Kennedy är en innerstaden 200m2 stora Victorian Terrace ligger i centrum av händelserna kvartalet Launceston CBD.

På övervåningen har master King size sovrum med balkong, separat toalett, badrum med dubbla handfat, dusch och klo fotbad och dubbelrum.

En stor trappa ansluter till den nedre nivån med ett rymligt drottning sovrum, vardagsrum, matsal, kök och tvättstuga med andra toalett.

Kök med diskmaskin och moderna apparater, inklusive Nespresso-maskin med bössor och teval, detta sitter mellan det generösa matbordet eller bakgården med grill och utomhus.

60 "Samsung LCD-TV med Netflix, Yamaha Bluetooth-högtalare och gratis höghastighets Wi-Fi ingår.

Relaxing

Rick never fails to impress with the presentation of “Kennedy”. Just a pleasure to use this home as a base for our long weekend activities. From the fresh bread, home made muesli & yoghurt available on arrival to the wonderful old world charm of the home “Kennedy” is a must!

Ideal property for a family or a couple stay in Launceston The property has been renovated to a high standard yet keeping the terrace house feel As it only has one bathroom with separate WC located on the first floor its not ideal for several couples to stay The dining room & kitchen are yet to be renovated but we both had a good stay

Great short stay!

We had a lovely stay in Launceston at this property. The townhouse was stylish and comfortable and close to all Launceston had to offer. We also appreciated the fresh bread, butter and yogurts provided by the host - we would definitely stay again!

Convenient city location

A great house for 4 adults - plenty of space and just like the pictures indicated. Good heating provided for those chilly Launceston nights & very comfortable beds. Perfect location for walking around Launceston CBD.

Girls weekend away

Very central and clean comfortable and well presented property. Generous extras and quality furnishings. The house had rustic, old world charm and the location close to parks, cafes and a wonderful Harvest market. Highly recommended.

Dave and Rick love to travel and also love to provide accommodation that has all the quality and features that we'd love to have in our own homes. Quality appliances, really comfy beds, thoroughly clean and good showers!

We have three properties available, all right next to each other in Launceston's CBD (the 3 bedroom heritage townhouse with the modern touches plus two new 1 bedroom spacious apartments).

We also like constantly updating them, so when guests return they often notice something new!

Varför värden valde detta boende

This townhouse is well known in Launceston, right across from the City Park with views over to the monkey enclosure from the master bedroom, across from the iconic Albert Hall and within 2 blocks of the city centre.

We had the opportunity to buy it while it needed some love, and have given the exterior a full restoration, brand new bathroom and toilets, full repaint and airconditioning and heating. A mix of the modern, while understanding it's a heritage property.

And with parking and a private backyard so close to the city it's a pretty rare find!
