Vackert renoverade bostadsrätt beläget i det exklusiva Black Bear Lodge i Silver Lake Village-området i Deer Valley. Detta rustika, men eleganta hem har ett fullt utrustat kök med centrumön. Stor, bekväm matplats. Sviter med två sovrum, alla med eget badrum. Sovrum nr 1 sover tre med en king size-säng och en futon säng. Sovrum nr 2 sover fyra med en king size-säng och våningssängar Det finns också ett tredje badrum i korridoren. Bekvämt och rymligt vardagsrum har en bäddsoffa för drottning och en vacker eldstad i natursten. Tvättmaskin och torktumlare i enheten; central luft! Efter en dag i sluttningarna kan du dra dig tillbaka till däck för att njuta av den privata badtunnan och hisnande, vacker utsikt över bergen!

Wonderful stay in DV

Our one week stay in DV was wonderful. The condo was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked. The owner was really organized, super easy to communicate with, and checked in twice to make sure we were enjoying our stay. The location and proximity to Silver Lake is unbeatable. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip.

2025 Family Ski Trip

Our stay was wonderful. Great location to everything! Clean, well equipped, Karin was lovely to work with from start to finish and so helpful. Very spacious for our party of 5. We can’t wait to come back next season!

Ski weekend

Our group of 6, 4 adults and 2 children (age 6 and 4) had a wonderful ski vacation away! Property was clean, close to slopes and fit everyone with ease!

great location, as advertised

The property was as-advertised. It is a bit rustic but very comfortable and walkable to Silver Lake Lodge. It had everything we needed for our ski vacation - including the private hot tub after a long day on the slopes. Some of fixtures were a bit dated but everything worked well.Communication with the owner was fantastic.

Owners are amazing people

Karin was so helpful and responsive. She made our stay. The property has several deferred maintenance needs, is dated and would benefit from some upgrades and TLC. The location is close to the slopes. And once again we can’t say enough about how wonderful the owners are.

Stunning property, well appointed + excellent location!

From booking through check out, our stay was wonderful. Karin was accommodating, accessible, and helpful. The condo was well-appointed. Interior clean and comfortable. Location was perfection — access to the Village, walking distance to dining, easy walk to lifts.

Beautiful place right next to the lifts

I took my family for our first ski trip out west and this was an amazing place for it. Lovely condo with nice amenities. Very comfortably and incredibly convenient for skiing Deer Valley. No more than a five minute walk to the lifts.

Wonderful cabin vacation

We had a wonderful stay! It has the perfect cozy cabin feel yet close to everything. We had everything we needed for our week stay. Communication with the property manager was great and we would come back again.
