Det arkitektoniskt utformade 'The Lane House' ligger precis vid Great Ocean Road vid Apollo Bay; bara 70 meter promenad till Apollobuktens patrullerade strand och bara 200 meter från Apollobuktens butiker och restauranger

ÖVERVÅNING
Ankomst på övervåningen in i det stora, rymliga öppna vardagsrummet, kök och matplatser, och vetter mot terrassbalkongen med utsikt över hamnen, havet och omgivande kulle genom golv till tak glidande glasdörrar.

Det moderna köket har Miele-apparater, diskmaskin, mikrovågsugn, skafferi och stort kylskåp.

De två sovrummen på övervåningen inkluderar sovrummet med en king size-säng med väggmonterad TV och integrerat DVD-system; det andra sovrummet har 2 enkelsängar med kung.

Det huvudsakliga badrummet, slående i stil med mörka procelain brickor och vita bekvämligheter, har en djup, modern 2-personers aerospa för en touch av lyx under din vistelse och stor duschkabin.

NEDFÖR TRAPPAN
Två sovrum, 1 x King Size-säng och 1 x 2 King-enkelsängar har möblerats för att matcha sovrummen på övervåningen, inklusive väggmonterade TV / DVD-system i befälhavaren. Den nedre badrummet ger också en stor promenad i dusch, fåfänga och toalett. Tvätten finns också i bottenvåningen med tvättmaskin och torktumlare.

UTOMHUS
Undercover parkering för 3 bilar med tillräckligt med plats för en båt också. En utomhusdusch med varmvatten för att tvätta bort sanden när du promenerar tillbaka från stranden och en låsbar lagringsplats som är tillräckligt stor för surfbrädor upp till 2. 4 meter lång.

GOR Marathon - Weekend Stay

second time staying here, perfect location nice tidy and clean, perfect access point to travelling around the great ocean road and get a nice run in at the marathon festival.

A comfortable place to enjoy the sights and sounds of the Ocean

We were excited to find such a well appointed and spacious 'holiday house ' from which to base our days at the beach in Apollo Bay . In a quiet location with great access and parking under cover . We managed 2 swims each day and found the house a comfortable retreat with comfy beds and a good kitchen for evenings at home . Luca (4) loved the bath tub with the fountain! The outdoor shower (with warm water)meant we minimised the amount of beach that sneaked into the house. We had a great time :thanks for the hospitality Alison ,Charlie Catriona and Luca

Very comfortable house , great location

The house is in a great location , just across the road for a swim or a stroll along the beach . It is very clean and comfortable with modern bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen . Good TV with Foxtel ( no wifi ) . Easy walk to cafes , harbour & golf . Good gas heater if you go in winter .

Fantastic in Apollo bay

We came down for the great ocean road marathon - house was easily accessible clean and comfortable, was in a great location easy walk to all amenities. Will definitely be recommending this property to everyone !!

Wonderful house in a perfect location

We loved loved loved our stay at The Lane House and had a really relaxing stay which is what we want. The house itself is in a perfect location as it’s a short stroll to the town centre and a 3 min walk to the beach but it’s also a very quiet and relaxing location where tlu can hear the sound of the waves crashing abs the local wildlife chirping. The house had all the mod cons you need and we loved all the little extras provided. The service of the rental company was top class with very easy and transparent and responsive booking, check-in and out process. We loved our holiday and were sad to leave. We definitely will be going back.

Great spot close to the beach

Nice central location, close to shops and beach as advertised. Had a great weekend at the house with friends over the summer. Can’t wait to come back

Bright and breezy laneway property

Excellently positioned. Roomy. Great beach house. Could have better wifi and better fans upstairs. All in all one of the better rentals in Apollo Bay

Fantastic

Our family keeps coming back to this place as we love it. It is walking distance to the beach and shops in town. The beds are comfortable. My kids love the outside shower and the upstairs bath, which they call the waterfall bathtub. The kitchen is easy to use and living area is open and relaxing.
