I would give it a 9/10 only because the air conditioning i guess it on a timer about 1:30 am it got hot. Otherwise we loved it. We would definitely stay again 😊

Nice and clean

This house was nice and clean. Very well equiped. The only complaint for me was communication. When we arrived I could not find the instructions for the entering the house. I attempted calling the emergency phone number provided and no one responded. I messaged about using the grill and water heater and I was told to refer to the instructions which are to ask 5 days before arrival and we had a last min reservation. I the owner responded when we were leaving the property although and offer a discount for a few return. I wrote to her to ask her a question and about this future stay and she never addressed the future stay. Over all it was a nice place and do recommend but make sure you make any arrangements ahead of time because communication is poor.

Wonderful place and very clean

Our overall stay was very good and the house was very clean and neat. Disney was close and easy to get to. My only negative would be that household supplies that would normally be furnished by the rental were not sufficient. There were no extra trash bags, dishwashing tablets, toilet paper, or paper towels. We had to purchase all these items to make it through the week.

Lots of space in quiet area

This was the perfect size for our group of 8. We loved the private pool. The only wish we had was that they provided more than 1 towel per person, 1 hand towel per bathroom, and provided washcloths. They do warn about no washcloths when you receive all the details so not like we didn't know but did not warn that there would be so few towels.

Pretty good

The place was just as described. Very clean and comfortable which is very important to me. We didn’t have any issues during our stay and everything worked as expected. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe.

We were a family of 14! We all had a blast. The community pool was great. The pool at the house was great. The host was very responsive. Overall we all had a great time! Would definitely book again!

Great Stay!

We were looking for a last minute place we could stay with our friends who just moved to Florida. This place was clean, well furnished and could sleep everyone comfortably! We spent our days at Disney and were able to relax with the kids in the evenings. It's about 30 minutes to Disney parks when traffic is low. The host was gracious with our requests and it really exceeded our expectations for a last minute trip.

Daddy Did Good

I was in charge of finding a place for 12 of us to stay. My wife had been super busy so everytime I asked her "Have you looked at the properties I sent you" she would reply "Sorry, I haven't had a chance". One day I asked her again and she said "You know what? I trust you." Talk about putting on the pressure. I booked this house and when we arrived it did not dissappoint. The layout is perfect for a large family. Plenty of bathrooms to accomodate the needs of many at once. This was especially helpful to get ready quicker in the mornings and after dinner. The second story area with the TV was perfect for the kids. We set up the Switch and Xbox there. The decor for the rooms really took it over the top. It was very clean and had everything we needed. If I had to be picky I would say the full size bed mattresses could be replaced. You can feel the springs almost like a sofa bed. Also, the house doesn't have an electric water heater so pace your showers so you don't run out of hot water. Hold on to the contact number in case of anything. After we checked out I couldn't find it on the app. Maybe it was user error but I had it saved. My cousin had left an IPad behind and we were able to reach someone to open for us after our check out time. If you're wondering iif I would recommend this place, I'll tell you what my wife told me when I asked her if she was satisfied. She said "Daddy did good!"

Birthday Celebration

We stayed over the weekend to celebrate my daughter’s 6th birthday at Magic Kingdom. It’s about 15-20 mins drive which we didn’t mind. We didn’t have any problem finding nor checking in in the property (there’s a lot of 4 way stops getting to the community though). The house is nice and each room design were well thought. There’s a Walmart nearby for supplies and groceries. Communicating with the property managers were easy too. Responses were prompt.

Clean and convenient

Overall a great place to stay for Disney. We had 2 families. Bunk beds were great and there was plenty of space. Open kitchen great for hanging out and the pool was a plus. Only downsides: walls are very thin and if neighbors are partying/being low you hear EVERYTHING. Had lots of trouble contacting owner and receiving response. Arrived a few min early and door wouldn’t unlock until 15 min prior to check in time even though property was cleaned and ready to go. But at check out we were rushing around for the cleaning crew who arrived on the dot. Overall, would stay again if communication improved.

This house was very clean, decorated for kids and adults and had great space. We would definitely rent again and recommend it to other families. It saved us a bundle to stay here instead of a Disney hotel. And we had our own pool to ourselves, so the grandkids could splash as much as they wanted. There were a couple issues - one happened to be the pump on the pool - so I called it in and they had it fixed by the time we returned that day. The other issue is that the cable, internet went completely out. Again, I placed a call and they fixed it within 5 minutes. That’s the kind of service you want, in order to make it a stress free vacation. And we loved everything about it. Thank you for making our grandkids first vacation smooth and enjoyable.

3 Family Short Stay

Property was exactly what we needed in size with room for each family. Wish there was a map of the community included so that we knew how to get to the clubhouse amenities. Also wish wash clothes, pool towels, and kitchen tea towels were in the house. Carpet desperately needs replaced.

Two families Disney and universal week

Good space for two families enjoying Disney and universal parks for the week. Only thing was filter for water on fridge needed to be replaced, should have been done prior to arrival, but if they didn't know of it, what can you do? Would have been nice to have more dishwasher pods, trash bags, hand soap, etc, but seems to be normal to only supply guests with a little too get started. Rules about garbage could have been communicated better. Overall, great place to stay and great trip.

Disney girls trip

Plenty of room. Would have liked more essential things ready for arrival such as toilet paper and paper towel. Overall very good! 20-30 min to all Disney things!
