Absolut Ocean Front Home som inte ligger pÄ en havsklÀtt utan bara nÄgra meter över havet pÄ skyddad PaPa Bay. PÄ grund av denna mycket unika topografi och höjning ligger du strax ovanför vattenlinjen och nÄgra steg frÄn att gÄ till vattnet. Dessutom Àr en minuters promenad bort en allmÀn Ätkomstpunkt i bukten dÀr kajaker placeras sÀkert i vattnet och det finns mangjorda steg och metallstegar för enklare och sÀkrare tillgÄng till havet för simmare, snorklare och dykare. Bortsett frÄn det fantastiska Ocean-lÀget och tillgÄngen till det hÀr huset, Àr det ett nybyggt betonghem som Àr utformat för att möta och övertrÀffa alla senaste sÀkerhets- och byggkoder. Det Àr ett 2 sovrum hem med sovrummet med en king size-sÀng Kalifornien. Detta rum har en 12 fot serie glasskjutdörrar direkt mot havet. Det andra sovrummet Àr utformat för ett combo-TV-rum, Internet-arbetsomrÄde samt ett sovrum med en drottning bÀddsoffa. Detta rum har en stor 6 fot x 4 fot fönster för utsikt över havet ocksÄ, dessutom en annan 6 fot x 2 fot fönster för bergsutsikt. Huset har 7 separata skjutdörrar för att kapitalisera den fantastiska havsutsikten. Detta hem passerade bara det slutliga inspektionen sÄ alla apparater som stort kylskÄp, spis, mikrovÄgsugn, tvÀttmaskin / torktumlare etc. och möbler Àr helt nya. SkÄp i köket var skrÀddarsydda och byggda för hemmet.

We loved this house and the area. We got to travel around the entire Island and were able to come home to this quiet peaceful oasis. Falling asleep to the waves was incredible. Owner was so helpful and his communication is flawless! We can’t wait to go back!

No shops nearby, but the peacefulness of the area was wonderful. Had to drive a bit to get to places but then the island is big and you do have to drive more. Saw areas i had never seen before and the beautiful overlooks from Kona Joes and another coffee shop were breathtaking.This house was on the ocean and we had beautiful sunsets every night, so peaceful sitting there by the ocean with the waves, I loved it.Thank you for sharing your home!

Amazing views and beautiful place!!

The pictures do not do this place justice! The house was truly beautiful, had everything we needed, and had amazing oceanfront views! Dan was phenomenal before, during, and after our stay. I cannot recommend this place enough. If we ever come back, we will be staying here again!

Daniel is very helpful with suggestions for beaches, restaurants and other activities. We were there for our 50th wedding anniversary and the house was in a laid back area with great ocean and shorelines visuals that we enjoyed immensely.

Amazing Stay with Stunning Ocean Views

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful VRBO rental, and we couldn't be happier with our experience. I'd want to live here

Just what we were looking for. If you want to just relax and enjoy staying at a wonderful spot, this is it. Our host was very helpful and gave us good info on close by water and beach access. We brought our kayak with us and enjoyed the ocean without having to go very far. Would definitely stay here again. any real distance from the house.

Truly on the Edge of the Ocean

Comfortable and spacious lodging. Perfect for ending our month-long visit to the Big Island. The sounds of the waves was hypnotic. I needed internet to teach and, despite the remote area, was teaching kids on the mainland. You need to be a bit rwith all my tech.

Great Property

This is a great house in a great location. It is a little further out from the "tourist" areas but if you are looking for peace and quiet and a home right on the coast, i highly recommend staying here!

Wonderful experience

We were looking for someplace away from the crowds that was peaceful and quiet and that’s exactly what we found at this property. On the water edge with access to snorkeling just down the road. Neighborhood is exceptionally quiet, which was wonderful. The host was easily accessible and provided plenty even information about the house and the area.

The house has amazing views from the living and dining room spaces. Perfect for small families or a pair of couples looking to explore the big island. Be aware the location is a decent drive from both Kona and Hilo, so plan your shopping trips accordingly.

Secluded area with great snorkeling just steps away. We wanted to be closer to hiking in the southern part of the island. Roomy house with everything we needed. I would book this property again.

My family had a wonderful visit, and we enjoyed the privacy of this location. Every morning and evening we sat on the porch and looked for whales. Dan, the property owner, was very responsive and gave helpful recommendations for activities and places to visit. The house had everything we needed, and check in and out was very easy!! We plan to stay here again on our next visit to the Big Island!

We have lived part time in Hawaii for the past 27 years and know the Island intimately and its lifestyle. Because of our vast experience with the Big Island, we chose this location for our home.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

Because we know the Island so well, we took into consideration safe Ocean access, weather, water quality and space away from the "touristy areas" so that our guests could have a true, unique Hawaiian experience. Additionally, our home is located midway between Kona and the resort areas, as well as the Volcano and Puna regions. This cuts down on long drive times during your stay on the Island, going out and back each day.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Milolii' is one of the few affordable areas that one can live on the water on the Island. Because of the very limited places, this area is not overcrowded nor the property so expensive that the average vacationer is not able to afford a nightly stay. That is why we are offering such a spectacular stay for a very reasonable nightly rate.
