Välkommen till vårt hem! Nyligen uppdaterat öppet koncept vardagsrum / matsal / kök som leder till ett stort däck för den perfekta sommargrillen! 2 sovrum och badrum på övervåningen. Det finns också ett TV-rum, sovrum och badrum nere med tvätt. En utomhusdusch finns tillgänglig efter en dag på stranden eller floden. Huset ligger på ett hörnparti i ett väldigt lugnt familjeområde. En bra sidogård för att spela spel eller bara koppla av. Narrow River ligger bara några steg bort för kajakpaddling eller paddling. Det finns en offentlig båtramp i närheten förutom en liten lekplats och basketplan som ligger inom gångavstånd. Huset är centralt beläget för en dags sightseeing och shopping i Newport eller en kort färjetur till Block Island.

Nicely updated home

Loved our stay at this updated Narragansett home! The basement "suite" was perfect for our son, daughter-in-law and toddler and the well-appointed kitchen was convenient as we mostly cooked in. We were glad we chose a home with air conditioning during a stretch of humidity and we loved the quiet neighborhood.

Adorable house, very clean & close to everything

What a nice house! Decorated so well and very clean. Nice to have the finished basement as I was traveling with 3 nieces and they loved having the downstairs to themselves at times. Comfortable beds, and everything we needed for our 6 night stay. Short drive to the beach, restaurants. Heather was extremely responsive ! Highly recommend.

Delightful stay

The property was welcoming, comfortable, and spacious with nice amenities. The property manager couldn't have been more responsive or amenable. We were mildly disappointed only with the fact that the chimenea in one of the photos in the listing was no longer available...a minor detail. Otherwise, our stay was most enjoyable!

A Beautiful, Relaxing Vacation House

My wife and 2 teen-age daughters thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful, relaxing, modern vacation home. The house is very well maintained with all the amenities you could ask for during a week’s vacation. We enjoyed the local restaurants and several beaches which were only a short drive away. The kids liked having the downstairs to themselves which was a terrific bonus! Lots of DVDs and video games for them to keep busy with. I was also glad to see there was a shed we could store our bikes in.

Great house in a little known section

On a last minute whim, we found this home. Most other homes were way overpriced or unavailable for our dates. We found this home. The owner was communicative on the procedures. A book was available with information on the home and pamphlets on things to do. The house is not on the beach. But I swear, eight minutes to town beach by car. 15 to the state beach. Hint, go to town beach early. It's better anyway. The neighborhood is very quiet. There is a marina down the street and a smaller beach which is a five minute walk. It's members.only, but the few times we went there walking, no one gave us issues. I'd say everything is 15 minutes by car at most. If you go further to providence or Newport, might be 30 minutes. The house was kept well. It was clean and comfortable. The beds were great! Too many places we went to and beds were not so good. But we only used upstairs bed. We didn't use downstairs alot, but there was three beds and a TV. The microwave was in the closet. We thought that was kind of funny, but after wife and I tried cooking together, we realized the kitchen is small. Also. The coffee maker has a keurig cup for your own coffee. We ended up using that. The yard was small. But the deck was nice. Unfortunately for us it was either too hot or raining, so we couldn't enjoy it as much. The bathroom was clean, but the showers are so weird. It's hard to maneuver it so I, a 6ft, 225lb dude, had to shower in the corner of the shower. The owner was available for us if we had any questions. I avoided bothering too much though. But it was good to know that line of communication was available. We'd Def consider coming back in the future.

Pleasant Surprise

Photos did not do this home justice. Beachy vibe, spacious, clean, new furnishings in a pretty, quiet neighborhood close to everything you need. Host was accommodating when we had any questions or needs. Would rent this property again and recommend to friends & family.

House on the river

House was small but roomy (slept up to 8) 4 upstairs 4 downstairs. Everything was upgraded in the house. Asked owner where the toaster was located and they bought a new one as they did not supply one. Needed to drive to beaches (which we knew).

Easy breezy beach house.

The house was immaculate. Comfortable seating area in LR. Kitchen was well appointed with ample kitchen appliances and implements. The house is a very short drive to the state beach which is lovely. Great restaurant choices in the area. We were disappointed that the paddle board was missing and the launch area for the kayaks was too far to carry them.

Great Location

Great location… easy access to great beaches and day trips to Newport and Jamestown. Heather, the owner responded quickly to our questions. The house was very clean and well supplied. We are hoping to return!

Summer Vacation

The house was absolutely gorgeous! Very comfortable and spotless. Unfortunately, the nearby private beach was closed so we weren’t able to access that. Still had a very nice stay.

Nice place

The house was very clean and organized, beds were comfortable and outdoor space was great for relaxing. Outdoor shower was my favorite spot. We enjoyed our stay but thought the river was a little closer to the house its a little farther than a few steps. Thanks!

Perfect accommodations...

We went to relax and regroup and that's what we did. The house was incredibly comfy and was remarkablely clean! Its in a quiet residential neighborhood but perfect for us whom simply wanted to get out of the city and away from any activity. Its well maintained and accurately posted. We highly recommend staying here

Amazing Rental

Quaint summer getaway house that is located close to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. Updated home with more than enough room for a large group. Owner was extremely responsive and kind, making the trip a total joy. Highly recommend! Will definitely be returning!
