Very clean, quiet, and comfortable house in a great neighborhood and just minutes from Laguna Seca and other attractions. My son and I enjoyed making this our home base for a few nights and would definitely stay again.

The property is hosted by a company that does not include property specific information (ex: they say to “Turn on the AC” during checkout - the property doesn’t have AC) It felt very impersonal. Additionally, on arrival the shower was dirty (hair on the walls) and there was a large ant infestation. All that being said, the property was nice and in a great location near what we needed. Overall, it was a good stay, but clearly commercialized.

Property needs repairs that were listed by previous guest months before that were not repaired. Disappointed. Not enough utensils or kitchen items. House should not be listed for 8 people. Will not stay there again.

The property was clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable. Loved the large backyard/deck with all the spots to gather. The garage has a full size washer and dryer and an extra refrigerator which was nice. The master bathroom was fully functional but could use some repair due to a leaky faucet. We would stay here again.

Overall a clean property and centrallyLocated in Seaside . 20 minutes to Carmel and Monterey. The property could be better appointed with better furnishings. Would have been helpful to have dishwasher pods and laundry pods if checkout instructions required it.

Nice pleasant stay

We enjoyed the location which offered quick drives to everywhere we wanted to go. Our teens loved the putting green in the backyard.
