Vakna upp till ljudet från vågorna i din egen privata eko-reträtt med direkt tillgång till Pennington Bay, en av de mest spektakulära stränderna på Kangaroo Island. Oavsett om du är en surfare, fiskare eller bara tycker om att gå på orörd vit sand, är Pennington Bay en av de dolda pärlorna på Kangaroo Island.

Bekvämt beläget 20 minuters bilresa från både färjeterminalen och flygplatsen, ligger strandhuset i över 50 hektar privatägt, orört, kulturarvskustmark och ger dig absolut avskildhet. Du kommer att tro att du är de enda människorna på ön, men ändå en kort promenad genom dina egna privata sanddyner från strandhuset och du anländer till stranden.

Boendet består av två rymliga dubbelrum, ett badrum, välutrustat kök och bekväm lounge. Observera att badrummet nås via sovrum 2.

Fastigheten är helt "off-grid" med en kombination av solenergi med back-up batterikraft.

Observera att det finns en utomhusgrill, och inne i kokplattan / spisen men ingen ugn.

School holiday get away

Tried somewhere different after staying at island beach a few times. Location is brilliant, beautiful bushland, wildlife and magnificent coastline. close to pennashaw, cygnet river and Kingscote for convenience, but may as well be in the middle of nowhere. Could not rate this stay highly enough. Will definitely try and come back.

Once again fabulous

This was our third time staying at Allure Beach Retreat and it was as wonderful as we remembered. The views, the privacy, the woodfire, the artworks and reading material meant we were reluctant to head off exploring. We had 'our' very own wild beach a 5 min walk away and were nestled and cosy amongst the dunes when we returned. The home was spotless and the bed super comfortable. A glorious place.

Perfect Honeymoon

My husband and I stayed at the Allure Beach Retreat for our honeymoon! We cannot imagine celebrating our marriage anywhere else. We had the most magical walks down to the beach, sips of coffee on the deck, bird watching, and much more. The space is well equipped with everything you need to kick back and relax, and feel like you’re staying in a high end relaxing resort. We hope to. Come back one day

Didn’t want to leave!

House was perfect, off the grid, clean and lots of room. For us nature lovers, it was amazing. All around us were beautiful birds, wallabies and kangaroos. Location was ideal to travel to different areas of the island. Well furnished and kitchen had everything we needed. We visited Australia for a month and this location was the highlight of our trip. Only regret is not staying at this location longer. Host was very easy to communicate with.

Great place to stay on Kangaroo Island. We haven’t been there before so it was quite central to visiting all around the island. Lovely accomodation. Next time the weather will be a little warmer and we will swim.

High quality accommodation in secluded location

We spent three nights at this absolutely sensational property at Pennington Bay. Extremely well-appointed, very spacious and well hidden. Well located, being not too far from either Penneshaw or Kingscote. We would love to do a return visit at some stage.
