Carlton Beach Holiday House är idealiskt beläget precis vid en vacker strand som sträcker sig från Park Beach till Carlton River mouth. Detta moderna 3 sovrum hus är ljus, ljus och luftig med kvalitet apparater och inredning hela. Det finns ett stort öppet kök, matsal, vardagsrum med panoramautsikt. 3 queen size sovrum (huvud med eget badrum), huvudsakliga badrum med badkar, separat tvättstuga och undercover BBQ / nöjesområde. Vad som verkligen gör den här egenskapen är dock de stora utomhusdäckområdena och privata anlagda trädgårdsskår. Om det behövs finns det massor av bortparkering för bilar, båtar, husvagnar etc.

Allt du behöver för en avkopplande och bekväm vistelse erbjuds, du behöver verkligen inte ta med någonting.

Carlton Beach är en av Hobarts mest populära familjevänliga stränder. Det erbjuder säker simning och är också populär för nybörjare till mellanliggande surfing på både Park Beach och River Mouth slutar. Huset ligger precis intill Carlton Beach Surf Life Saving Club med livräddare som patrullerar stranden på helgerna under sommarmånaderna.

Denna plats är perfekt för ett stort utbud av aktiviteter: - surfing, båtliv, fiske, kajakpaddling, naturvandringar och mycket mer. I närheten av tjänster ingår ett bageri, café, kiosk, snabbköp, apotek och lokalt hotell och flaskaffär.

Om du planerar att göra något att se, kommer bara 50 minuters körning att ge dig så många val: Hobart City, Salamanca Market, Mount Wellington, MONA, Richmond Historic Village, Eagle Hawk Neck, Tasman halvön, Port Arthur eller East Coast. På slutet av dagen slappna av på däck och njut av en av de fantastiska solnedgångarna.

Amazing house, perfect location

We had a fabulous stay here, the house is located right on the beach. We spent many hours with the kids on the beach, surfing and making sandcastles. The house itself is great, they have thought of everything making sure there is coffee and basic supplies for cooking as well as everything you need in the kitchen. The beds are all very comfortable and there are so many break out areas to allow peace for all members of the family/ group. Thank you for a fabulous stay, we will be back!

Sensational beach house

Wow! This beach house is spacious, beautifully decorated and had everything you could possibly need. It’s in a great location, close to the local bakery, IGA, petrol station and pub. Easy driving distance to Port Arthur and surrounds. Hosts - AMAZING!

Perfect beach getaway

Property is clean, modern and spacious with a beautiful ocean-facing garden and plenty of sunny nooks and crannies to shelter from the occasional breeze. This is our third visit to this house and we are delighted with the garden and deck revamp! Lovely to sit in the afternoon sun watching the waves, and to be only a 3 minute walk from the water's edge is a treat. Beds super comfortable. Nice to see the kitchen stocked this time with a few basic supplies such as tea, coffee and condiments. Deb was helpful and courteous as always.

Perfect family weekend away

Fabulous location, we flew in and flew out for a weekend catch up with our Tassie Family who stayed at the house as well. Kitchen well set up and the view is amazing. Enjoyed the deck.

Property was clean & tidy. Access with luggage difficult due to the number steps.

Whilst tea & coffee was available, there wasn’t any milk. Also basic essentials such as margarine & spreads etc. which are normally supplied in holiday homes was not available

Relaxing beachside stay

We loved our stay in this gorgeous seaside spot. Great accomodation. Beautiful views. Very clean and straight forward check in. Hosts were most generous. The access to a beautiful beach was perfect. Loved our stay. Wished we could have stayed at least two more days.

Beautiful Beach Break

We absolutely loved our stay at the Carlton beach house. Only a short stroll right to the beach over some dunes, it was bliss. The house was lovely, spacious and comfortable. Plenty of room, and lots of entertaining areas to enjoy. Would’ve been complete with a fire pit but enjoyed it plenty with wine and beach views.

our favourite beach house

We've been staying at the Carlton Beach House for seven years now and always enjoy our time. This trip didn't give us the glorious beach weather we usually experience but the house was just as comfy on rainy days - we could sit inside and watch the horizon while we read books and chatted. The garden provides shelter from any direction of wind and we're just a few steps from the beach when the sun breaks through. House itself is well stocked with everything from multiple beach towels to pantry items to paperback novels. There is a hairdryer in one of the rooms. The bath is huge and has a jacuzzi function. Thanks again Deb for a lovely few days and we hope to be back again soon.

Perfect location!!!

We have stayed many times at Debra's wonderful property and really enjoy being there. It so relaxing to be able to walk straight onto the beach. Her place has got even better over the years as Debra continues to make lots of improvements.

Will definitely stay again

We loved staying at this property for our girls night away. Loved the layout, the cleanliness, and the thoughtfulness of all the little extras. Looking forward to staying again in Summer time to be able to take advantage of being so close to the beautiful beach. The Host was very easy and friendly to communicate with.

Beautiful beach house with privacy

Carlton beach house was a wonderful experience and everyone especially kids enjoyed it all the way from check in till check out. The house includes everything and even minute things which we may haven't foreseen to bring for holidays and when we look around we find these things in the house. You feel like it's your own house. Kids wanted to extend the stay for bit more. The owner has given the info accurate and very professional. Thanks for the wonderful stay.
