Review

Only disappointment was there were a few bugs. Property manager told us in the warmer months in the low country that this happens. This is fourth time to stay on a property on Hilton head. This is first time we encountered bugs. Orkin did come out while we were there to spray

A great family beach stay!

Our family had a great beach stay here! The condo fit our needs very well and we found it to be very well stocked and supplied with anything we needed. We appreciated that the kitchen had everything you’d need and there was plenty of linens, bath towels, etc. The property was a fun place for our kids to enjoy. The boardwalk was a picturesque walk as you headed to/from the beach. The condo is nearby any conveniences you’d need. We’d stay again!

Great place to stay

The condo we stayed in was very clean and the facility was nice. The check in process was easy and all the staff was very friendly. The only problem we had was the facility can get confusing to navigate on the first day. We struggled realizing what building we were at and they were not labeled well. The Property manager was easy to get a hold of and worked quick to add more people when I needed it. I will be visiting again.

Nice Stay

Nice condo. Had everything we needed. Nice decor and comfortable. The location next to the indoor pool/hot tub was fantastic. Would definitely stay here again.

Spring Break trip

Property was very clean and overall a nice stay. However, beds were very uncomfortable and could definitely use an update-no one slept well on this trip. Parking is slightly difficult as well. Indoor pool is okay-overload of chlorine though. It was an okay stay for a couple of days.

Fabulous

We could not have asked for a better stay! The condo building included everything we needed. I was surprised how much the kids enjoyed the indoor pool. The boardwalk to the beach was a little long but very accessible. The wagon and chairs left in the condo were very useful. The condo was perfect for our family. Everything was great and our host were very helpful. I highly recommend this place. We fell in love with Hilton Head.

Great trip for beach and pools!

For families that enjoy an indoor pool, hot tub, sauna this is a great place to stay since the room is in the building/overlooks the indoor pool. They also have outdoor pools and a cool boardwalk that leads to the beach with shuttle services if you don't want to walk far. The room was very clean and comfy!

Fantastic visit. Fantastic property. Fantastic response time from the property owner.

My husband and I and our three grandchildren enjoyed this property the week after Christmas. We were trying to take the kids away for a "mini getaway" after the Christmas rush. This property fit the bill. Great pool, close to the beach and they even hit a tennis ball around for a few hours. Just what we needed. The grandchildren are growing up so we take every opportunity to get them when we can and this was perfect for all.

Great location

Our family of 7 (2 adults and 5 kids) stayed here for the week. Three of our kids stayed in the kids' rooms and two co-slept on the pull-out couch. The condo is in a great location with many things to see and do within just a few miles. Having private access to the beach via the boardwalk was nice because the beach was never crowded. It is a bit of a walk, so I definitely recommend having a wagon to haul all your beach gear. Conveniently, the owners have a wagon available to use, so we appreciated that. Having the full kitchen was great for us to be able to have meals in the condo. We had everything we needed as far as dishes, etc. There was a little bag with dish soap, dishwasher tablets, and a new sponge. The bathrooms also had toilet paper, tissues, soap, and small sample bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and lotion. We had plenty of towels, which was very nice considering how many people we have in our family. The indoor and outdoor pools and the hot tub were great perks and very easy to get to. Our kids loved being able to swim even after a long day at the beach. Communication via email from the owner was very clear and helpful for our arrival and departure. We had all the info we needed for our stay well ahead of time. Parking was plentiful, and we never had an issue with parking what we call our "megavan", which is a very large 15-passenger van. I only gave it 4 stars for a few reasons: 1.) The floors were very dirty, which is probably more related to the the cleaning service, but I still felt it needed to be mentioned for anyone who may have babies who crawl, etc. Our feet were visibly black from just walking around the rooms. 2.) The bathroom door in the master bathroom is a pocket door, which is very cool, but the latch is on backwards. That means you can not lock it from the inside since the lock is on the outside. So to guarantee privacy in the master bathroom, you have to lock the door to the actual bedroom before going to the bathroom. 3.) Laundry rooms are available throughout the buildings, but I found them small and a bit pricey, so be prepared if you want to do any laundry while there. Overall, this is a great condo in a great location with some really nice amenities. We enjoyed our stay here and are grateful to the owners for the opportunity to have a nice place to stay during our visit to Hilton Head.

Wonderful place to stay. Our family enjoyed the pools and boardwalk to the beach. Everything was well maintained and convenient. Our fellow condo mates were all very friendly. We loved the location. We will definitely return!

Get away

We had a great time. Amenities were very nice for all weather. Security, accessibility to beach was great (Coco’s was amazing). We have stayed here before and it was a very pleasant stay.
