Great vacation stay!

Fantastic property for a family of 4. Location to the beach was amazing, plenty of things for a couple of teens to do, well-stocked kitchen and very comfortable beds. The available beach amenities were greatly appreciated. Would absolutely stay here again.

Great family beach vacation.

Stayed here for a beach vacation with our family. Plenty of room for a family if 6! A few short steps to the beach. Great pools at the resort too! We will definitely stay here again. Can’t beat the location and value!

Our stay in Hilton Head was very nice. The condo certainly had some issues, but the manager was very attentive and tried to be as helpful as possible.

Awesome vacation.

Villa was great . Everything we needed just like home . Diane was good to work with had a couple of issues though out our stay and she promptly took care of the issues. I would highly recommend and return in the future.

Wonderful Week!

The view from this condo is spectacular. We watched the sunrise over the ocean multiple mornings. The condo itself is clean and well organized. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location, easy beach and pool access

Had a great weekend on the beach and at the pool. Check in for a parking pass was easy but the complex is big so there was a bit of a learning curve. Bring a cart or wagon to get groceries up to the room. Elevator was a life saver. Host sent good documents to make the check in process manageable. Poolside restaurant and bar made for an easy day. Easy beach walk and parking at the building. My family had a great time.

Beautiful Ocean View, Quiet, Short Walk to Beach

Perfect place for our girls getaway. The condo was very clean and comfortable. The balcony was very spacious and the view was beautiful. There were plenty of beach chairs available to use. The beach is one of the cleanest beaches I have ever seen. Diane was very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Definitely will stay here again when we return.

Short distance to beach

Nice weather for family vacation. More access to activities for kids would have been nice, like indoor pool or sauna for adults. We had left behind an item and the owner shipped it back and did not charge us a fee.

A couple of linen items were dirty/had stains on them. When maintenance items were brought to the attention of the property mgr, they were corrected timely. Nice view of the beach from the balcony. We enjoyed our stay.

Hilton Head Island home away from home

The host has provided everything you need to feel home away from home. Diane checked in with us before our stay to see if we had any questions and shortly after we arrived to make sure everything was okay. The main bedroom has a very comfortable bed and you can nearly dark out the room, making sleeping in easy. This is our second time to this resort and we love all the amenities. We arrived home feeling like we had a vacation, which is always a nice feeling.

Great stay close to the beach

Clean condo with everything needed to feel comfortable. Nice pools on property. Beach was just a short walk away. Nice that the owners had some beach chairs and toys for those traveling by air. Resort was great. Kid friendly. Enjoyed the tennis and pickball as well. Laundry room was very clean and on each floor. Will recommend and likely return! Thanks!!

Beautiful Sunrises

Thanks so much for having us a HHI Beach and Tennis. Our family enjoyed the beautiful sunrises each morning. The smaller pool outside our villa offered plenty of shade and was less crowded than the beachside pool. We were super bummed the tennis pros were out for the week, but we still enjoyed the courts in the evening. Our boy spent their days skimboarding with some other kids they met on the beach.

Spacious Condo

We really enjoyed this condo. It is very close to the beach access, and it is away from the main parts of the resort. It is also decorated very tastefully. There is a small pool near the condo that is almost always less crowded than the main pool. If you plan to use the ramp elevator to unload when you arrive, park on the side of the building where the pool is. The patio fans and master bedroom fan do not work, just fyi. The only thing I would change about this condo is a bigger trash can in the kitchen. Other than that we loved our stay!

Nice place for small family

I think this is great place for a short stay. I could see that two adults and kids would enjoy the pool and the beach is right there. Resort is close driving distance to restaurants and shopping. Villa just wasn’t set up comfortably for a long stay like ours. The bed was not comfortable and pillows need replacing. The second bedroom is tiny and claustrophobic, much better suited for small children, I agree with comments that other guests have made regarding the living room couch which is not comfortable. I could not get past giving this villa a overall rating of 3 because the comfort level just wasn’t there for us and we had family that had planned on visiting who ended up at hotel. In fact the best night sleep that I had was when I went on a overnight trip and stayed at a hotel in Savannah.

Great location

We had to change locations to here after an issue with our previous condo due to an AC malfunction. I only wish we had found this place originally. The location is perfect, less than a minute walk to the beach. It is one of the view places that give you a view of the ocean from the balcony. The communication with host was excellent and she was very accommodating, knowing our situation of having to move condos, and allowed us to occupy very early in the day with short notice. The condo has everything you need with a fully equipped kitchen. The coffee maker is a drip style so don't buy pods. The balcony was very sandy, which I think was contributed to the previous renter not cleaning the beach equipment off very well after use. The second bedroom is fairly small with two beds in it, but is perfect for what you need it for. Overall the place was perfect, minus showing small signs of use. The TV set up was difficult to figure out regarding the Roku, as we could not figure out local or live tv. The complex is very nice and is great for familes. They have a main pool area where they show a movie on Tuesday nights on a big screen with popcorn. The smaller pool at this condo is more secluded and less crowded, as it is only used by this building. The complex is equipped with a pizza place in the club house as well as a bar. We frequented the bar to watch sports at night and the staff is very friendly. You have to pick up access pass at club house, not the guard house upon arrival.

Great place and support

Diana was a terrific property manager. Very responsive and resilient on our timeline. She checked in with us. She quickly provided a new set of cups when asked. Good neighborhood and beach access. Will be back!

It was a very clean condo.. it was very quiet, I would definitely stay again. The only thing is the elevator didn't work. Diane is a very easy person to work with, I would highly recommend this place.

Nice Complex - great for families

Nice older complex on the beach .Beautiful clean beach out front .Condo was great for my Zoom work week and WiFi kept up! Bonus was the free use of the Pickleball courts ! I let maintained property .Guard at the entry .Very safe .

BEACH! ON THE BEACH! Boardwalk (for easy access) to beach is adjacent to Admiral's Row. Resort has 3 sections. Admirals Row was the last phase of development and it is the only section that has 2 bedrooms on the beach.The other 2 bedroom options in the resort have no water view and are located on the opposite side of the resort.

Best family beach on Hilton Head Island! Boardwalk over dunes to HUGE usable beach makes for much easier access. Very walkable beach. Enjoyable beach offering of both soft sand and packed sand which allows for biking, walking, sand castles as well as soft comfort of white sand.
