As a family of 5 with 2 kids, the kids loved the pool. The kitchen was clean and functional. Spacious rooms. Game room is not air conditioned. The clubhouse amenities are great. McDonald's is a less than 10 minute walk from the property. The house is kind of dated.The host was very responsive to any concerns that we had.

Property was good and suitable for a family of seven although it could have used a few more bath towels and pool towels. Window treatments could benefit from an update. Location was wonderful.

Quiet stay

Quiet and safe neighborhood, with stores and restaurants nearby. The kids really enjoyed the pool and provided pool toys. Lighting in the house needs updating, but otherwise quite a comfortable stay.

Overall a decent experience

We stayed for 4 nights while visiting Disney. Paid for the pool heater which was not turned on when we arrived. I contacted the owner and it was turned on by the next day. I was not offered a refund for the day we were unable to use the heater so I asked and the owner agreed to provide a refund but it was never sent. Overall the house was ok, but definitely could use do general upkeep and the linens were lacking. There was a crib but no sheet, I had to find the extra towels in the dryer and there were no bathmats for the flloors.

Great spot!

Our stay was nice and our host was accommodating and very timely with her responses. the kitchen had everything we needed. My kids loved the pool! Adding the heat for the spillover spa/pool was definitely a great decision. We loved our stay!!

The pictures definitely made the house look more appealing than it actually was. Pool chairs were worn and appeared to be moldy on the under side of them. The house in general, just needs updating.

Great location to WDW parks. Close to restaurants and grocery stores. Pool was great! Super helpful that there was a crib, high chair, umbrella strollers, baby gate, and double stroller!

Excellent!

We had a wonderful stay! Property was clean and spacious. We spent countless hours in the pool and hot tub, very clean and well maintained. Highly recommend. We will definitely stay here again.

Comfortable, homey place

I was very impressed at how thoughtful this home was for those with small children up through older children. It had a crib, high chair, baby walker, blown up pool toys, and older kids game tables in the garage. The pictures accurately reflect the house. It was very clean. The pool and hot tub were one of the reasons I chose this. I opted to have the pool heated as I wanted the kids to enjoy it in the evening-and they did. They do a nice job with this house. I would recommend it.

Great location for Disney!

Clean property, with what appears to be brand new carpet. Pool is heated upon request and a great size. Appliances are all in great shape. House is nice for a toddler, I wasn’t stressed about what he was into. Location is good for Disney, Universal is farther but still very doable. Easy communication with the owner and we were not left with a huge to do list at checkout. Would absolutely stay here again!

Great stay at Summer Place Loop

Very clean property, great location (which was not actually Hunter's Creek but Summer Place Loop). The property's blinds, sockets and lights need some maintenance which I highlighted to the owner at the time. Also some of the beds are creaky. Overall though, we had a great stay and the property is located well for getting to Disney.

My family and I stayed here, the house was clean & very nice! Very accommodating for a large family like mine, especially for people traveling with toddlers/babies. We will 100% be staying here again on any future trips to Disney.

Wonderful Pool

The pool at this property was well maintained and was the focal point of our vacation. The furnishings and amenities in the home were as expected for the price point of the rental. We would stay again just to enjoy the pool, my kids were in love with swimming right out the back door.

Nice spot for a family

We really enjoyed the property and having the private pool and spa to relax in after a long day at the parks worked well. I was annoyed that I couldn’t put our breakfast foods on the cabinet without tiny ants immediately swarming and getting in everything. I would certainly recommend the property with a little warning about the ants and pain to heat the spa doesn’t mean it’s actually going to be warm. That may just be life in Florida.

Family vacation

We enjoyed our stay. House was beautiful. The only thing we weren't happy with was that the pool. The pool was missing the filter cover at the bottom of the pool and my grandson cut his toe pretty bad. We let the property manager know and the host right away. They were nice and said they would take care of it. Over all we had a wonderful visit.
