Beautiful and Cozy

I had the pleasure of staying as my daughter’s softball team, University of Dayton, seated first in the A10 Championship. The place was beautiful and very clean. Close to restaurants and grocery stores. I will stay again when I return to the area.

Perfect stay

Great location, very clean. On site parking was very helpful in the city. We were able to walk to get food/coffee. Would absolutely stay here again on any return visits.

Def Tones 2025

Make a quick trip down for a concert and to explore the city. House was clean and had everything we needed in it. Instructions were clear on checkin in and out process.

Great location in DC!

The property was exactly as described on the listing! Very clean and a wonderful neighborhood. We felt so safe walking to and from the metro even sometimes fairly late at night. The host was so quick and thorough with responses! If we ever make our way back to DC we would definitely stay here again!

Quick Weekend Trip

We stayed here for the Rock N Roll half marathon and it was perfect!!! They have an open garage where you can park, which if you have a bigger vehicle can be a little tricky (we have a Tacoma and had no issues), but SUPER cute neighborhood and only about a 7-8 min walk to the nearest metro station!

Quite Neighborhood

Walking distance to everything we wanted to do. This property fit the wife, me and our teen comfortably. This place has everything you need and theres a Safeway a couple blocks down to get everything else. Thank you for letting us use your place.

Great for small gatherings

Had dinner with some friends, great stay no complaints, this is a shared space and owners do stay above you. I personally didn’t have an issue with that but I didn’t see it advertised on listing. Outside of that I’d gladly stay again

Nice apartment in a convenient location.

We had a nice stay. The sofa bed in the living room only functioned as a couch but there was an extra matress. This location is about a 15 minute walk to the metro.

Fantastic stay!

The place is great and we have a terrific time! The perfect amount of space for a teen and two adults. Everything is close and having the parking space was a huge benefit. Definitely recommend!!

Family stay in DC

This was the perfect place for my husband, daughter and I to stay to see DC. We appreciated having a place to park. It was quiet and close to a Safeway & Trader Joe’s. After being out all day we all enjoyed going “home” and relaxing. We also needed the kitchen, washer and dryer. I gave 4 stars for accuracy & cleanliness due to the shower door being off and there being a clear curtain. That grossed out my husband & I. Also, on our first day I stepped on a piece of glass in the bathroom & cut my foot. When I opened the washing machine, there was a bunch of brown hair that fell out. The only other issues was that we didn’t see a TV remote, so we just used our phones, wasn’t a big deal. Then there is a piece of paper taped over the microwave, which I thought was weird. I’m telling the bad, but we loved the location and it was very comfortable. It really was what we needed for this trip. We would stay here again if we came back. Communication was quick and easy. Plenty of pillows and blankets. My daughter slept well on the couch & the bed is comfortable, which at most other rentals I haven’t found that to be the case. Check out was a breeze. It really was a great experience. We enjoyed DC! Parking is a challenge, but there is so much to do.

D.C. Vacation for 5

We had three main criteria for selecting a place to stay: cleanliness, location and reasonable pricing. This place checked those boxes and more! The Metro is an easy 10 minute walk, so it was not necessary for us to rent a car or Uber. Only a 5 minute walk away was an excellent grocery store, which was great for nights we decided to stay in. The owners were terrific hosts, answering all our questions in a timely manner. We have three teens, and the space was ample for all five of us. We'd return in a heartbeat!

Beautiful Property in a Beautiful Neighborhood

If this property is something you're considering - just book it now! It is quiet, safe, convenient walk to a new Safeway, wonderful walking neighborhood. Appliances are high end and in perfect working order. The hosts have done a thoughtful job of providing many basic amenities. Keurig and coffee pods, ample detergent for the clothes washer, plenty of paper products. Wifi is fast and supports streaming. The hosts live in the two upper floors (the rental has a separate and private entrance), and they have a toddler. You will sometimes hear the pitter patter of little feet, but there was not any disruption at all, and it was always quiet above until at least 8:00 a.m. We enjoyed 9 days there, and would be thrilled to return.

Family Trip to D.C.

Great place to stay, especially for the money. Extremely clean and well stocked with anything you'd need. In walking distance to some great restaurants and the metro station.

Ideal location and convenience

I recently stayed for 3 days after a conference I had. The place was very clean and the entry process was seamless. The neighborhood was in a great spot within the city and I was able to travel easily to different sites in the city. Overall a wonderful experience. The only thing negative I can say (which is uncontrollable) is that you could hear some noise from the unit above because of the set up of the building. This was during reasonable hours though and was only a minor nuisance. Otherwise, this staywas great! I would definitely stay again!
