Lots of room. Clean and neat. Well stocked. We did add scissors and sugar to the stock. A small piece of constructive criticism: Ditch the wrought iron table and chairs on the back porch. The rust may stain your clothes.

Paradise indeed!

This property was exactly as advertised - ideal for pet owners. Neighborhood was quiet and great for walks, there were several nearby parks as well. Totally enjoyed our stay!

The sauce was amazing so clean so nice nice neighborhood they keep up on the house very nice I slept very well The AC was nice and cold the showers nice the beds are nice The beds are like new everything worked perfect washer and dryer everything was great I would definitely stay again

Great house!

Loved our stay. Tons of space, very clean and was able to use the garage to store our new boat! Kitchen was very nice and the house is close to restaurants and the beaches. Would defintely stay again!

Wonderful stay in Sebastian

My family had such a nice stay at this house. The host is very good at communicating. It was very clean and had all the necessary kitchen items we needed. We would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Wonderful Stay

We throughly enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and well stocked. Eddie was very helpful and easy to reach. He is a realtor/property manager and was able to show us some properties for sale and rent. We would absolutely return!

A great stay.

The house was great. Very well laid out and nicely decorated. They also did a great job of making sure the house had everything (e.g. a wide variety of kitchen things). It was a very pleasant house and we would definitely stay there again

Exactly what we needed

Check-in was great. Eddie texted the day before that the house would be ready early so we could come earlier if we wanted. The house had everything listed and was convenient to everything. I will definitely look stay here again when we come back to the area.

Tranquility in Sebastian

The house was beautiful and clean. Very peaceful and relaxing, especially sitting outside on screened in patio/lanai. Our dog enjoyed the fenced in backyard under the palm trees. Eddie was always quick to respond to any questions we had and very pleasant to work with. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful clean house, perfect location!

This house was absolute perfection for my family as we visited Sebastian FL for a family reunion over the holidays. The house is modern and clean, in a quiet neighborhood and had everything we needed to make meals, even a crock pot. We did not have a baby with us but there were things such as a dining chair and a pack and play for anyone traveling with little ones. The owner/manager was responsive within minutes of every text, even during post Christmas week. The neighborhood is situated with easy reach of US 1 and I-95, and there are plenty of parks and a nature preserve nearby if you like walking and looking at wildlife.

Great place for friends and dogs.

The dogs loved the backyard. The adults loved the screened porch when it rained. The house was well stocked however you should let renters know there is no soap or shampoo. Owners should provide directions for the TV. Eddie was great! He responded to two minor issues very quickly. His communication was perfect. Much appreciated. We highly recommend this house.

Well Maintained, Clean, and Pet Friendly

We enjoyed our visit to Sebastian and our stay at Patio Paradise. The house was centrally located between the two areas we were visiting, Melbourne and Vero Beach. We enjoyed the beaches in both. We were surprised how NOT dog friendly the beaches were, but we did find one in Melbourne that was. We also found a great (in her home) doggie day care through Rover.com, named Theresa. Made going places without him a lot easier. The house was definitely dog friendly with a great fenced in back yard for playing. The house was well maintained and very well equipped. All the necessary supplies were there. Plenty of room to spread out if you want to. (We never even used the dining or living room.) Everything was very clean, and I'm a clean freak, so I'm not always easy to please. The neighborhood was quiet, and right off the main thoroughfare, so that was nice. Communication with Eddie was great. He responded quickly and was very helpful. My grown son went Scuba diving from West Palm Beach and had a great time. We did some of the trails at Pelican Island and really enjoyed that. We also did a few antique shops and malls and got some great treasures. If you stay at Patio Paradise, I'm sure you'll have fun too.

Wonderful property

We have stayed in several properties in the Sebastian area when we visit family and this was by far the best one that we have stayed at. Loved the fenced yard for our little dog. We will likely choose to stay here again the next time we are in the area.
