This apartment oasis was absolutely perfect for our long weekend girls trip! It was quiet, clean, and cozy. The beautiful view from the couch was the perfect place for us to curl up with a book in the early morning and/or evening after a day of sight-reading. The host was thoughtful and kind, always responding to messages and leaving a whole page of restaurant/breakfast/coffee shop location ideas! We didn't cook any meals (just warmed up some leftovers one evening), but Linda had the kitchenette stocked with everything we would have needed to cook a meal if we had wanted to! Definitely recommend this lovely apartment!

The home was exactly what we were looking for in our Colorado Springs stay. Quiet street. Beautiful mountain view from living room. Close to restaurants. Beds were super comfortable.

Very sufficient

This property was a lovely place to stay for our 4 day stay. We had all we needed and it was great to have a kitchen to prepare simple foods. The owner Linda was great to work with! I would stay again!!

Nice place to stay

It was a nice place everything was okay. It was a great place to stay. There was a light held up by duck tape in the master bedroom that was a little off-putting. Other than that really nice place.

Great Memories Made

My husband, sister-in-law and I loved our trip to Colorado. Our stay at Linda’s was excellent in every way. The location was perfect! The apartment was cozy with plenty of room to enjoy our stay. The beds were very comfortable too! Linda was the perfect host! She offered suggestions on places to visit during our stay in Colorado Springs. We would recommend this home for your next trip.

Thank you! The house was nice & clean. Plenty of space for all of us. Great view out the front! We were a bit scared of no a/c but we shouldn’t have been. Having the windows open & a fan was absolutely perfect!

Tranquility

Warm and cosy and so inviting. Beautifully decorated with so many lovely little touches that make you feel so at home. Such a sense of peace in this home. Beautiful view of Pikes Peak through the trees. Nice location. Linda was an amazing host,so thoughtful,kind and caring. So blessed to have stayed here.

Mother/son adventure

My teenage son and I took an 800 mile road trip to Colorado Springs to enjoy the many sites. Our stay was wonderful. Nice quiet neighborhood and Linda was a great host. Very helpful. She has everything needed for an effortless stay. Off street parking, safe and secure neighborhood, kitchenette has everything needed for easy meals. Linda was also available for questions and help with anything we needed.

I didn’t give communication full rating but I suspect it has to do with the VRBO. Site. Everytime (tried several times), I tried to contact, including this rating, I would just get an odd fuzzy pic of a group, seeing them from the back, looking off into the distance. Linda was great. The apartment was GREAT. We were amazed @ how private it was for being smack dab in the middle of the city. Very comfortable, would rebook again in a heartbeat. Thanks to Kristine &:Linda both.

Cozy & Chill

Linda's place is wonderful. I would not hesitate to stay again. I have allergies & chemical sensitivities. Her place is over the top clean. She uses fragrance free products for laundry and cleaning, which I really appreciated. It snowed 3 inches during our stay which was beautiful! Linda was out shoveling both during the snow and right away in the morning to make sure the driveway and sidewalks were safe for us. Linda was quick to respond to communication. She lives above the property; however, our space was quiet & private. We had everything we needed for our 4-night stay. Would have loved to stay longer. I hope her home is available the next time we are in town.

The kitchette was well stocked. We ate two meals a day there. We also used the laundry...excellent washer and dryer plus detergent, stain remover...everything you might need. We took a long walk each evening through very nice residential area.

Absolutely incredible accommodations! Our hostess made sure everything was perfect and welcomed us with her hospitality. The 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen and front porch fit our needs perfectly.

The host was wonderful and accommodating and was easily able to contact. She provided a list of things to do and places to eat as well in case you weren’t sure or didn’t know where to start. The driveway was a bit difficult for large or low vehicles as it was steep and tight. The beds were hard so if you like your mattresses soft, then maybe bring a topper or extra blankets. She provided towels in the bathroom, extra blankets and plenty of closet and drawer space in both rooms. There was no stove in the kitchenette, but there was a plug in one in a cabinet. It was centrally located so it didn’t feel like we had to drive too far to get anywhere, which was nice. I would stay here again!

Adorable stay

Great location! The owner Linda was very friendly. She had everything you could need there, plus more. Upon arrival she had a cute gift basket there waiting. Which was a nice surprise after traveling all day. The house was nicely decorated for the holiday. Close to the garden of gods.. beautiful scenery right out the window.. Would definitely stay there again.

Awesome Experience!

Staying at this property was a unique & unforgettable experience! We were fortunate to meet our delightful hostess upon arrival! She was by far the most responsive hostess who ensured we had everything we needed. The house was cozy, well setup, clean and stocked with all the items you need in kitchen, bathroom & laundry. There were welcome goodies & laminated instruction cards for everything. Check-in was very easy. The house is located on a very quiet cul-de-sac in a neighborhood up on a bluff. The very large window in the living room has an awesome view of the front range including Pikes Peak. Seeing the sky light up with color for sunrise and sunsets was such a delight! The location was perfect! It is convenient to amenities and shopping however you feel as if you are away from everything. The home is surrounded by beautiful trees & deer roamed the neighborhood in the morning. We will definitely be staying here again! We look forward to it!
