Location and proximity to parks was fabulous. House tucked into downtown, we could walk to everything. Kitchen amenities were limited and or unusable. Pots and pans warped and chipping, no steak knives, one bread knife for prep. Very limited cutlery. Grill did not get to temp. Vacasa team was quick to check gas, but after some research we found it was probably not right regulator or grill type for the elevation. Beds were comfortable. Overall perfect location. Bring cutlery and prep knife if you plan to cook. Plenty of places to eat out within walking distance.

Moab 61E S 200- Great Place

This property is ideal for a small group going to Moab. Located right in the heart of town, everything is walking distance. The sound of the creek behind it is very tranquil, and the staff at Vacasa was exceptionally responsive and helpful with the couple of questions we had. We thought it was an ideal spot if going to Moab.

Excellent place. The outdoor grill is a little weak on flame, otherwise everything was perfect. Hot tub was very nice to have.

The house was very clean and well located. Loved sitting by the creek. I was not able to get the dishwasher to work and there did not seem to be any hot water in the kitchen sink. Other than that, it was very comfortable.

We enjoyed the house and the surrounding area. Our younger adults enjoyed the hot tub late at night. All was clean and welcoming.

Surprisingly great

Everything is expensive in Moab. But if you have to pay, this one was surprisingly good. Awesome location yet still private enough to relax.

Cleaners sucked, but property is great

I found a blunt (marijuana) outside on the patio at the base of a post the second morning there. I also found a pair of men’s underwear in a cubby in the closet, at eye level, the second night there. The cleaners did not do a good job. The home itself was awesome. The deck overlooking the creek was amazing. The home had enough amenities if you wanted to cook and serve a meal you can do it easily, or you could just do what we did and walk a few short blocks to several great places for your meals. There’s a Creekside trail that’s is awesome during the daylight (a couple shady characters in there at night). My only complaint is about the obvious missed items when I had my younger kids playing outside and sleeping in a room with, apparently, some dude’s dirty undergarments.

Nicely furnished and peaceful

This was a return visit to our favorite place to stay in Moab. We like to cook so the well furnished kitchen suits our needs well. The central location if great and offers good intown walking options. The beds are comfortable, it's nicely decorated and very clean. It would be a very nice place to just hang out if we weren't always so busy doing things around Moab.

Love hot showers

The property is nicely located and was very comfortable once we got the hot water problem resolved. The bathrooms are very small and I would suggest adding towel racks somewhere. I don’t feel the information inside the unit was adequate. We wondered about trash pickup, recycling, didn’t know where the laundry was.just a few more niceties that would make

Close to everything downtown without feeling like it!

The character of the house combined with the location couldn't have been any better. You are within walking distance of so much stuff in downtown Moab, but you feel pretty isolated once you get into the beautiful yard! Hot tub, green grass, beautiful shade trees, and the perfect deck for enjoying either a coffee or adult beverage overlooking the creek. The house had everything we needed and was very spacious. The swamp cooler was a bit interesting as it was damp in the house, but it kept the place decently cool. We just used a fan to push the cool air into the bedrooms at night. But in Moab, it gets pretty cool at night anyway. I'm sure we'll be back to Moab, and I hope this house is available when we do!

Perfect base camp for your Moab adventures

Our family absolutely loved this house and its location in the middle of Moab. We were able to walk from the house to the downtown area as well as bike on the bike trail that goes right by the house. In the evening we sat on the deck overlooking the little creek and underneath the giant cottonwood tree. It was so peaceful after a day full of activity. You could find no better accommodations in Moab!
