Nybyggt två våningar modernt Comstock stil hem i ett lugnt och vackert område gångavstånd till centrum av Carmel vid havet restauranger, butiker och sevärdheter.

Tre sovrum och två fulla bad. Mästaren har eget badrum. Båda baden har underbara glassluten duschar. Sovrummet har en king size-säng, väggmonterad TV, gasinsättning öppen spis och garderob. Sovrummet har också havsutsikt.

De 2 gästrummen har dubbelsängar och garderober i Kalifornien.

Sofistikerat hem med naturliga material och klassisk Carmel-stil erbjuder inomhus- / utomhusliv och lyxiga specialfunktioner inklusive nödställda träbjälkar, torra staplade sten spisar, bänkskivor i marmor, trägolv av porslin, specialskåp och strålningsvärme.

1665sf hem plus 207sf rec rum med TV. Så många extra i hela hemmet inklusive strålande golvvärme, gaseldstad utanför, ett bonus / rec-rum och utomhusdusch. Alla nya ytor och möbler.

Söderläge uteplats med eldstad och skyddad uteservering. Inhägnad gård. Väl uppförda hundar är välkomna på förhand av ägarens godkännande och med en extra husdjursavgift.

Vid ankomst kommer du att hälsas med gratis ost och vin eller mousserande cider, rabattkort för spa och en korg med lokal information. En tilldelad concierge-fritidshuschef är tillgänglig för att hjälpa dig under din vistelse. Vi har också tillhandahållit spa-bekvämligheter i badrummen, spa-badrockar och strandutrustning med allt du behöver för en dag på stranden inklusive stolar, filtar, handdukar, paraply och svalare.

We once again thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ohana by the Sea.

Perfect in Everyway

The house is perfectly appointed for cooking at home and is walking distance to downtown restaurants, tasting rooms, and shops. Communication with friendly staff was easy when needed via text messages. The home and yard are nicely maintained - perfect for our 2 person stay and our two little dogs.

Appliances were top notch and the home even supplied beach chairs and umbrellas. It was nice to have the extra space outside to use as a home office. Would love to stay again at a future date.

Wonderful Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was great, the location was perfect. I would definitely stay here again. The master bedding was so comfortable and wonderful. I would have liked to know the ice maker in the fridge was broken for 6 weeks before moving in. I would have liked more of a sense of urgency when fixing the ant problem, which no one seemed to care about, and there should be instructions on how to use the coffee maker and oven, as they are Italian appliances and I had to google the manuals for each.

Lovely stay in Carmel

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Ohana by the Sea is a lovely home. It is well laid out maximizing the common areas while still managing to have a generous primary BR suite and 2 addl BRs. The outside patio with gas fire pit provides a lovely extension to the inside living space and we spent most of our time there. The house had a well equipped kitchen including some common spices. The couple of issues we had were dealt with quickly by the management company. There are only two drawbacks to this home, neither of which would prevent me from renting this home again: one is that it is on a fairly busy corner for truck traffic so the guest bedrooms can be a bit noisy in the morning for late sleepers and two is that the house is an uphill walk from the town and beach.

October 2020 Stay

The house was beautiful and had all the amenities you could think of including beach chairs and even a tent for the beach. The kitchen included Penzy’s spices and Sur la Table utensils and Cuisinart appliances with nice Italian gas stove. The fire pit was great at nite. Would absolutely recommend

Wonderful stay!

Staying a month really gave us the opportunity to get to know the sweet community and to feel like a local. We loved our stay!

Lovely home

Ohana-By-The-Sea is a lovely home. It’s within easy walking distance of Ocean Avenue, and a comfortable walk to the ocean. (Note: it’s all uphill on the way home, though!) The open floor plan and vaulted ceilings made for a very livable and cozy setting. With French doors off both the kitchen and living room to the backyard patio, the inside and outside flow beautifully. The fire-pit was a wonderful spot to hang out in the evening. The house is new construction so bathrooms and kitchen are well-appointed and spacious.
