Denna lyxiga executive beachfront villa: Casa Del Mare är en exceptionell hem --- anpassad byggd för ägaren 2003 och erbjuder 5 400 kvadratmeter boyta. Beläget direkt på stranden, med en privat gångväg och stranden lounge på sanden. Denna vackert inredda, rökfria, italienska villa har specialmålade väggar, fem rymliga sovrum, inklusive en master-svit, tre och ett halvt bad, med högst upp till 14 personer, och ett fullservice tvättområde. Det välutrustade kök med granit bänkskivor och rostfria vitvaror öppnar för en fantastisk stort rum / vardagsrum med öppen spis och matsal. Två havet privata lanai erbjuder obegränsad havsutsikt på bottenvåningen och exklusiv användning för befälhavaren svit. En tredje Lanai är gatan framför, med utsikt över byns atmosfär av Carillon Beach.

Ytterst bekväma, befälhavaren svit och två sovrum ligger på översta våningen och ytterligare två sovrummen ligger på första våningen. Denna rymliga master svit har en king size-bäddsoffa med en helt ny uppgraderad Tempur-Pedic kylmadrass tillsammans med en rulla säng i ett sidovy som sover två, en öppen spis, ett överstort marmorbad med dubbelt handfat, separat dusch / ångrum och djupt blötläggning jacuzzi för två. Intill 30-A Floridas natursköna motorvägen, är Carillon en exklusiv resort gated community med patrullering säkerhet ligger inom stegen i Carillon Beach, Downtown Carillon 3 (butiker och restauranger), Lake Powell och cykelvägar i den tungt anlagda utveckling. Carillon är presenterade bland annat tre pooler, två tennisbanor, kiddies pool, basket / sport domstol, och cykeluthyrning. This is was our 2nd stay at Casa del Mar. We love the location. Love being able to walk right out to the beautiful beach. And really like the fact that Carillon is a gated community. The house fits our needs perfectly...the layout is great for our blended family. Everything we could have needed for our trip was right there waiting for us. Love the new white exterior! Raquel is great to work with. We plan on returning next year.

Wedding Weekend

We spent our wedding weekend at this beautiful home on the beach! It was so impressive and luxurious, and the art was cool- not the “typical” beach house style. The owner made the check in process easy and was responsive when my wedding dress got stuck in the elevator. Got it out in 5 minutes, so all was well!

Opulent, Fantastic

This is a great property in a great gated community on a fantastic beach. If you like luxury, opulence, somewhat over-the-top risqué art, abundant space, and a great beach, this place is for you. The kitchen is very well equipped with quality knives that are actually sharp and non-stick pans that are in great condition: a rarity in the rental world. We were thoroughly delighted and amused by our stay and would stay there again.

Beautiful stay in Carillon Beach

We had the best and most relaxing time on this property. Everything you could need was provided. The property was clean and so comfortable, especially the bedrooms. A comfortable place to sleep away from home is of the utmost importance to me and this was top notch! Being right on the beach to enjoy the view and easy access was the best! I would highly recommend this villa and I thank the host, Jim, for making it available!

Perfect house & location

Casa del Mare provided the perfect venue for our group of 6 to spend 8 nights/9 days combining "working from home" with a fantastic ocean view with playing and relaxing on the beach right outside the back door. We were also able to stay physically active within the wonderful Carillon Beach gated community with tennis courts, basketball court, and fitness gym within a short 1/5-mile walk from the house. Many excellent restaurants and retail were also within an easy 2-12 minute drive. The house itself was probably bigger than what our small group needed, but it turned out to be perfect because everyone could spread out to his/her area when needed to handle work calls/videoconference. We really enjoyed the openness of the spacious common areas (living, dining, kitchen). Lastly, Jim Bradley, the owner of Casa del Mar, and Raquel Sauls, the VRBO host, were both very responsive and friendly. We would definitely come back to Casa del Mar again!

Much Needed Get Away

We had 3 couples on this vacation/get away. The house was nice, and has all the necessary items for an enjoyable stay. The walkway to the beach was nice and short, and not too many stairs. :) Restaurants and golf are close, along with grocery stores for dining in. We had a great time, with great weather, even though hurricane Delta skirted us to the west.

Family vacation

This beautiful beach-front property exceeded expectations. We have a yearly family vacation where everyone from coast-to-coast meets at a beautiful location for time together. This week matched or exceeded all previous times in exotic locations. The house is spacious and well laid out. People had privacy when needed as well as family gathering space for all. The beach was picturesque. The community was quaint and private. Jim was marvelous and I cannot day enough good things. The online photos do not do the property justice. Loved every minute of our stay as did all our family and friends.

Fantastic Family Vacation Week at Casa del Mare - Superb!!

Our family has been vacationing at Carillon Beach for 14 years and this year by far was our greatest experience. There are not enough wonderful words to describe Jim Bradley's home, Casa del Mare. The grandchildren and adults, as well, felt so at home. The house is beautifully and ornately decorated and yet extremely comfortable. Everything any one needs is provided. Just pack your bags and bring in the groceries and you're all set. Normally we go out to dinner several nights each week, but this stay no one wanted to leave...so we had all our meals in house. Although we visit Carillon's three pools each year we spent most of our time at the beach because of the convenience of the gulf and playing family games beachside. Raquel Sauls with VRBO took care of all arrangements and made registration and check-in and departure so easy. She checked with us during our stay to make sure all was going to our satisfaction. There was construction going on next door and Raquel notified us concerning the construction prior to our arrival, but we chose to take the chance. We were a bit worried about the possible noise, but were greatly surprised that we didn't notice as much as we thought we would. The noise was no problem and so thankful we took the chance because we would have missed a great experience. Jim Bradley, the owner, made sure we were comfortable and had any and everything we needed. He is hands on and so easy to work with. The maintenance and cleanliness of Casa del Mare was impeccable. Beautiful house right on the beach! We had 13 staying there and it was perfect for us!

We had a girl cousin’s weekend at Casa Del Mar with 13 of the 15 of us staying there. We had such a great time. The house was great, the beds incredibly comfortable, the bathrooms were large and the kitchen was very well equipped. Probably my favorite thing was that there are no bedrooms on the main floor so early risers and night owls could visit without disturbing those sleeping. There was so much room inside and on the lovely 2 porches overlooking the Gulf that you could easily converse with 2-3 people and really visit! We loved this place! Raquel was so helpful and told me everything I needed to know to make it an easy stress-free weekend for the one trying to organize family coming from all directions!! We would DEFINITELY stay again! Hopefully next year!!

Amazing house on best beachfront in Panama!

Wow! Words and pictures don't do this palace justice! Four families with kids ranging from 5-15 stayed here for a week during our national dance competition. We were the envy of our large dance group from Oklahoma! Everyone felt cozy and right at home in this amazingly beautiful mansion on the beach with unmatched decor, amenities, and comforts. Breathtaking views are found right out the back door with expansive covered patios, ample deck chairs, and loungers on two levels, not to mention the perfectly situated hammock off the master suite. While many beaches around Panama City are crowded with throngs of people, this beach was so sparsely populated that we thought it was private! We were pleasantly surprised to find surf boards, boogie boards, beach chairs, etc., in storage for our personal pleasure, as well! All previous comments about the private gated community being safe and secure are totally accurate, as well. We had no qualms with our kids walking to the candy shop or biking around the quaint streets. Breathtaking views and landscaping abound. And when Tropical Storm Debby arrived for the last few days of our trip, the kids were completely satisfied with the wide open, cozy spaces and entertainment options throughout the house. Perfectly situated between Panama City and Destin, this location provided the perfect starting point for trips to both major tourist destinations and all the quaint seaside hamlets in between (like Rosemary Beach, Seaside, Watercolor, Santa Rosa Beach and Grayton Beach). The ladies found days worth of amazing shopping venues, while the dads and kids found plenty of deep sea fishing, snorkeling, parasailing, etc., all within a short drive. The extracurricular activities paled in comparison, though, to the lazy, restful times spent lounging around the house and on the beach out our back door. The rental price paid was well worth the pampered relaxation that welcomed us home each day. From total zen to extreme play, let Jim and his crew pamper you in luxury and give your family memories that will last a lifetime! We will definitely be back!

Perfect Beach Home

Jim has the most beautiful home. Seven ladies enjoyed the life of luxury and serenity as we sat on the porches and talked until the sun was long gone. The pictures of the home really did not show how beautiful the home really was. The custom paint and furnishings were far beyond our expectations and everything we needed was there for our use. There was even an elevator so we did not have to carry our baggage up to the third floor.The gated community was perfect for afternoon walks or bike rides and the pool was only a few doors away. We loved the cozy village of Carillon and we felt so safe there, The home is close to shopping, grocery and restaurants but we were so in love with the home we just wanted to stay there and frolic on the beach. Thanks for a great stay. We have told so many people about your home and strongly recommend your place to everyone we see. We can't wait to come back next time.

great stay

we had a great stay with a few couples with kids, even though the weather was not great, we soooo enjoyed the house... you can sit on the porch and literally feel the mist of the water, its so close to the beach! Jim, the owner is very nice and super accomodating... beautiful gated exclusive neighborhood with pub, shops, playground, and 2 pools...we cant wait to go back for better weather!

We took 2 families with a total of 6 children. The house was absolutely amazing! This pictures do not do it justice!! Jim met us there and gave us a tour. We also ran into him at the store he owns. I can not say enough about how welcome we felt. He made us feel like guests in his home (which is pretty much the truth!!). The house is exquisite with breath taking views. The community that it is located in makes you feel as though you have stepped back in time. It is gated so we felt very safe. Our children rode their bikes (and some we rented from Jim's store!) with no worries! The pools are wonderful, especially the one that is right on the beach! Our hope is to make this our destination every summer. If you are looking for a great place to relax, this is it...just save us a week each summer!!

In fact, the store in the Carillon Downtown market place is my store. I travel extensively , purchasing items for my stores, and in the winter I spend considerable time in Maui, Hawaii.
