Vår nya hem Seascape Beach House är bara en 2 min promenad till stranden och café. Från ditt sovrum och från däcken ser du fantastisk panoramautsikt över båthamnarens vattenvatten och knirkig vit sand, och till höger den mycket vackra Table Cape. Städerna Wynyard & Stanley och en nationalpark i närheten.

Du kommer inte att hyra hela huset. Du kommer att ha en egen ingång till en privat del av huset som innehåller ett stort självständigt sovrum, eget badrum och toalett. Ditt sovrum innehåller en queen size-säng, (med en extra enkel madrass vid behov) soffa, bord och stolar, TV, mikrovågsugn, bar kylskåp, vattenkokare och brödrost. Du har också tillgång till det stora däcket på framsidan av huset.

Vi har en vänlig medelstor hund som säkert är en del av familjen ..

Vårt hem passar par, solo äventyrare och affärsresenärer. Vi önskar dig en underbar vistelse. En extra person välkomna.

A beautiful property, amazing views, great space for relaxing, working, sharing a meal... with views from every space. The Owner is very welcoming and all the little added extras and touches make for a great time away.

GREAT LOCATION

Great property in top location. There are no shops in the immediate area but the pantry was well and thoughtfully stocked. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Restful sea views

A great place to relax and take in the views of Bass Strait. Good kitchen but also enjoyed the food and coffee at the nearby beachside cafe. Would have liked to stay longer

Gorgeous view.

Very clean, neat studio room (we booked the queen bedroom which is locked off from the other side of the house). It rained most of the day and I could lie snuggled up in bed and watch the waves crashing on the rocks. Loved it! There is a fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave, and also a plug in hotplate in the cupboard (didnt use that) with one small pot. Cutlery, crockery, and some board games in the cupboard. Great weekender. There's a 2hr coastal walk to Sisters Beach that you can do at low tide but we didnt come across it until the tide was up so will have to do that next time.

Situation nice, close to beach, good views from deck. Problem finding the street to begin with, street names in Boat Harbour missing or obscured. Finally got there, but didn't have the number for the key pad. My fault, I had printed out several pages sent by Email, but not that one. Tried to 'phone the owner but unavailable. Luckily we just caught the neighbours in the adjoining apartment before they went out, they kindly let us through. The pictures of the property didn't show how small it was. I don't ever feel comfortable washing dishes in the bathroom. To me, it was alright for an overnight stay only, you couldn't cook a meal there and there was nowhere locally to eat out on weekdays. the evening

I am the owner of the house and just love meeting new people from all over the world, sometimes people come and stay who live only 20 minutes away. I love photography, anything nature, camping, walking and of course the beach.

I am also a masseuse and provide a service to my guests for $50 for the hour. My parents are very special to me and live 30 minutes away, Dad 98 and Mum 90, so I spend a great deal of time at their home in Burnie.

I have a dog that is precious but is mostly at my parents place and she's such a little love, very affectionate and smart, part border collie part spaniel.

The way this property is set up, it's wonderful that guests can arrive when they want to after 11.30 am and they have a key that is different from the other part of of the house. It really is a great place to have guests stay and feel homely but separate all at the same time

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

I guess it's the serenity and changeable ocean features that attract. The ocean can have surfers one day and be like glass the next. The beach itself is very white and squeaky, also very safe as it's so flat.
