Great location with beautiful view

We enjoyed our stay at the Cliff very much. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the beautiful infinity pool and the views from the balcony. There is a great grocery store across the street, and we were able to walk to several beach clubs.

Perfect Location

We enjoyed our stay in this spacious condo. The community was quiet and safe with a gated parking area. The views were amazing. The beds were comfortable. There was a small limited grocery store very close. We loved the semi-private beach and the pool area. We have referred friends to stay here in July.

Cliffs is great, condo needs some attention

The property is nice. Condo was not clean. Pans stored with food on them, appliances appeared to have been wiped down with a single dirty rag. Manager did send someone to clean the following day. Bedding is old and super worn. No hot water available in master bath sinks, even let the water run 12 minutes. Rust in both showers and glass door on master shower/tub sways... it's a bad accident waiting to happen. Second bedroom does not have a mattress... it is 2 single box springs pushed together posing as a mattress, our guest had to sleep on the couch... I would definitely stay at the Cliffs again but would chose a different condo.

Cliff at Cupecoy - Unit C4

The management team – SmaartVacation (John) – did a good job, communicated well, and was responsive to inquiries and requests. The beach-front location in the Cliff at Cupecoy is excellent and secure. The staff at the front desk are very good. But the unit we rented at the Cliff – C4 – is in need of several updates and/or maintenance that the owner should implement as soon as possible. I intend to itemize these privately to the manager John at SmaartVacation. Although the facility (the Cliff at Cupecoy) is generally upscale, I do not think it is entirely accurate to call this unit an "upscale" unit. We have previously stayed at another unit (C2) at the Cliff managed by SmaartVacation (John) that was excellent, and we are booked to stay again in C2 at the end of this year.

Fantastic week at the Cliff

The Cliff is a beautiful secure property in a quiet area with an amazing infinity pool and patio area. The C4 unit is spacious and the balcony area is large with a fantastic view of the ocean. The kitchen essentials such as the cutlery, knives, glassware, pans and dishes were inadequate as we liked to cook in the unit and not dine out every night. It was really nice that the unit was cleaned and the towels and bedding laundered mid week. 0fbfec80-126b-da4f-49ca-961f87d111bc could be updated as we liked to cook in the unit and not always dine out

Oceanview Paradise

We traveled in November 2024 as a party of four adults. The property complex was amazing. "The Cliff" is located in a quiet and safe neighbourhood with a couple of grocery stores and small restaurants within walking distance. There is an upscale restaurant onsite, however, we did not dine there. The infinity pool was fantastic and the immaculate grounds were constantly being maintained. Some days it was as if the entire facility was ours alone. Friendly front desk staff made for an easy check-in/check-out process. The apartment itself was spotless, large and airy with a spectacular ocean view. A few small amenities, particularly in the kitchen, could use an update. Overall, it was an incredible vacation and these accommodations did not disappoint.

Beautiful luxury home

I have to say, i have stayed at many high end resorts and this was as good and i have to say even better and more luxurious. The entire process from booking to speaking to John, to the propert managers to the staff at the Cliff woylf love to stay here again. made it very seamless.

The Cliffs condo

We enjoyed our stay at The Cliffs. The location was perfect for us to travel around the island easily and avoid the traffic around the cruise ports. When traveling to the Caribbean, we typically do not use the pools but prefer the beaches. While we still prefer the beaches, the beautiful pool at The Cliffs was very inviting and we found ourselves finishing up each long day lounging by the pool. The restaurant at the Cliffs was amazing and I highly recommend it. The view from our balcony was gorgeous and I actually saw a sea turtle from the balcony view.

2024 Vacation

We had a very relaxing stay, the unit was very spacious and nice with a great balcony with a fantastic view. The property was beautiful, from the lobby throughout the grounds pool and beach! The neighborhood is very quiet, a little too quiet for us but had a couple of markets and small restaurants within walking distance.

Perfect!

Spent a week at The Cliff, two couples in C4. The unit and the property are beautiful and the Infiniti pool is amazing! The staff were very friendly and helpful and the location is great. Honestly hard to believe we’d stay anywhere else when we come back!

Wonderful stay

I'm not sure the phots' did the unit justice. Very spacious, two en-suite rooms with an additional half bath. Great views. Could not have asked for more. We had a wonderful visit.

Beautiful Stay

Very nice location . Close to grocery stores and restaurants. The pool is amazing. Stayed on the 4th floor with a excellent view of the ocean. Only hiccup was our microwave did not work. As soon as I reached out to the property manager we had a new microwave in our room.
