Just What We Needed

My partner and I spent 3 lovely nites at Cottage Paradise along with our dogs. The home was just what we needed...well appointed, clean and comfortable and convenient to everything in Sebastian and Vero Beach. Ashely is an exceptional host and quick to respond to any questions. The check in process was seamless. We would definitely stay again.

Great House!

Super clean, easy check-in, very quiet location. This is a well kept home and comfortable. The yard was a nice size but a full fence with privacy from the neighbor would have made it even better! The location of the property was quiet yet close to whatever you needed. I would definitely recommend this home.

Great Location and Property

We enjoyed our 3 months in Sebastian and our property, ‘Cottage Paradise’ was delightful and in a great location. Shopping and restaurants were nearby. While we had limited interaction with the property manager, any requests or information needed was always promptly addressed. Would definitely stay there again and recommend highly.

Cottage Paradise!

I kept the title the same as the listing, as this was one of the best experiences we've ever had at a VRBO house. Most important is cleanliness! House was spotless! Check in super easy with Ashley, she was excellent. Beautifully decorated home, fully stocked kitchen, plenty of linens, good mattresses, great quiet neighborhood. Great value, we will be back! Thanks again Ashley!

Homey Feel

Cute house, more roomy than it appears from the outside. Very nicely decorated and clean. Kitchen seemed well stocked, even though we did not cook. Everything was done in good taste. Enjoyed our stay.

Perfect location for us, within minutes of my parents. Home was clean and very comfortable. Backyard wasn’t completely fenced in for pets, just in case that’s important; still worked out fine for my big guy. Thank you

Nemours Children's Clinic is Close

Very cute and clean home and pet friendly! Well appointed in close proximity to anything needed. Eddie was always quickly responsive to any questions. Only suggestion would be maybe a sail shade over the BBQ area. The end of day sun is intense over a hot grill! 😉

A vacation paradise!

The cottage was the best! Very clean and comfortable. Great restaurants near by. The beach was a short drive away. It was a home away from home. We had a wonderful time and our stay at this home was great. The home was very neat and clean. The manager of the property did a great job of communicating with us throughout the process. The home was a perfect location for getting anywhere in the area as we spent quite a bit of time at the river, ocean and Vero. Thanks for an excellent time!
