Great location with beautiful view

We enjoyed our stay at the Cliff very much. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the beautiful infinity pool and the views from the balcony. There is a great grocery store across the street, and we were able to walk to several beach clubs.

Stress Free and everything you need and more

Very nice condo with plenty of space both indoors and outdoor activities with breathtaking views high up upon a Cliff. Amazing infinity pool, impeccable spa, great restaurant Nario's and well manicured grounds. Ideal place for adults looking to chill. I would recommend getting a rental car for convenience, you're minutes away from the airport and 10 minutes from many others restaurants, bars and beaches. There is a nice organic market and several casinos within walking distance as well.The condo has a nice private secure elevator in the lobby leading to the condos massive entrance into an even bigger well furnished setup with just about everything you need at your fingertips. The best thing was how quiet comfortable and peaceful you feel. Zero noise from anywhere, no rude or disrespectful neighbors keeping you awake or stressing you out!If you want to relax or just chill this unit is perfect for adults!I would stay here again without any hesitation.

Beautiful luxury home

I have to say, i have stayed at many high end resorts and this was as good and i have to say even better and more luxurious. The entire process from booking to speaking to John, to the propert managers to the staff at the Cliff woylf love to stay here again. made it very seamless.

Great Stay

Great Stay! The property manager was very good at communication. The Cliffe's in general has greatly improved since May and even since November, the last time I stayed. Would recommend to others and would stay again myself.

Views and location were amazing! Stacy the Concierge was quick and efficient with whatever we needed. The security in the lobby as well! Very helpful and funny too. Will definitely stay here again on our next trip.

Fantastic week at the Cliff

The Cliff is a beautiful secure property in a quiet area with an amazing infinity pool and patio area. The C4 unit is spacious and the balcony area is large with a fantastic view of the ocean. The kitchen essentials such as the cutlery, knives, glassware, pans and dishes were inadequate as we liked to cook in the unit and not dine out every night. It was really nice that the unit was cleaned and the towels and bedding laundered mid week. 0fbfec80-126b-da4f-49ca-961f87d111bc could be updated as we liked to cook in the unit and not always dine out

Perfect!

Spent a week at The Cliff, two couples in C4. The unit and the property are beautiful and the Infiniti pool is amazing! The staff were very friendly and helpful and the location is great. Honestly hard to believe we’d stay anywhere else when we come back!

Wonderful stay

I'm not sure the phots' did the unit justice. Very spacious, two en-suite rooms with an additional half bath. Great views. Could not have asked for more. We had a wonderful visit.

Oceanview Paradise

We traveled in November 2024 as a party of four adults. The property complex was amazing. "The Cliff" is located in a quiet and safe neighbourhood with a couple of grocery stores and small restaurants within walking distance. There is an upscale restaurant onsite, however, we did not dine there. The infinity pool was fantastic and the immaculate grounds were constantly being maintained. Some days it was as if the entire facility was ours alone. Friendly front desk staff made for an easy check-in/check-out process. The apartment itself was spotless, large and airy with a spectacular ocean view. A few small amenities, particularly in the kitchen, could use an update. Overall, it was an incredible vacation and these accommodations did not disappoint.

The Cliffs condo

We enjoyed our stay at The Cliffs. The location was perfect for us to travel around the island easily and avoid the traffic around the cruise ports. When traveling to the Caribbean, we typically do not use the pools but prefer the beaches. While we still prefer the beaches, the beautiful pool at The Cliffs was very inviting and we found ourselves finishing up each long day lounging by the pool. The restaurant at the Cliffs was amazing and I highly recommend it. The view from our balcony was gorgeous and I actually saw a sea turtle from the balcony view.

Beautiful Stay

Very nice location . Close to grocery stores and restaurants. The pool is amazing. Stayed on the 4th floor with a excellent view of the ocean. Only hiccup was our microwave did not work. As soon as I reached out to the property manager we had a new microwave in our room.

The Cliff St Martin

My wife and I had a great week’s vacation at the Cliff in April 2023. The apartment at the Cliff has a spectacular oceanfront view, perfect for relaxing and the apartment is well appointed and has everything you would need for a great vacation. The Cliff accommodation complex includes access to a small private beach and easy access to sunbeds and a beautiful infinity pool overlooking the ocean, the accommodation is well located for access to the small town of Maho (about a 5–10-minute drive) with several restaurants and bars available. John and the SmaartVaction team made check in very easy and were always available to help with any queries we had. Overall we had a great trip and I would highly recommend the accommodation to anyone looking for a great spot in St Martin.

Great Location to All The Fun Stuff, Clean and Spacious

Definitely 5 stars. The staff at the property was very friendly. The view from the balcony was spectacular. You had a great view of Mullet Beach, the planes landing and even a sea turtle. I was worried about the noise from the planes but there wasn't as much noise as I expected. Kitchen was set up nicely and the washer/dryer was used a lot. Tip - Bring the new laundry strips vs. liquid or tabs. They travel nicely. Cupecoy Bay Beach was right down the road along with a short walk to a grocery store to stock up. We ate at Fat Tony's as well. A short drive to Maho Village and also Simpson Bay right past the airport. It is also located to get to the French areas very easily such as Marigot and Grand Case. I will recommend this place to anyone.

Wonderful Time!

Everything about my 4 night stay was amazing. The property it is in is one of the nicest in the area. The gated parking lot is very safe and the front desk staff were so nice. Check in process could not be easier. Upon arrival they offered a tour of the property and made us feel welcomed. Gentleman helped us with our bags and took us to our room. The apartment was so amazing. Very spacious, plenty of room for a large family. It was only 3 of us, so we had plenty of room. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything i needed. The view from the apartment to the beach was amazing. The second you walk into the apartment you see the ocean. Everything was super clean. When we first got there , I was having a hard time figuring out the ac thermostat and i texted Stacey ( property manager) and she immediately took the time to explain it to me. Very fast! This company definitely has great customer service skills and they are very organized. The restaurant in the Lobby of the building is one of the best in the island and the food was delicious. The property has a beautiful Pool and access to the beach. The beach felt private and was PERFECT! I will definitely stay here again and will make sure i choose the same property management company. Thank You!
