89 Elphin Road byggdes 1900 och har varit i vår familj i 80 år. Den har tre stora sovrum, två moderniserade badrum och en stor lounge. På baksidan finns en härlig ljusfylld solrum med bekväma sittplatser och matsal samt ett nytt kök med europeiska apparater. Alla periodens ursprungliga byggnadsestetik har behållits.
Huset är idealiskt beläget 1. 5kms från centrum av staden med gott om parkering. Kollektivtrafik ligger i närheten.

Warm, clean comfortable

Fantastic property in great location

An absolutely lovely property in a great location. The house is well equipped, we cooked a couple of times and didn’t feel we were short of utensils and pans. Would definitely stay again

Best Launceston Stay

What a beauty, restored with all the mods and cons without destroying the historic charm. Everything we needed was close by. The house felt more like a home, with plenty of room to spread out and relax. I would definitely try and stay here on our next trip.

Awesome

Beautiful property, located for easy access to city and surrounds. Huge bedrooms, comfortable beds. The 2 bathrooms were a winner for 3 women. Love the sunroom and garden area. Highly recommended for a relaxing stay.

Old World Charm Meets New

Loved this place, old home well presented with beautiful updates. Turning back the clock that gave you a big hug and you feel so comfortable being there. 3 great bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, lounge, kitchen and the gorgeous sunroom which I curled up with a book. Great central location. Already passed on details to family & friends, would absolutely come back.

Would stay again.

Very clean and spacious home. Renovated beautifully and well equipped. Great, central location. Kitchen is well equipped with lots of little pantry extras. Laundry is outside but great washing machine and dryer. Plenty of space for 6 adults/3 couples. Fantastic bathrooms. Great place to stay.

Home from home

A great property not far from the centre of Launceston. House was spotlessly clean and there was great communication from the owner. Quite a bit of road noise in the front bedrooms but it would not stop us from staying again the next time we are in Launceston. Thankyou.

We were requiring a home for five people. Two married couples and one daughter in her mid 30's. At

Perfect location and extremely comforta le and spotlessly clean. Highly recommended. The many little extras in the kitchen were just like opening a drawer at home. We needed a place for our son's wedding near Launceston and this beautiful home ticked all of the boxes. Thank you to June and Gill. We hope to use this home again in the future.
