It was a nice stay. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the necessary items, as well as a plethora of towels and sheets to make our stay even more comfortable. My family enjoys movie theater and pool

Love the themed decor!

Our stay was incredible - the staff were so friendly & helpful. The rooms were very clean and tidy and the kids loved the themed décor. The mini cinema was wonderfully cozy, while the house could comfortably accommodate all sixteen of us. Communication with guest services was always prompt & efficient.

Great place to stay for a large group

Great place to stay for large groups (we had 12 adults) with plenty of space. Game took was really fun and the two refrigerators was very handy ! As some stated, parking more than 2 cars is a little bit of a pain but not TOO bad. There were a few washer pods for the dishwasher, a couple trash bags and laundry pod.

Thank you Villatel.

The experience was amazing; the staff was also very supportive during checking in and throughout our stay. The building was magnificent and spacious too. The TV was a little too advanced for us but the kids had their way with it in no time. Theme rooms were loved by our kids. I would recommend the place by Villatel.

House was sorely in need of maintenance and cleaning

Dirty, torn curtains and hooks, stains, broken shower door, tv's not usable, stained duvet, top of dryer and iron rusted, dishwasher rack pulled out completely and handle held together with tape, torn screens in pool area, AND roaches. Never stay here again

Disney Vacation

Property was as advertised. The parking was good for our November vacation. Renters should be able to access the property using the resident side after being processed on their first day. This would reduce the backup of cars on Pine Tree Trail during peak traffic periods. The air hockey table and the driving game were not working correctly. Overall we were satisfied with the property and the amenities and the children really enjoyed the pool at the clubhouse.

Loved it!!

house was perfect!!!! A few little things needs to be fixed. But the family loved it!!! Only thing couldn't make it to the community pool , over crowded there was a waiting line. Also not enough parking. This community is huge with single family homes with 6+ rooms which will require minimum 3 to 4 cars per home. Drive ways are only big enough for 2 there's only a handful of guest parking for you to use and you are fighting to get one with everyone. We had to park in a construction site. They will also tow your car for not parking correctly so you have to be very careful. But besides that we will be coming back every year!!!

Property as described

We had 4 generations of family staying. The house is pretty much as shown in the photos. The grandkids LOVED the themed rooms and all of the games. The house was clean except the carpets. They were dirty and stained. The shower heads also needed replacing to spray correctly. Thankfully most of the house is hard surface floors. Kitchen was well stocked except they need more plastic cups to use around the pool. We just bought solo cups for the week. It was nice having two fridges, two washers, two dryers and two dishwashers. Also we loved all of the seating available around the pool. Minimal hiccups and all were resolved except getting the theater room working correctly took several days. They lowered the hot tub temp for us and were quick to respond to calls/texts. They did check in with us to make sure everything was going well. Watch for poorly marked parking areas in this neighborhood if you are returning at night. The towing company tells of “trap” parking spots that look lined at night but by day you can see they attempted to eliminate some spots with coverage you can see through when headlights hit it. It was an expensive and time consuming tidbit to learn at 4 am on departure day.

Accommodations not as Expected

Issue #1: There was no projector in the movie room (garage). We called the rental company (Jeeves) about this Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and I think also Saturday. There was not even a projector in the room, just the cords hanging from the ceiling. This room was of no use to us. Issue #2: The oven did not work. It did not get replaced until Friday afternoon/evening, so we did not have use of the oven for Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday.We had bought food that we could not cook due to not having a working oven until the day before we left. Issue #3: Parking. There's only space for 2 small/mid size vehicles in the driveway. Everyone else had to park on the street in marked spots. However, there are limited marked spots and most of our guests had to park .5-1 mile away and walk to the house. Issue #4: There was no pool equipment. It seems like houses with pools should at least provide a water basketball for the basketball hoop at the pool and some sort of pool noodles or toys for the kids to play with. Issue #5: Villatel was very accommodating as far as switching the dates for us (due to change in dates of the event that we were in town for). With our booking, we had purchased a late check out for Sunday. When the dates switched, they told us that everything had switched over no problem. When we checked in, the check in book on the table said check out was 10 am, but we had paid for it to be 5 pm. When I contacted Jeeves and Villatel, Villatel said when the dates switched we could no longer have late checkout and said it was sent in an email. I said the person I spoke to said everything was switched no problem and when I asked for them to resend that email, I got no response and no email stating such. The house itself was very nice. The bathrooms were beautiful and the bedrooms were spacious. Every room having its own bathroom pretty much was definitely a main renting feature for us with the number of guests we had.

Awesome Family House

We had 12 people - 8 adults and 4 kids and there was plenty of space and activities for everyone. The kids rooms were fun and the arcade/upstairs play area were a big hit with the little people. Be sure to bring extra toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags. They give you a “starter” amount which goes fast. The theater was another great feature. We definitely recommend this house!

You gonna love it

This was a beautiful place for me and my family of 20. The only complaint I have is the carpet had stains( master bedroom ) and no skillet at all and the cooking utensils need an upgrade. We decided to stay here because we went to Disney World with our 8 grandchildren and other family members. Within 1 hour at Disney, our grandchildren wanted to leave and go back to the resort. You will also love the lazy river there and a shout-out to the Dj- Wednesday 11/02/22🎶🎶😎 I will definitely be back to visit!

I would never ever come back. The house is dirty, bedsheets filthy, games don’t work, carpet dirty.

The bedsheets were dirty, it had paper in the bed and stains on the sheets, the carpets are dirty, both fridge don’t get cold, the ice machine doesn’t work, some of the games don’t work. The A.C wasn’t working, I ordered a grill for the week, it was not there. I had to call several times a day just about everyday. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I called about the air hockey game three times, they sent a tech out, he told me the A.C tech is going to come fix the game. I called and told them, they said they will send someone, no one never came, so I called again and the lady told me oh they are waiting on a part to come. I read the reviews, and apparently the game has been broke for so long. Just don’t waste your time and money on this house. And I already know what they going to say, they’ve changed their cleaning crew and and now doing good, don’t fall for it.
