Millpond har nyligen genomgått omfattande renoveringar, ett modernt 3-sovrum, 2-badrumsboende med utsikt över en spektakulär utsikt över fastlandet. Huset sover 8 vuxna bekvämt. Två sovrum har queen size-sängar och det tredje sovrummet har två våningssängar. Stora skjutdörrar och fönster i vardagsrum och sovrummet ger sensationell utsikt över vackra Hog Bay och Penneshaw stranden.

Millpond ligger bara 25 meter till en ren vit sandstrand, som är idealisk för familjer och vattenaktiviteter. En rymlig däck och grillmöjligheter gör det möjligt för avslappnad avkoppling eller underhållning och ett fullt utrustat, skräddarsydd kök ger dig allt du behöver inom fingertoppen. Öppen planlösning med moderna apparater och inredning och 2 moderna badrum ger en bekväm vistelse. Allt linne - inklusive badlakan - ingår som en del av din vistelse. We arrived on a cold windy day. It was great to walk in and find the combustion wood fire on and war

We had a fantastic stay and were amazed at how well stocked the kitchen was. Great views over Hogs Bay, short walk to local shops. We will be back

Just perfect

Have just had the best holiday on Kangaroo Island staying at Millpond in Penneshaw. Eddie our host was amazing and very accomodating. The house has beautiful views and is very comfortable. Will definitely stay here again!!!

Fantastic Vacation

We had an absolutely fabulous time in Kangaroo and our accommodation in Penneshaw was perfect. The house is in the perfect location with terrific views We were very comfortable and the house had everything you could need and more. We will definitely be back!

Perfection in Penneshaw

Millpond is a perfectly appointed holiday home. It was an absolute delight to stay here and it will be the first place I look on my next trip to KI. All the little details are there - platters, spices, tools for seafood, puzzles/books for rainy days. The front verandah was a lovely place to relax, watch the dolphins, birds and see the wallabies :)

Just delightful

The property is very well appointed, superbly positioned, clean and very comfortable. It was indeed a home away from home. Add the dolphins at the beach below and it is a little piece of paradise.

Location

The location was good near the ferry across the street from the water. Clean, comfortable with nice views. The manage emailed several days of activities which was helpful.

The three of us all enjoyed our at Millpond. The house or should I say owners) catered very well to our needs and was well equipped and maintained in all areas, especiallly the kitchen! Great location with an awsome view of the bay, cleanliness, great outdoor furniture and comfy beds beds. My only concern was my blind husband possibly breaking the lovely glass stingray ornament in the main bedroom! We would highly recommend this lovely holiday home. Thanks Meredith and Co xx

The most perfect house with beautiful views

We couldn’t have asked for a better house than Millpond! It had everything we could possible want and Eddie and Rhonda were so helpful! The views to the white sandy beach were stunning and KI was the most heavenly place. Definitely will come back!

Holiday of memories with girlfriends

Loved this holiday experience with longtime girlfriends. The house was excellent. Loved the 2 full bathrooms as we had a girlfriend with a moon boot on and legally blind so was very easy for her to find her way around with easy access.

Well equipped holiday home in a picturesque settin

Millpond is wonderfully situated - on a quiet road, with a front terrace overlooking Hog's Bay, and a short stroll to the shops of Penneshaw. The house has a large kitchen/living/dining space and 3 good sized bedrooms and is very well presented, and equipped with everything you would need to live, let alone holiday. The owners are helpful and very communicative. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here exploring the sights of Kangaroo Island.

Home away from home

Fabulous property with panoramic views of Backstairs Passage across Hog Bay to Cape Jervis. Within easy walking distance to supermarket, hotel and ferry terminal. This home has all the amenities we have in our own home. Eddie is very responsive to any questions. We had another great day at the Kangaroo Island races. Thanks Eddie and Rhonda.

4 nights in Penneshaw

Clean & spacious, with a modern feel, ample accommodation for 4 adults & 4 children if required. Nice bathrooms although the very hot water in the showers could prove a hazard to young children or the elderly. Well appointed kitchen with plenty of equipment to cook almost anything. Only a few hundreds metres from the town centre and great ocean views.

Clean and well stocked house with beautiful views.

We had a wonderful stay in Penneshaw. Millpond is a lovely house with a beatufil view of the bay. The house was so comfortable. It was airy and tastefully decorated. The well stocked kitchen was an added bonus. It had everything you could possibly need and more. Thank you Eddie and Rhonda for helping to make our holiday extra special.

Could not find any fault!

House is clean, has all the mod cons, near the beach, has wifi, and the owner is exceptionally considerate- always in touch, providing tips and advice. Seriously we cannot find any fault!
