Lovely river view home. Interior has been completely updated and a calming vibe. Outdoor space provides a great space to entertain and take advantage of the river view. We loved it!

Beautiful House, Great River Views, Access to Bike Trail

Rivers Edge II is beautifully decorated and thoughtfully appointed. The house had everything we could need for a stay. With a deck right on the river, the location is perfect to sit and watch the Mississippi flow or to ride the Great River Road bike trail right outside. We stayed on the hottest day of the year so far, and the air conditioner had an issue. The owner had someone there to service quickly, and it was fixed the same day. We are looking forward to another stay in the near future.

Wonderful inside and out!

While a bit hard to find if arriving after dark, this property is definitely worth it! The water views from every room and the deck are even better than the pictures, and the interior is just as nice - spacious, clean and well-appointed with small but impactful touches of comfort and convenience like throw blankets, night lights, and holiday decor. Look forward to staying again!

Relaxing Getaway

Exceptional home !! Beautifully decorated, extremely clean and well kept ! You can tell owners take pride in their home !! Gorgeous views of the river with stunning sunsets ! Home has all you need. Owners are very responsive ! This was our third visit and plan to keep this a tradition.

Awesome in Every Way

This property is amazing. We celebrated Mother's Day with a big brunch out on the covered deck overlooking the river. The big kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, plates and glasses and utensils and hot pads... everything we needed. The decorating is professional quality: beautiful and relaxing with lots of unexpected touches. The place was spotlessly clean too! Thanks so much for making this available for us to enjoy.

Beautifully decorated house, well furnished.

Right on the river, can have coffee on the covered patio and watch the river. Close to I-80 bridge, but with the windows closed, the sound is gone. One of the better furnished houses we’ve stayed in. And everything is top of line from the refrigerator to the coffee pot! A wonderful breakfast (and lunch, dinner) diner less than half mile away. Easily and safely walkable on the bike trail that runs by the back yard.

Perfect Quiet Getaway

This was our second stay at Rivers Edge II. We had beautiful weather and enjoyed our days out on the deck. The fish were biting as well !! Our third stay is already on the books! Dan is a wonderful host !! We’ve recommended our favorite spot to our neighbors. Very peaceful area, Dan’s home is immaculate !!

Great place to stay

We stayed a couple days because of a family event in the area and enjoyed our stay. The view of the river was nice and there is a walking/biking/running path from the house to a park and beyond that runs along the river that we enjoyed. Also, the Brothers restaurant down the street had great food.
