Denna lÀgenhet ligger pÄ nedre vÄningen i huset dÀr jag bor.
Den har nyligen skapats och Àr praktisk och modern design.
Den har eget badrum, kök (uteservering) och tÀckt uteplats med grill och utomhusinredning, perfekt för en varm eller kall drink utomhus, i en lugn och avkopplande miljö
Det ligger i ett mycket lugnt omrÄde, 50 meter frÄn vÀgen,
. Queen size-sÀngen Àr mycket tillmötesgÄende för en god natts sömn, och om du ska ha en 3: e gÀst Àr en enkel madrass tillgÀnglig
En hÀrlig park (Poimena) dominerar panoramautsikt över gatan. Det berömda Mona-museet och utvÀg bara nÄgra minuter bort. och Cadbury inom gÄngavstÄnd. Andra parker och vandringsleder gör att du tycker om att gÄ en promenad varje morgon (jag gör det.)
Claremont Village Àr 3 min bort (15 min promenad).
LÀgenheten Àr mycket tillmötesgÄende, generös och praktisk.
Det finns alltid lite grundlÀggande mat för att hÄlla dig pÄ vÀg.
Tee, kaffe, brödmjölk, smör, sylt, spannmÄl.

Anledningen till att jag noterade min lÀgenhet och bestÀmde mig för att hyra ut det Àr frÀmst att göra vÀnner och interagera med mÀnniskor frÄn hela vÀrlden (om de gillar att).

Comfortable stay in quiet area for someone that do not want to stay in the city.

All neat and tidy. Unit is well supplied with all that you may need. In close range to shops if you do need to go shopping for food. Love the views, had gorgeous small birds visiting every morning before the neighborhood woke up. Made me feel welcome from the start and as single traveler that was appreciated. The only shortcoming-if I can call it that-is the uneven surface and steps around the unit. For any person with hip and or knee issues, this may not be the best option.

Great stay at Papa Joe’s

Joe is a great communicator! He will be there to greet you upon arrival and will be there to say goodbye at check-out. He’s also very helpful with suggestions on what to see and do. He and his partner Renate are some of the most loving people we’ve ever met. He’s got a nice quiet location for traveling in any direction. You will love your stay at Joe’s!

Papa Joe is a wonderful host. He greeted us personally, even though our flight was delayed and got in late. The basement suite he provided was private, clean, and comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with bread, cheese, ham, boiled eggs, tea, coffee and more, and there was a pretty outdoor seating area just off the bedroom to enjoy breakfast. He invited us to dinner and we had a lovely chat. He truly treats guests like family. 10/10, would stay here again!

Papa Joe is one of the warmest and nicest people you'll meet! The place is great for two people to either just sit and chill, or as a place to rest between daytrips. Comparatively speaking, Austin's Ferry isn't too far away from Hobart, so if you did want to go into the city, it's a 10-15 minute drive.

From the warmest of welcomes, Papa Joe made us feel like a part of the family. Joe went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and relaxing The property is easy to find, parking on site, THE most amazing views and of an evening the area is so quiet Guests have private access as well as a lovely covered outdoor area to sit relax and admire the stunning views Supermarket is within minutes, a short easy drive and has specialty stores within the complex for any needs & restaurants and pubs nearby Papa Joe IS hospitality, a true gentleman and wonderful host

Our flight was delayed and Joe willing to wait for us and offering to make dinner for us but we didn’t accept.However Joe gave us a bottle of wine ,my husband enjoyed very much and wanted to buy one bottle for my friend back in Adelaide but when we enquired Joe where we can buy it,Joe offered us another bottle! Austins Ferry is a quiet established suburb. I have lived here for the last 18 years.
I have built few houses in the area, one of them where I live. Its a family orientated suburb.. and has a private and relaxed atmosphere.
My guests will feel that.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Self contained and very comfortable unit. Very quiet away from the road. Spacious and close to many amenities.
Good size bed, little convenient kitchen. separate bathroom etc...
Hard to find something as good value for money as this unit.
