You’ve come to the right place.
At Just Relax you overlook your own patch of paradise, Boat Harbour Beach from the deck chair, the open plan living space - couch and kitchen bar! The shack sits along the quieter section of white sand, a short walk from the surf club/ bar and café where live music cranks into late summer afternoons. Volcanic black stone rock pools offer children a natural playground and the easterly swells roll in, luring local board riders all through the year.

Wonderful place, beautiful views

Beautiful place and would stay again however more toilet rolls for 6 people and no lock on toilet door up stairs was a small problem

Boat Harbour Beach House

This property was in a fantastic location, right on the beach! It was clean tidy and had everything required for a weekend away. We would definitely stay there again and I would certainly recommended this to others.

Lovely location, some unfortunate surprises

Boat Harbour is a lovely place to stay, and the location of this compact beach house is excellent. Very enjoyable views and direct beach access are big plusses. Also a big plus was the very comfortable double beds. Negatives were unpleasant odours from drains in the second bathroom (no window) and in the bedroom with bunk beds (I think insufficiently washed bedlinen). We were very surprised to discover that the second double bedroom, which is on the lower level, is not accessible internally. Access is via outdoor (exposed) timber steps. This was very inconvenient for us and we were upset that this aspect was not explained on the property's listing. My travelling companion has poor health and we would not have booked if we had known, especially for a stay in late March. Having to go out in cold, windy and wet conditions to get to the bedroom was no fun. The lower level bedroom has two large sliding glass doors, which is lovely, but the screen doors are not lockable. The room is not secure when ventilated and felt unsafe. A light switch upstairs to illuminate the downstairs doorway would save trying to juggle phone torch, keys and things that needed to be brought down to save late night trips to the upper level. We missed provision of some of those little things that that make a property feel "generous", such as a box of tissues, a small bottle of olive oil. Overall, although in a desirable location, the property was not well described and did not match its high price-point.

Just Relax Beachhouse on Boat Harbour Beach a Fabulous Stay

Just relax Beachhouse at Boat Harbour was a fabulous stay, the location is a short walk to a lovely cafe & bar that do great coffee, breakfast and lunch right on the water front, parking is close to the accommodation and there is direct private access to the beach, the accommodation is over 2 levels and the views from both are spectacular, you have usage of BBQ, Boogie Boards, Beach & Water equipment all supplied.
