Detta väl underhållna semester Villa Sunny Paradise ligger på en vacker, bred sötvatten kanal i den populära sydöstra Cape Coral. Huset totalrenoverades i september 2016 och möblerade och desined med en hel del uppmärksamhet på detaljer.
Vattnet fastighet har en privat pool, skärm skyddad soldäck och uteplats samt en båt docka på en bred sött vatten kanalen. Bra fiske direkt från båten kajen.

Detta prisvärda, ljus översvämmade fritidshus erbjuder bekväma möbler hela och ligger i ett lugnt men ändå mycket bra läge, perfekt för att nå livsmedelsbutiker, köpcentra, familj restauranger, barer och biografer inom 5 till 10 minuter. Ft. Myers Beach eller dröm öarna Sanibel och Captiva Island kan nås på cirka 30 minuter. Vid 365 tunnland, fyra mil Cove Ecological Preserve erbjuder vandring / vandringsleder och säsongsbetonade hyror kajak och ligger bara 10 minuter bort. Solstolar och ett parasoll är din att använda. Flera golfbanor och vår berömda Sun-Splash Water-Park kan nås på under 15 minuter.
Denna villa har ca 1600 kvm. Ft. Boyta och erbjuder 3 sovrum och 2 badrum .. Huset sköts lokalt av en familly, som finns i händelse av problem eller frågor. Välkommen till vår Villa Sunny Paradise. Barn accepteras. Inga husdjur tillåtna.

Die gut unterhaltene Ferien mit Namen Sunny Paradise liegt en einem schönen und Breiten Süsswasserkanal im populären südoslichen Teil von Cape Coral. Das Haus wurde im September 2016 von Grund AUS renoviert und wurde mit Liebe zum Detail komplett möbliert. Die Ferien bietet eine boyta auf 155 m und verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer und 2 Zimmer. Die Villa hatt zudem 2 Garagenplätze und eine gedeckte Veranda.

Das direkt am Wasser liegende tomt verfügt über ein eigenes Schwimmbad, ein durch eine Lichtblende geschütztes Sonnendeck, sowie einen Terassenbereich mit Bar, elektrischem Grill und Essbereich. Direkt vom Bootssteg aus kann gefischt werden. Dieses erschwingliche Heim ist ruhig und angenehm gelegen. Super für Essen, köpcentra, Familienrestaurants, barer und ein Kino können innerhalb von 2 km erreicht Werden. Zum Strand von Ft. Myers sind es nur 16 km, 20 km sind es zu den Sanibel und Captiva Inseln. Liegestühle och Sonnenschirme können gerne benutzt werden. Der Cove Ecological Preserve Park, der über eine Vielzahl von Wanderpfaden verfügt, und wo je nach Saisonauch Kajaker gemietet werden können, ist innerhalt von 10 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichenbar. Verschiedene Golfplätze und unser berühmter Sun-Splash Wasserparkt komplettieren das reichhaltige Freizeitangebot und sind ebenfalls innerhalb von 15 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen.

Great Stay!

Very enjoyable stay, really enjoyed layout of the house, pool and lanai. Home had everything we needed, was in a beautiful, quiet and secure neighborhood. Everything we needed or wanted to do was a short drive away. 👍

Family vacation 2022

The house is lovely and spacious. The owner was very responsive to our needs and fixing problems-the shower in master bedroom wasn’t working properly and he came right away to correct the issue. We would would definitely stay there again. The pool was great!

Beautiful views of canal. ( would be better if bushes were cut back) Nice pool. Well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. We arrived before 5 for check in and expected to receive a code or notification of key location, after waiting past 5 pm we called the owner and he showed up 40 min later , so call ahead. Then while we were unpacking our belongings from the car, He asked my husband to help remove and replace chaise lounges on pool deck and then wanted help moving sofa in living room and bringing in a new one. My husband helped with no problem. So the owner offered to let us stay past 11 am check out on our last day; since no other guests were arriving that day ( we thought it was a nice gesture since our flight was later) and then he showed up to clean and get his boat at 11am anyway. Very awkward!!!! since we had already cleaned , striped beds collected dirty towels and sheets and started laundry . We had planned to relax around the pool for the day and then felt rushed. The owner did say how shocked he was at how clean and tidy the place was kept and left by us and that we were terrific guest and he would love to have back.

Fantastic property with lots of room!

Loved this house! Location was great right on a peaceful canal. Spent most of our time outside overlooking both the pool and canal. Inside had huge kitchen with any and all small and large appliances, and any utensils and dishes that you could ever need. Had large gathering during our 2 month (January & February) stay so the open floor plan was perfect. We didn’t take advantage of the large pool, however, because temps were cool and pool was not heated. Plus chaise chairs were damaged. Boris was attentive to any questions or concerns we had. Would definitely recommend this property!

Nice Quiet place to lay your head.

My sister and husband stayed in the spare guest room and said the bed was Uncomfortable . Outside of that we had everything we needed.

Beware! No privacy. Aggressive chauvinist property manager

Upon arrival, Boris yelled at us to remove our masks. Did not give check in information. And was I able to communicate over the phone because he could not understand English. Became aggressive. Demanded additional money in cash. Complained that he waited around for us because our flight was late. Said we inconvenienced him. Interrogated us. Dirty house, including used latex gloves in kitchen drawers and used toothbrushes and razors in bathroom. Dirty dishes in cabinets. He stated he will come by on Saturday to work on the pool. Became more annoyed and aggressive when we asked for a time and notice to make sure we are properly dressed. Insensitive sign by pool stating free drinks for women with no shirts. No bathroom garbage cans. No full body mirrors. Mold on pool equipment. Pool vaccine left in pool for entire duration of stay. Pool pump never worked. Hone was 81 degrees upon arrival. Massive spider webs in front and back patio areas. Two bee hives by front door. Palms block walk way to front door. He entered home upon us leaving for checkout, in which we had left no instructions. Again he became aggressive. Accused us of staining his counter. Even though it was stained prior to our visit, as evidence in other reviews. Tried to charge 500$ for the stain we did not create. Major ant problem in kitchen and bathroom. Not enough toilet paper. No paper towels. Lots of scale on shower heads. Dead bugs in window sills. Found a lipstick under the bed in room with twin beds. Obviously had not been professionally cleaned, despite paying a cleaning fee for rental. Neighborhood was nice.

Great house!

We had a great time at this house. It was beautiful! Pool was ok lots of bugs in it need cleaned. The Owner met us there to give us the keys and proceeded to yell at my 7,9 year old when they went to look at the pool like they were going to jump in with out a parent there. They told me their house was clean so that’s the way I needed to leave it. We are not dirty people but was charged a cleaning fee when booking. Besides that we loved Cape Coral! And definitely will be back! Don’t forget to go to Fort Myers Beach!

Wonderful House and Amazing Time

House was very nice, clean and had everything we needed. Beds were comfy and the pool and outdoor patio area was amazing. Loved the canal and fishing dock also. Loved that there was anything we needed nearby. Will definitely book again.

Lovely Place for short getaway

Great place for a short getaway with friends or family. Has everything you need. Just be aware that the grill is an old style charcoal grill (not a propane one that you’re probably used to)

Great value with pool on the canal

Our stay was quite relaxing on the beautiful canal. Easy access to restaurants and stores. Boris was very responsive to our needs. We enjoyed the heated pool. Would stay there again!

Boris was very accommodating to getting us checked into the home earlier as we were all exhausted in our travels of getting there. He did inform us at the time that it would cost $15/day to heat the pool. We figure it wouldn't be too bad coming from the northern states. I would advise warming the pool if u want to use it. The temp was probably in the 60degree mark each day. The AC did not work at all which made Miserable nights sleep and beds were not that comfortable. The house for the most part was picked up. However it was not thoroughly cleaned. Master Restroom had cleaning products that remained on shower ledge in window, as well as various open bottles of shampoo, used bar of soaps, dirty/used bandages, and razors from what I would assume previous people as well as hair on walls. The master bathroom toilet squealed when not used. We did inform Boris and he did offer to come take a look, but we thought it was getting better after the first day. the longer days that we were out and about it the later the day we would get back to the home. The toilet continuously squealed after it was used once. At that point in time in the days we just wanted to go asleep from a long day. My husband would turn the water off to the toilet at nights so we could. The fan in master bedroom made noise all night, but was needed as the AC wouldnt work. Guestroom fan wouldnt work. In the kitchen, dishes and glasses etc that were available needed to be washed before use. They were put in cabinets dirty. The cabinets had glass and a inside light that when lit showed how dirty it was inside and on the glassware. The furniture in the home was not very comfortable. Bar stools were hard to sit on as well as the stools in pool area. Couch and patio chairs were all we could really enjoy relaxing on. We love to fish and I asked Boris prior to us arriving there if there were poles available to use in the canal. He indicated yes, however the reel didnt work on one and there was no reel on the other. We ended up purchasing 2 cheap poles to use and left them there. We did not catch anything in the canal. As I said Boris was willing to assist with issues, but we just made due with what we had. It was a roof over our head and we had somewhere to lie after a long day.

Was wonderful just wish we would of known in head of time that have to tell management that want to use pool with HEAT so it will be ready and bathroom toilet in master bathroom runs all day and night and it’s loud.... and water in master bathroom sink didn’t get hot... but all minor things and was a wonderful place..

Beautiful house.

Our group absolutely loved the pool at this property. Boris was great. The only downside was this property is listed as having 3 bathrooms and one half. The home actually has 2 full bathrooms and toilet stall only off the garage (not even in the house). Definitely not enough bathrooms or mirrors for 4 women and two poor husbands.

Fantastic Stay

What can I say, this was the perfect villa for us. The size of the property was ideal and the qualit y of the furnishings was excellent. The bed in the main bedroom was extremely comfortable. Our son who is a fussy sleeper did not complain of his bed. The range of utesils and equipment was what you would expect with all items easy to locate. I have to say we have rented a lot of villas over the years and it was gratifying to have a decent kettle to brew a cup of tea. The lanscaping around the villa is well maintained and the access to the dock area is spotless. The highlight of the villa has to be the pool which was crystal clear. there were plenty of pool toys and chairs to sit on. There is fantastic bar outside that is great fun and makes the endo of the day that bit more special. For those interested the internet connection was good and was solid around the pool area. On the boat dock the signal started to drop off, however most areas provided cood reception. Mobile connection was good in all areas of the home. Communication with Boris was excellent and was quick to answer any queries (phoning him when we entered Cape Coral, he was there to great us. Overall the stay was excellent and would not hesitate to stay again. Speaking to Boris he was telling us of some of his plans for the villa, it will only get better.

We had a great time!!

The house was nice, the pool was great, the air was not as cool as it could be. Boris sent someone to fix it immediately, but it was still 77degrees inside. The 2nd bedroom bed was uncomfortable, but we made due. Overall a great time, and the pool was awesome!!!
