. Close to Indian Wells which we flew down for. La Quinta is beautiful!!! Home and owners wonderful!!!

Awesome vrbo

It truly is a stocked home - from toothpaste (which we forgot) to sunscreen (which we ran out of) - they had it all!! The coffee station was also a highlight and we loved the hot tub! The beds and shower was great also. Very close to Indian Wells Tennis Center - we will definitely rent here again!!

Multigenerational family vacay

We had a wonderful time in La Quinta. The home is absolutely lovely and had everything we needed. Communication with the owners was easy and efficient. We loved the neighborhood access to hiking trails and the spectacular views. This is the best home rental experience we have had by far!

Darling house, full of amazing amenities

Not only was the property very clean and ready for us, it was full of extra amenities that you would not normally see at a rental property. Excellent communication with the property manager. Treated us like friends staying at their house. Thanks!

Perfect Escape

Lori’s place was absolutely perfect for our family. We booked this spot to have a place to relax after a busier beginning to our trip. The house was super clean and well organized. I have never had a better stocked house (toiletries, plastic cups for use by the pool and hot tub, tons of board games and books etc). Lori was very easy to get in touch with and gave us some great recommendations for the area. It was only a quick drive to grocery stores, restaurants and shopping. We loved our visit and hope to be back again some day soon.

Terrific

This was simply the best equipped vrbo we have ever stayed at. The kitchen has everything necessary for meals. The coffee bar is fully loaded with tea and coffee as well multiple types of sweetness or additions. The bathroom is fully stocked with every imaginable toiletries. The owners are very approachable. The location, La Quinta cove is ideal. Absolutely no criticism. Would, no will stay again

Perfect, best stocked home I have ever stayed in.

My teenage son and I stayed here during a lacrosse tournament. Everything we needed, and more, was available in the home. From extra toothbrushes to more laundry supplies than even a lacrosse player could need to every coffee preference to enough kitchen items to prepare a 10 course meal to ....the list goes on. Lori was easy to work with and the location was perfect for events at the Empire Polo Club. Old town La Quinta was charming and Lori recommended good local restaurants. Hope to be back next year!

La Quinta Cove Gem

We stayed here over New Year’s Eve and the following week. The house was clean and very well stocked with everything you need in abundance. The coffee bar was excellent with everything you need for coffee or tea. The host provided plenty of paper products and the bathrooms were also stocked with shampoo, conditioner, even 2 types of ponytail holders. There were also plenty of games, great TV’s and Wi-Fi. The host was very accommodating and responsive. You definitely couldn’t ask for much more, great location as well. 5 stars for sure!

Fabulous Property

We had so much fun at this house in La Quinta. Close to amazing hikes, with several bicycles available for guests. This house was the most well-stocked of any that we've stayed. Forgot anything? Not a problem... the hosts have got you covered! The coffee/tea bar is a sight to behold, the game cabinet is so much fun, and the beds are super comfortable. Host is very accessible, and truly wants you to have a great time. Will 100% return.

Very Close to Coachella Festival Grounds

Our hosts were super easy to work with! They made sure to communicate all necessary instructions upon arrival. The house was fully stocked with everything you need: towels, bed sheets, extra pillows, pull out beds, umbrellas and layout chairs and beds for the swimming area, bikes, board games, paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher and laundry detergent pods, trash bags, a washer and dryer, TVs in each room, a bbq grill, foil, ziploc bags, cooking ware, plates, glasses, utensils, even plastic plates cups and utensils too, etc.! You can fit up to 12 people at this house. The hosts were so kind that they provided us with a gift card to spend a little more on food and drinks... The house is about 5 miles away from Coachella. You can easily take the shuttle bus at La Quinta Inn/Hotel which is 2 miles away by taking Uber or Lyft to the shuttle station. I would definitely recommend anyone booking this place for Coachella or Stagecoach!

Wonderful Stay!

My wife, two sons, and I recently spent a little over a week in this beautiful La Quinta Cove home and we couldn't be happier about the accommodations and our interactions with our wonderful hosts. Our hosts provided excellent communication before and during our trip and we felt very welcomed. The home is very well stocked and the hosts really have thought of everything to make the stay a real vacation. The pictures on the website are an accurate depiction of the layout and decor of the home, but of course the pictures can't capture the inviting and relaxing feeling that you experience as soon as soon as you enter the home. The home is in a great location - only 5 minutes from downtown Old Town La Quinta and walking distance to the Fred Wolff Nature Preserve path. Also, it's just a little over an 8 mile roundtrip run/hike from the home to Lake Cahuilla (up Avenida Carranza to the Cove Trailhead and then take the Cove to Lake trail to Lake Cahuilla). We had a very fun and relaxing stay and we would certainly stay here again.

Girls trip!

We loved our time in La Quinta. The home was perfect for our relaxing getaway. The house had everything we needed and more. The beds were comfortable and the pool was perfectly located for sun tanning. The house is extremely well stocked.

Great Family Location

We had a great time and really enjoyed the home and its layout. We stayed over the long Thanksgiving weekend and had three family's that were able to live comfortably in the home. The kitchen was the best part. We were all able to fit and cook and not be in each others way. The Master Bath was also very very nice. Everything was very well done and we have no complaints. Thank you.

Exceeded Expections!

Lori & Fred have literally thought of EVERYTHING when it comes to hosting! Trust the reviews, they are on point, and the photos do not do the property the justice it deserves. From the complimentary beauty/hygiene products (top qualify by the way!), to the super sweet welcome note and gift, to the dog supplies, there really is nothing you would ever need to bring, other than yourself and your food. The neighborhood is perfect for biking and hiking, or just lounging. Thank you Lori & Fred for sharing your beautiful home and amenities with us!

Incredible stay at an incredible house!

The house is absolutely gorgeous! The master bedroom has a beautiful walk in shower that the kids loved. The walk in shower has several features. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with everything! The pool was incredible and came with floaties, goggles and plenty of pool toys for the kids to enjoy. The hot tub was extremely relaxing. The backyard is big and beautiful and had an amazing fire pit. We had an incredible stay and would definitely stay again! It is pet friendly and even our dogs had a great time!

Home away from home

Our family of 4 recently stayed at Lori and Fred's home for a few days as a quick getaway. This was the first vacation for our family (including 2 kids) this year due to the pandemic and I was looking for a clean and safe family home with multiple attractions onsite. We had a blast hanging out in the pool, hot tub and eating BBQ meals. But most of all it was Lori and Fred's family friendly set up that made this vacation superb. Right from the moment we booked, Lori communicated with me consistently, answering any questions and helping me plan. The check in and check out process was a breeze. The home was immaculately clean and it had EVERYTHING that you might need on a trip. We forgot to pack sunscreen and found it in one of the cabinets :) My husband and I feel in love with the beverage station and enjoyed many delicious cups of coffee. I could go on and on....but overall we had an amazing time and it was because Lori and Fred have thought of every need of a guest and have gone out of their way to provide it. Thank you Lori and Fred!
