Detta fullt möblerade hem Àr idealiskt belÀget i Downtown Boulder strax norr om den legendariska Pearl Street Mall. Du kommer att vara stunder bort frÄn mat i vÀrldsklass, fantastisk shopping och bra familjeunderhÄllning.

Alla 3 sovrum Àr utrustade med helt nya madrasser med nya vita bomullslakan. Det finns 1 King King (dubbla Sleep Number madrass) sovrum med master bad, 1 sovrum med queen size-sÀng och det tredje sovrummet har en rulla sÀng med 2 dubbla madrasser och en litet barnsÀng. Det finns ocksÄ en pack-n-spelning som lagras i barnrummet om du behöver en mer criblike sÀng. Alla tre sovrummen har luftkonditionering.

Over the top! Kitchen had everything you could want top of the line cooking pans, dishes, utensils and cutlery. Refrigerator was thoughtfully stocked. Comfortable clean rooms and bathrooms. House instructions were very helpful. Whole Foods walking distance and coffee shop. Host was very responsive to any questions. He even notified us about a possible power outage in the area. Fortunately, it did not affect us. If I could give a seven star rating I would!

Good location. Convenient to Downtown Boulder

We had a nice stay at this property. It was well maintained. Dan was very helpful. We got locked out of one of the bedrooms during our stay and he came over promptly to open it. The unit is convenient to Downtown Boulder and the surrounding mountains

Convenient and Comfortable

My friends and I had a great weekend at Dan’s place. The living areas are roomy and we loved being able to spend time outside on the back patio. We had a few questions during our stay and Dan was quick to respond. You can’t beat the location: a 5 minute drive to pearl street, and the parking spot was very convenient.

Great house, great location

Everything went as planned and the house is clean and functional. Coffee setup is easy and makes great coffee. Lots of fun knick knacks and signs placed around the house. Walking distance to a shopping center with a Whole Foods grocery and a really good restaurant. We will stay here again for sure.

Delightful

The house was perfect for our short trip to Boulder. Easy to get all around town, quiet, and attention to detail was appreciated. Also excellent communication w the owner. I am a bit obsessive about cleanliness and it was so clean and cared for- with comfy beds!!!

Classic & Cute & Convenient

Updated home near Lucky Shopping center & Park. We walked & rode bikes everywhere. This was the perfect home base for our family of four adults Wonderful bedding was greatly appreciated. Window A/Cs keep it cool but are definitely “white” noise. This home is very cute!

Modern house for a Boulder visit

We stayed here for a week long Boulder vacation. The house is modern and in great condition. The location is walking distance to downtown Boulder, a supermarket and a park. The host was perfect.

College visit

We stayed here with my son and his friend’s family to visit the college. The home is exactly like it says, super clean, spacious for 7 of us, and totally new and funky. There is also great outdoor space. It’s located near everything and very walkable to a few stores with coffee and bagels. I highly recommend this home and would love to stay again if my son gets into UCBoulder!!
