Nyligen renoverad rökfri 2 sovrum 2 badrum lägenhet i den mycket önskade Sandcastles Condominium komplex. Stor uppvärmd utomhuspool och spa. Tennisbanor. Enkelt checka in med knappsatsen. Denna lägenhet vid havet på första våningen har en härlig privat uteplats där du kan njuta av morgonsoluppgången och måltiderna vid utomhusbordet. Detta är den närmaste lägenheten till strandgången. Stora rum med massor av förvaring. Mycket väl utrustad med allt du behöver för en avkopplande och rolig strandsemester. Strandstolar och parasoller, sandleksaker och boogiebrädor. Vackra träflisgolv i hela lägenheten. Rostfria vitvaror i köket. Bekväma nya madrasser och massor av förvaring. King size-säng i master, queen size-säng, dubbelsäng sovrum med två skum, och 1 tvilling- och 1 queen luftmadrasser i gäst sovrummet. Gott om lakan, filtar och kuddar, bad- och badhanddukar. Tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Natuzzi italiensk skinnsoffa, kärlekssits och elstol. Smart-TV i vardagsrummet och båda sovrummen. Massor av brädspel och böcker. Gå i dusch i Master, badkar / dusch i gästbadrum. Gå ut på stranden och ha en fantastisk utsikt över raketlanseringarna från rymdcentret. Vi är omgiven av shopping, livsmedel och restauranger. Ett underbart gym ligger 1 minut norrut, och yogastudioer 4 minuter bort. Bara en timmes bilresa till Orlando Int flygplats och Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World etc.! 5 min till den världsberömda Ron Jons surfbutik, 10 min till hamnen i Canaveral där det finns flera restauranger, fiske charterbåtar och kryssningsfartyg. Kennedy Space Center ligger också nära.

Lovely little beach getaway! The condo is extremely clean and well cared for. Plenty of space. Having a washer & dryer was a nice benefit. Lots of beach toys and sports equipment. Schlage e-lock made coming/going super convenient and the location of the condo is ideal. Would love to visit again!

Beautiful condo! Clean, comfortable, well stocked, well maintained! Kitchen has everything you need! Beach chairs and umbrellas are in great shape! Excellent location for families with young children. Owners do a great job maintaining and keeping up-to-date this unit. They are easy to get ahold of and respond quickly.

Great beach home!

This place was great! So comfortable, TONS of amenities (beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, games, toys, etc) and the most convenient location to the beautiful beach. Would totally recommend to others and come back again ourselves!

Great Sandcastles Condo!!

The condo is beautiful and so well-stocked. Even down to the beach games. The owners were easy to reach and communicate with. You can't get any closer to the beach gate. The pool is perfect. We were sad to leave.

Excellent beach retreat

Everything was so easy! Check in instructions, check out instructions, condo had everything you need and was as close to the beach as you could get! Condo was modern and very well kept!

Beautiful Beautiful condo right on the beach ❤️

We were actually so relaxed. We had major hurricane Milton come through and our was so extremely accommodating. Really nice. Beach was beautiful. Great!! Plan to return. So very lovely.

Great Owners, Great Property!

This was our second stay in this condo, but one of many at this resort- Cindy and Sheri's condos are by far the best. Wonderful, clean, and cozy paired with amazing hospitality. Love these condos!

Great place to stay

The condo is very clean and updated, all new appliances, coffee makers, utensils all in good order. There is a closet with beach chairs, boogie boards and towels. We really didn’t need anything but our personal items. We enjoyed our stay and would rebook in the future.

Family Time

Our stay in this beautiful condo was fantastic. We spent our days at the beach, pool, and relaxing. We will most definitely be back. The ground floor was great since we had a 2 year old. Easy access to beach and pool. The property grounds were nice and clean with great stations to wash off the sand.

My husband and I have been staying in Sandcastle condo at Coco Beach for many years. This unit was the most comfortable and welcoming that we have ever stayed in. Our hosts, Sheri and Cindy were very accommodating and easy to communicate with. Check in instructions were provided ahead of time and were easy to understand. The unit was beautiful, very comfortable and well stocked. We had a wonderful time and plan to stay there again! We highly recommend!

Best/Most stocked condo EVER

This property lived up the the great reviews and more! We really liked the first floor location. We could watch the sunrise and cruise ships while sitting on the loveseat! So nicely decorated and comfortable. Will definitely recommend this condo and hopefully can come back someday. If you like Italian check out Brano’s. Best restaurant all week! Thank-you

Epitome of Convenience!

Cindy and Sheri have put so much love into their condo. We visited during Christmas and were greeted with tasteful holiday decor. The hand soaps were even holiday-scented! Pictures don't do justice, the condo was spacious and homey, welcoming with a cheerful ambiance to match the soft white sand just beyond the sliding doors. Cindy and Sheri reached out if we needed anything, offering information about events and attractions nearby. There was so much storage! We had space to put everything we brought with us. The kitchen was well appointed with two coffee machines, complimentary coffee (many in holiday flavors!), modern appliances, and plenty of dishwares. I was delighted to see complimentary toiletries and paper towels of better quality, not the cheap kind. The kids loved the provided beach toys; we loved the provided beach chairs and boards. There was an abundance of towels which I've learned is necessary while vacationing on a beach! The master bed was incredibly comfortable, so too were the soft leather sofas. The condo was steps from the pool, steps from the outdoor shower sprinklers, and best of all, steps from the ocean. The location was prime and the epitome of convenience. Loading and unloading our belongings, the grocery was a breeze. We were the envy of so many and received countless compliments from passersby. There was so much to love; it made our vacation that much sweeter. Sheri and Cindy prepared their home like we were the dearest of friends revisiting after many years apart.

The condo was absolutely wonderful! With two little kids the condo was very kid friendly. The beach access was literally right outside the back door and the pool was a definite hit! We went exploring and went to the Kennedy Space Center and other places. The kids really loved looking for sea shells and seeing the sea turtle nests! This place was a wonderful vacation for my family.

Ocean retreat

This space is amazing. It was like being at home with absolutely everything we needed to enjoy our trip. We traveled from Maine and find have to worry about all the little things that would be needed to enjoy a day at the beach or a relaxing evening at “home”. All we needed to bring was our clothes and food. The owners have put a lot of thought into providing everything needed for a stress free stay.

We can’t say enough positive comments about this property! From the cleanliness of the condo, the way it is decorated and the first floor access to the beach made this a 5 star plus stay! We were even able to see a Space X rocket launch from the beach! Communication with the host was great! I would highly recommend After Dune Delight and will be anxious to stay here again in 2023!

Best Condo Ever

This condo was amazing. It was modern and so cute, super clean, and had so many things available to use. It was so comfortable like staying in your own home but transported to the beach. You can tell the owners take a lot of time to ensure the comfort of their guests. Very detailed notes and communication made for a super easy checkin in, stay, and check out. Loved loved our time here and the memories we made. Thank you!

Great family vacation!

We had a great time at Cocoa Beach. The condo & beach are beautiful! The condo is super clean with every amenity we could ever hope for. Our boys loved all the beach toys that were available to use. Location was a short drive to plenty of places to eat and shop. Owners were great and answered questions quickly. Hope to stay here next year!

We are two sisters who love the beach. We are 4th generation native Floridians. We have spent may years renting beach condos, and finally were able to get our forever condos to enjoy with our friends and families. From the many years of renting we have learned what is important to have in our rental condos for our guests. Everything and more of what you need to have fun, as well as be relaxed and stress free.

Varför värden valde detta boende

We had rented many years at Sandcastles. Although we have stayed at several Condominiums in Cocoa Beach and Cape Canaveral , Sandcastles was always the best! The condos are very large and the bedrooms are big. We are within walking distance to yummy restaurants and stores, and close to everything else by car.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

40 steps out your sliding glass doors to the sand. The closest condo to the beach walkway and wash off area. Being on the first floor it is easy access to just pull your vehicle up On the curb and unload groceries and luggage before parking.
