A piece of paradise

Our stay was nothing short of remarkable. We will definitely be coming back next year at the same time. The condo was so cute! It was stocked with everything we needed. The host communicated everything effectively, was always there if we had any questions & never made me feel like I called too many times.

Loved Lourdes place and love Siesta Dunes!

We had a wonderful time! Lourdes place was very well equipped with all the things we needed to enjoy a beach vacation! The condo was clean and had many amenities available to us! It was very well decorated and beds were very comfy! We really love the facilities at Siesta Dunes; it's location, deck & chairs available, right on the beach, heated swimming pool & hot tub! Community room available! Pickle ball courts! Nice!

Great condo!

This condo is just as advertised. It is very clean and has plenty of space. The kitchen is fully stocked, the unit has plenty of bath towels and beach towels, plus a cooler, wagon, and other toys for the beach. The property is clean, and the beach access is superb. Communication with the host was very good. Would definitely stay here again!

Great stay

Fantastic property. Very safe environment and very close to the beach. Limited view from the deck/bedroom but most the time is spent outside anyways. Wonderful experience.

Great 1st Visit to Siesta Key

This was my family's first visit to Siesta Key. The condo was nice, spacious and very conveniently located by the beach. The property itself is beachfront, but this condo is at the front of the property so it's a little bit of a walk to the beach, but not bad at all. Office staff are very professional and security is visible at all times. Condo comes with a reserved covered parking space which was nice. My only, very small complaint was that anytime we ran the shower there was an unpleasant smell...and not just a hard water smell, more like a sewage smell. But that is literally the only nit picking I can do. Owner was responsive to all questions and pleasant to deal with. We will definitely be back!

Great Place for vacation stay

We have enjoyed our stay at Condo at Siesta Beach. The condo is very nicely furnished and all amenities are included. The beach is private and not as crowded as the public beached nearby, one very big plus is the beach lounges available for the guests. The grounds are kept clean and the pool is a great plus. Overall we have enloyed our stay there and would like to return next year

Fun in the Sun!!

The property was as described! Only a short walk from the pool and private beach! We had a great relaxing time with our family and the weather was gorgeous!! We enjoyed the ocean, pool, shark tooth hunting, snorkeling, dining out, and several beautiful sunsets!

Siesta Dunes Condominium, Siesta Key Beach April 2024

The location of the condo was perfect for all that is on the island, from shopping to dining. It is also a short drive to UTC mall and St Armands. The staff at the complex were very friendly and informative which helped make our stay more enjoyable. The condo unit was very well equipped with everything needed to feel at home from beach towels and toys to the kitchen being nicely stocked with cooking utensils and dishes. The unit is nicely decorated and the furniture is comfortable for relaxing. It is nice having the bedrooms separated with bathrooms for each bedroom. Nice layout overall and the property with the pool, clubhouse, and the beautiful deck with the pavilion just steps from the beach make this a wonderful place to enjoy a vacation. We also appreciated the umbrella rental service available right on the beach. Some restaurants and shopping are within walking distance, which is very nice. We would definitely return.

Siesta Key vacation

The condo was very clean, beautifully decorated and appointed, and was well stocked in the kitchen. The heated pool was wonderful and the very large deck on the beach was fabulous. The location was great for getting off and on the key. We would stay there again.

Great condo

Great condo, very clean upon arrival. Internet was very good, which was key because I had a critical Teams call to take during the week. My only (minor) complaint is that the main TV was fairly aged (without the ability to stream my own content & subscriptions, such as YouTubeTV, Disney +, etc..)

Great condo

We had a wonderful time at this condo. Siesta Key beach is amazing. The pool was clean and chairs were abundant. The condo needed a “deep” cleaning of certain areas, but overall was very clean. The kitchen had everything you would want. We had an issue with a couple small appliances and the owner replaced them within hours. There could be more towels as there were 5 of us and I was washing towels often. The couch in the living area does not open up to a bed so keep that in mind when you rent. We would definitely rent here again. The location is the best. Restaurants and shopping very close. The owner was always available for any questions or issues.

Awesome!

The Siesta Dunes is a wonderful place to gather with family as well as a place to relax with your spouse. Whether you choose to be at the beach or the pool there is always a place for you. The pristine beach is the perfect way to walk to the Village while you collect seashells along the way. Once you arrive at the village you have the pick of many different restaurants and shops with the added bonus of being able to take the free trolley back to your condo. Any issues or questions are quickly answered.

Beautiful beach and location

Loved that we could walk past the pool to the beach. The only thing you need to bring down to the beach is a beach umbrella as the complex has lots of chairs on the beach for renter/owner use. The tennis courts have pickle ball nets to wheel off and on the court. The office has tennis rackets, paddleball paddles and balls. The trolley to go downtown is free (tips appreciated) and picks you up right outside the complex as parking downtown is tough. You can also drive up to eat near Turtle Beach. The kitchen has all the appliances and cookware that you could need. We stayed the month of Jan, but would have stayed longer if it had been available. The owner is very responsive to any questions you have. There is a washer and dryer on each floor that you can pay the office to use. If staying, bring paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher and dish soap, hand soap and kleenex for starters. It was a great vacation and we would love to stay here again.

Would definitely stay again

The condo felt bigger than what the pictures show. Very spacious since the balcony/patio is enclosed. Directions were very easy to follow and Siesta Dunes has great facilities: heated pool, hot tub, and very nice grilling area overlooking the beach. Siesta Dunes itself is in a great location. Less than 10 min to Publix and target and very close to downtown area with restaurants and bars.
