Fantastic holidayhome with a great location

7 people (children and adults) in this lovely holidayhome had a lot of space for everybody. Near to everything - outlets, Universal, Disney, Sea World and Gatorland. The lake just outside of the great pool was fantastic with alligators, turtles and beautiful fishes and a lot of big birds game every day for "fishing":)! The owner gave us usefull information before our trip and the serviceoffice gave us great help.

This was a great stay for the weekend. The beds were comfortable, the house was clean, and the teens loved the pool . The neighborhood was nice, no loud noises at night, and close enough to shopping and attractions. The owners were very responsive to messages as well as we had a couple of small issues that were quickly resolved.

It was nice overall. The house could use some updates. The blinds were missing/broken, the bedding was terrible with white spots and it’s considerably far from the parks. It served its purpose though.

This is a very nice home. Clean and has just about everything you would need for a home away from home. A little wear and tear from usage but very well kept. I would definitely stay again. If you like to fish, the lake is literally just a few feet from the back door.

Repeat guest :). This house meets all the marks for us. It’s safe and in a quiet neighborhood, VERY clean, has a pool, lots of food options, and is pet friendly. It’s nice to have actual cable as well. If this is going to be just a home base for theme parks it’ll fit the bill. However, the home seems to be neglected and has a lot of cosmetic and functional wear and tear and is a little shabby. If you don’t need beautiful, insta-worthy aesthetic and just want a good spot to lay your head with your kids and pups, this is a good choice.

Fun time

Property was in a good location. Although the neighborhood was nice, a SWAT team was at the neighbors and had our cars blocked in, and the next morning we was woke up by the police at a different neighbors.The pool view was nice and the pool was a good size and clean. I would suggest bringing your own towels and wash clothes. There wasn't enough towels for the size of my family and there wasn't any wash clothes. There is a washer and dryer but who wants to spend everyday washing towels on vacation. Also, bring or buy garbage bags, dishwasher detergent, and dishwashing liquid. I have stayed at plenty of VRBO that provides these things.

This was a beautiful house with so much space. It was so clean, we felt like we were the first people to stay here. The pool and pool area was so relaxing. It was quiet. The beds and bedding were really comfortable. We will definitely stay here again!

Nice home

The house was very cozy. Loved that all rooms were on the same level. The pool lights up at night and the kids thought that was cool. The neighborhood is very quiet. Felt safe, would rent again for sure.

Ok, but needs TLC

The positives - beautiful view, host communicates promptly, house is clean, layout and neighborhood are pleasant and it has the potential to be a nice place to stay. The negatives - the house feels like it is somewhat neglected. Blind slats held up with duct tape, black stain on entry wall, and the “game room” garage feels pretty uninviting. My 14- year old daughter went for her first swim in the pool only to have two kiddie band aids and dead bugs floating around her. She never went in again. They leave you one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, two tiny hotel soaps, and a single packet of laundry detergent (for the towels they request you wash, I assume). The bed pillows were the worst I have ever experienced - old flimsy decorative pillow or large, bulky memory foam. The hosts need to think about paying to attention to details. I would not choose to stay at this property again.

Just ok!

The property is in need of some updates, walls dirty and scuffed, trim needs to be replaced, old carpet, towels, bedding & pillows were not the best - all mismatched and old. No welcome basket with waters, coffee tea, snacks etc. - due to delays with our flights we didn’t get to the house until 2am so it would have been a nice gesture. AC wasn’t working properly & tv/Roku stoped working on the 1st day- thankfully the property manager was extremely responsive and came right away to fix the issues. We made the best of our time there, but don’t know if we would choose this property again.

I just want to say that my stay was not great there was a few things that could be fixed. The house does need to be updated like the furniture is out dated, the beds were ok. I did have an issue but spoke with the property manager about my concern, was it solved honestly no it wasnt was I happy to hear the solution no i wasnt as well but based on the response I got from that major issue, I didnt honesty waste my time telling them my other issues. The carpet needs to be clean like a deep clean. I wont list my issues that i had in detail due to the fact that i didnt give them a chance to fixes any of the problems. I did that because due to knowing that if they will allow tenants to occupy there house for vacations and have broken windows that are not up to code, and i literally mean you can not close the latches on any window, yep thats right all the windows in the house are unlocked what keeps them close is tape according to the property manger

Looks better than the reality

After booking I got an email wanting an additional $75 to heat the pool... checked the listing which doesnt specify the pool is heated so I paid it. After arriving we found the pool heater shuts down at 6. As we wanted to swim after that the pool was useless and I wasted my money... mattresses are super cheap and not very comfortable. Management company came in on day 2 to replace a bulb, tell us they would fix a leaky shower after we left, and we were stuck with a cold pool. OTHER than that a nice place in a nice location.
