Välkommen till din dröm Petoskey semester! Denna lägenhet ligger bara ett kvarter söder om ingången till Petoskey State Park. Ligger på baksidan av utvecklingen med en trädtäckt sanddyn direkt från din bakdörr. Sitt ute på bakdäck och njut av naturens skönhet medan du lagar en gourmetmåltid på grillen, allt medan du njuter av en öl från Petoskey Brewing bara en kort promenad söderut. Eller ett glas vin från det stora urvalet på Toski Sands Market precis tvärs över gatan (de har Petoskeys största urval av öl också.) Vi har en vacker täckt veranda för ditt morgonkaffe och bakverk från det berömda Johan's Bakery. Om du letar efter en spektakulär utekväll kan du prova Vernale bara en mil längre norrut. Och för att toppa allt detta är vi en av
några enheter till det här priset har CENTRAL AIR.

Om du gillar utomhus har vi allt som norra Michigan har att erbjuda, börjar med stranden i Petoskey State Park. Du kan gå dit precis ut bakdörren. Om du ska cykla är Little Traverse Wheel Way rätt framför. Du kan åka från lägenheten söderut till Charlevoix eller norrut till Harbor Springs. Bear River Whitewater Park är mitt i centrum, se till att du tar lektioner. Ta med terrängcyklarna och åka på de omfattande spåren i Boyne och Boyne Highlands, du kan till och med ta stolen upp och bara åka ner nybörjarspåren. Golf, golf och mer golf! Och så mycket mer!

För dig som föredrar att träna medan du shoppar kan du åka till Harbor Springs, The Gas Light District i Petoskey centrum eller köra till det otroliga Harbour District i Charlevoix. Du kan hitta allt ditt hjärta önskar när du går och shoppar för träning!

När du äntligen kommer tillbaka till lägenheten kan du dra nytta av vår king size-säng i sovrummet medan barnen vardagsrummet ligger i det andra sovrummet i full storlek med en dubbelsäng. Vi har en stor platt-TV, trådlöst internet och en DVD-spelare. Ett urval av familjefilmer och massor av spel också.

Great Petoskey rental

We planned to do various activities and this was a great location to come and go from. Walking distance into the State park for sunsets was a plus.

Perfect Condo for Beach Goers

We enjoyed our stay at this condo! It was clean and was perfectly located! We love going to the beach and this condo was perfect for that! It was an easy drive to downtown and close to everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

Sisters getaway

My sister and I stayed here for 3 nights. Great location nestled between Petoskey and Harbor Springs. Enjoyed going to wineries in Petoskey, spent a day on Mackinaw Island, and enjoyed a little shopping in neighboring towns. Condo is right next to Petoskey State Park so enjoyed walking over to the beach as well. Would definitely stay here again.

Location, location, location!!

Perfect location to bike trails, Harbor Springs, Petoskey and Charlevoix. We even took a day trip up to Picture Rocks. The condo is bright, modern and clean. We are returning in 2025!!

Loved our stay at this condo

Perfect location for touring the area. Very clean condo- well stocked kitchen and comfortable living room and bed room. The proximity to the state park is wonderful. It is also in a lovely, quiet area- and close to good restaurants and grocery stores.

Petoskey Perfect

This is truly a treasure of a place and our family enjoyed our stay in every way. It is cozy, clean, and we felt right at home! We enjoyed days at the Petoskey State Park, took a day trip to Mackinac Island, and enjoyed downtown Petoskey. The location was perfect. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend!!

Clean and Updated

Great location, property recently updated. Clean and well appointed. Only issue we had was 2 couples and second bedroom bed was a full size with pull out on the floor. Not easy for 60+adults. But loved our stay there.

Just perfect!

This condo was perfect in every way! It is clean and comfortable (great beds and pillows!) and a great location between Petoskey and Harbor Springs. Petoskey State Park is within easy walking distance! I would absolutely recommend it!

What a lovely condo! The location is absolutely perfect for being centrally located to charlevoix, Petoskey, mackinaw city and harbor springs. The condo has been remodeled recently and is gorgeous! The owners have thought of everything!!!

Awesome location

These condos are an awesome location to the state park. It’s right on the bike path and no far from several shops and restaurants. We prefer renting a condo to have a little more space and to be in a less crowded area. The condo is beautiful, clean and comfortable. We have plans to return in the fall. Amazing place to stay with a family

My family and I had a wonderful stay! The location is perfect- right next to the state park and a close drive to everything. It was nice and quiet, and the perfect size for us and our two kids. There is even a beautiful view of a hill and trees out the back. The owner went above and beyond to help us when we had a family issue come up that effected our stay. The rental was very clean, newly updated and had very comfortable furniture. It had everything we needed for cooking meals. We will stay again next time we come to Petoskey!

Great Location, Updated Condo - Petoskey is Incredible!

As advertised, recently updated this condo feels brand new. We liked the separate bedrooms upstairs with full baths. Close to Traverse Wheelway, we biked almost everywhere. Also, an amazing beach in Petoskey State Park is a 3 minute bike directly behind. Perfect for our family vacation. The Petoskey area has it all! Absolutely loved it.

Jeffrey Street är värd

We are an outdoor family, we love to hike, bike, swim, kayak/canoe, and everything winter. I coach high school ski racing and love the Petoskey Area. That's why most weekends are booked in the winter. But summer is open to guests.

Varför värden valde detta boende

We love Northwest Michigan. We are here at least 8 weekends every winter coaching ski racing or skiing with friends. We had been looking at the Bathing Beach Condominiums for more than 5 years waiting for the right one to come along. We finally pulled the trigger in 2015. Now being able to walk to the beach and see the best sunsets in Michigan is a true blessing and we can't wait to take advantage of that.

My wife and I grew up in Southern Michigan and our favorite childhood memories relate to skiing and the beach. Having the beach so close to this condo we are hoping our grand children have some of those same kind of memories. In fact one of my favorite vacations was to a cottage (now a condo) just across the street from Bathing Beach. It was a winter vacation, with lots of skiing, sledding and cross country skiing in the Petoskey State Park. My wife's family had a cottage in Ontario right on the water and she spent all of her summers at the beach. As you can tell I love winter, she loves summer. Opposites do attract!

We are empty nesters now and have a lot more time to enjoy a weekend get-a-way. As we near retirement we will definitely be able to take advantage of the condo more.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

The main benefit to this unit is it's proximity to all Northwest Michigan has to offer. From skiing and snowmobiling in the winter to biking, boating and swimming in the summer and everything in between. The condo is completely furnished with everything you would expect in your own home. All you need to bring are the toys you intend to use, toiletries, beach towels and chairs and food. Oh yeah and your bathing suit! And we have A/C!
