Välkommen till Banksia Villa 534 på resort på Kingfisher Bay, Fraser Island, den perfekta miljön för möten med familj och vänner. Banksia 534 har totalrenoverats för att ge en fräsch, lyxig, familjevänlig boende.

Banksia villa 534 är en helt fristående enhet på 3 våningar med vacker utsikt över havet från sitt läge på kullen. Fastigheten har 3 sovrum, loftet sovrummet nås via en svepande trappa, det finns 2 kung enkelsängar och en rulla som möjliggör en queen size-säng och enkelsängar eller tre enkelsängar. Det stora sovrummet har en queen size-säng, gott om förvaring, tv, luftkonditionering, eget badrum och tillgång till det nedre däck med magnifik utsikt över sandstranden. Det andra sovrummet har en drottning och enkelsäng, tv och tillgång till det nedre däck.

När du kommer in i villan finns ett tvättstuga med tvättmaskin och torktumlare, separat toalett och huvudbadrummet med bubbelbad, regndusch och fåfänga.

Det finns en liten trappa upp till det öppna kök / vardagsrum / matplats, där det finns en stor hörnsoffa, TV, bänkplatser runt matbordet och en stor öbänk. Köket är fullt utrustat och har diskmaskin, stort kyl / frys, mikrovågsugn, ugn, 4 brännare spishäll och ett stort skafferi. Skjutdörrar från vardagsrummet / matsalen leder till huvuddäck med utomhusmiljö och familjestorlek Weber Barbecue, en vacker miljö för att koppla av och njuta av solnedgången över havet med familj och vänner.

Det tredje loft sovrummet nås från vardagsrummet via trappan. Sovrummet har lameller som kan öppnas eller stängas för avskildhet.

Återvända tillbaka till huvudentrén leder en flygning av 6 trappor ner till de två stora sovrummen.

Villan ligger något uppför kullen och är en enkel promenad till orterna 3 pooler, spa, tennisbanor, restauranger, barer och bybutiken som lagrar kläder, öl och vin, presenter och matvaror.

Det finns många aktiviteter på ön inklusive 4-hjuling. Om du inte tar med fordonsaktiviteter på orten inkluderar ranger-turer, barnprogram, Segway-turer och tennis. Fiskeutrustning, kanoter och paddelbräden kan hyras i bryggan. Det finns många vackra promenader på ön och en promenad längs stranden till Mackenzies brygga för att titta på solnedgången är det perfekta sättet att avsluta dagen på.

Island palace

Beautifully appointed villa where everything has been considered. Perfect for our family getaway. So lovely to return to after a day 4WD’ing across K’Gari, or just spending the day on the balcony reading. We can’t wait to re-book.

A stunning home in a beautiful resort

This house felt like home! I was repeatedly impressed with how much thought and effort the owners had put it to making sure we had everything we needed and more. Most places have the same standard offerings but this home had electric frying pan, sandwich press, beaters, heaps of plates, platters, plastic options for kids, board games and movies. The owners were so great to deal with. The beds and pillows were super comfy and the place is freshly renovated. I will definitely be back!

Fantastic Fraser Villa

Our first visit to Fraser and will definitely be back to stay in this well appointed and equipped villa. Lucy was great to deal with, incredibly responsive, informative and very welcoming. The best hosts we have come across. The house is well appointed to the resort and beach both in walking distance. The house has everything you could need, the kitchen has a range of appliances, great decks and plenty of games/DVD's for the kids. Thanks for a wonderful week, we will be back.

A very comfortable base for exploring Kingfisher Bay and Lake Mackenzie

A very nice property just a few minutes walk from the excellent resort restaurants and pool and a leisurely stroll from the jetty and casual eating areas. Very well presented, spacious for our family of four, relaxing, very good bathrooms and equipped with modern appliances.

Our family has a fantastic time on Fraser Island and our stay at the villa was perfect, much more than expected. Everything we could have needed was there plus more. The best Kingfisher has to offer!

We had a fabulous stay in Lucy’s villa at Kingfisher. We are annual visitors to the resort and this was our first time in this villa and it was by far the nicest we have stayed in. It has been renovated to a very high standard with everything you need to make your stay an enjoyable one. The kitchen in particular had everything you needed to make self catering a breeze and the BBQ on the deck was great. We really enjoyed the friendly Kookoburras (watch out for your brekkie though they can be cheeky) and the kids loved watching the goannas from the deck. Don’t miss the sunsets from the beach they are spectacular. We will be back!

Beatuiful and well stocked Villa, owners we're very friendly and accomodating

We had a wonderful stay at the Villa over 4 days, the place was furnished well with a fully stocked kitchen for us to make our own meals, and head just down the road to the restaurant at Kingfisher. Lucy was very helpful in managing our booking and how to find the villa, and offered great advice on where to go and what to do around Kingfisher and around the island. Would definitely stay again!

A truly unique villa with everything you could wish for and more

We stayed in Blissful Banksia for 3 nights and it was the best holiday for our family. The villa is located within Kingfisher Bay Resort so you can use all the resort facilities such as pools and restaurants. The villa itself is amazing with all the modern cons such as Austar and air conditioning, spacious, extremely well-equipped kitchen and lots of beds. The kids absolutely loved the spa bath especially after a beach or pool swim. The villa is immaculately clean and well cared for and we couldn't fault it in any way. Definitely the best villa in the whole resort as we even had a washing machine and tumble dryer for extreme convenience and unique touches such as special plastic kid friendly plates and cups suitable for our toddler. We will definitely be back to stay again! Thank you so much!

Our family loved our holiday at Blissful Banksia!

Blissful banksia is a very comfortable, clean rental that has been beautifully renovated (the best feature is the well equiped kitchen!) The kids enjoyed the board games and movies provided. We were joined by a friendly kookaburra at breakfast on the deck one morning. We had great communication with the owners throughout our stay. Lucy was very helpful with directions and was easy to contact if we had any questions. We will definately recommend this rental to my friends and family and hope to return to visit ourselves sometime in the near future. Thank you for sharing this wonderful location with us Lucy and family!

the house was perfect!

This house was a really lovely surprise and we enjoyed ourselves so much. Plenty of space for our 2 families and it was very well equipped for a really enjoyable holiday. The extras like the Atari and bbq just topped it all off. Kitchen/bathrooms and bedrooms all excellent. The beds/ bedding were great and I slept better than i ever have on a holiday. Lovely view from the two balconies, and the owner was very helpful and communicative. Overall I would highly recommend this house and we will be back! Thank you so much Lucy!

Modern, spacious, fully contained unit.

My husband and I stayed at villa 534 for 3 nights. We wished we could have stayed longer. The settling is beautiful, the villa came fully equipped with everything we needed. We enjoyed breakfast on the balcony with three kookaburra's who visited us daily. In the evening we were able to enjoy a relaxing spa bath. We enjoyed our time here so much we hope to come back soon for even longer. Thank you to Lucky and Andrew for making our stay stress free and pleasurable.

a wonderful house in a wonderful place

It's a great house in kingfisher bay resort, everything is confortable and made for the guest feel very at ease . I think that it'is one of the best place I ever go. We had the feeling to leave in trees in a very modern house. The island is wonderful. Lucy made a lot to help us (my english is not good) , to give us good advices. I think we'll come again.
