Gulfside Oaks ligger i St George Plantation och har fyra sovrum, två badrum separerade av ett stort familjerum. Två stora skjutdörrar ger en omfattande utsikt över Mexikanska golfen. Arrangemanget är perfekt för familj och vänner att njuta av tiden tillsammans men också perfekt för de tillfällen då lite extra stillestånd behövs.

De två stranden sovrummen har king size-sängar och bild fönster utsikt över viken. Ett annat sovrum har en king size-säng medan det fjärde sovrummet har en queen size-säng. Alla rum har TV med kabel service. De bekväma badrummen skiljer de två sovrummen på vardera sidan.

Nedervåningen, en privat strandpromenad till stranden ger enkel tillgång till sola på de vita sandstränderna i St. George Island, kust fiske efter dagens fångst eller en avkopplande kväll promenad på stranden för att titta på dagens solnedgång (många av dem är bara spektakulära!). Det finns en privat dusch för en snabb rengöring efter en dag på stranden. En fiskrengöring sjunker med rinnande vatten för att rengöra dagens fångst. Strandstolar och ett parasoll levereras.

Gulfside Oaks ligger i gated community of St. George Plantation. "The Plantation" har två olympiska medelstora simbassänger, tennis / bänkskivor och gym. Paved cykelvägar sträcker sig från ena änden till den andra - cirka 5 miles från slutet till slutet. Det är ungefär tre kvarter / .5 miles till Plantation Clubhouse.

Wonderful beach house

Great house right on the beach! Fantastic property with comfy beds and couches, nice washer and dryer and huge TV. Buck is so easy to work with and has added touches to the property that made us feel welcomed and right at home— laundry detergent, dish detergent, nice chargers next to each bed, beach chairs, umbrellas etc. Would definitely rent here again!

Wonderful getaway

A great family getaway!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and well stocked with everything you would need to feel at home. Liked that beach chairs and umbrellas were even provided. It was great walking from the house directly to an almost private beach. We loved hunting for shells!

Great Time

Wonderful stay!

This house is perfectly situated on the beach and our family of 4 had a lovely time relaxing at SGI! We loved watching the dolphins, and our kids play, right from the porch! It was a short, pretty ride to the pool. Great location in the plantation. We had a great week! Thank you for hosting us!

Family Vacation

We loved this property. Steps from the beach and large deck for stargazing. Kitchen was very well stocked. Sea turtles nested on both sides of the house. It was an awesome vacation. Looking forward to staying at this property again.

Year 2 at Gulfside

We stayed here last year as well and again we were satisfied with the property and location. We had the opportunity to do some more exploring of the Plantation area and with the home being centrally located within the community it allowed us to take off in any direction. You can’t beat the privacy and the Gulf being pretty much in your backyard!

Great location and good set up for two families

It is an older home in the Plantation section of SGI but the owner has been working on updating it. Walk down the deck to the beach which has very few people on it typically. Nicely separated bedrooms with a great space in the middle making it perfect for two families.

Relaxing Beach Getaway

Our family really enjoyed this property and our time on SGI. Fantastic space to relax and have fun on the beach, just steps from the house. Trip to Gulfside

Overall highly satisfied with this property and the property manager. Great views of the Gulf and the outside vegetation gives you the feel of your own little private paradise. Though the outside of the house is dated, the open feel of the interior along with the updates to the inside more than make up for it. The view out the two large back sliding glass doors are nothing short of amazing. Property location was great as well, far enough away from the center of the island so it is very quiet, but also close enough that trips to restaurants and stores are not too far. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here!

awesome property

Awesome property with a great beach. the only complaint we had was the condition of the deck. We spent a lot of time on the beach, but mornings and evenings were spent on the deck. The deck needs replaced, plain and simple! There were 7of us, and at some point we all got splinters from the weathered wood on the deck.

Great Location and Layout, Needs TLC

House has a great layout and is in a really nice location on the beach / in the plantation. The owner is communicative and helpful and the price seemed good. However, the house has been 'ridden hard' and is below the standard that one should expect at this price point. Issues? Paint chipping and cracking, drywall falling off, shower head not working, fan in bedroom without bulbs and non functional, extra blankets dirty and smell like wet dog, sheets stained with coffee stains, washing machine loaded with mildew, stocked with bare minimum supplies (one roll paper towel, 3 garbage bags, 4 toilet paper rolls for a 1 week stay). There was surely some good, but renters should be aware of the 'bare minimum' approach to the property. There are so many basic things that could be done to make the stay more enjoyable.

Great Location - Great for Relaxed Family Vacation

Like other reviews have mentioned, the house does need a little TLC. Chipping ceiling paint and on some walls. With that being said, the house was very clean and comfortable. The views were beautiful. There wasn't anyone staying in either of the houses to the left and right of us so we had the whole beach to ourselves. We played pickleball every morning and met some of the neighborhood locals. All who were super nice. The pickle ball courts were under construction so they had one of the tennis courts converted which wasn't a big deal to us. The courts were a nice 2.5 mile bike ride which we made using the bike trails so we could gawk at the beautiful houses in the neighborhood. We had a loggerhead lay her eggs in the dunes right in front of the house so we got to speak to the turtle volunteers which was a bonus. There were beach chairs and toys for kids. They house had everything we needed. We had no issues and would definitely stay here again!

Great Beach, Great Hosts

We had a great week at Gulfside Oaks. The house was just as described and the beach and ocean were even better. We cooked most nights and found the kitchen well equipped for all our needs. The house was comfortable and had all the amenities anyone would need, Including a good selection of umbrellas and beach chairs in the storage room downstairs. The best part of this trip, however, was definitely the beach and the view. We spent most of our time enjoying the ocean and watching dolphins pass back-and-forth just offshore. You could not ask for a better hosts! Early in the week I needed to get something delivered and Sammy offered to have it delivered to his office. We did have one night where one of the central AC units went out, but we found a temporary fix and Sammy had someone out the next morning to check everything out. A big thanks to Buck and Sammy. I dropped my wireless earbuds in the driveway on our way out. Buck found them, and Sammy offered to mail them back. Above and beyond!
