What a great vacation

Very spacious! We wanted to stay on the beach because we have 2 young kids and didn’t want to have to deal with car seats and parking all to rush home for nap. This location was perfect. 3 min walk to the beach. 60 seconds to Main Street for some delicious restaurants and gelato! 2 spacious rooftop decks, balconies, so much room you could get lost. Way too big for our little family. They had beach toys for us to use, bikes, chairs, beach towels, garage to park in or free street parking. Our truck wouldn’t fit in the garage so we street parked and were always able to get very close to the property. Owner and manager were very nice and I am confident if we had come across any issues that they would have dealt with it in a timely manner. 15 min walk to the pier. Comfortable beds. Washer and dryer. Almost forgot about the community garden across the street! So fun to stroll past. Huge butterflies. Stay here.

Great Stay Near the Beach

The house is comfortable, well stocked and very well located. There is a bit of street noise on the side of the house that faces a busy road, but it wasn’t a big issue. Walking distance not only to the beach but to many shops and restaurants on Main St!

This is where you want to stay....

This house is spacious with a really fun configuration and the beach is only a short walk away. One of the rooftop patios has a clear view of the ocean. Olga was an amazing host. She checked in a few times to make sure we had everything we needed. There are also some great restaurants and coffee shops close by. We can't recommend this place enough.

Excellent location near beach, Urth Cafe, Main Street and Santa Monica Promenade !

Family reunion - we enjoyed the house as a perfect home base for a variety of activities on the beach, Venice and Santa Monica. Olga and the house ownership team were responsive and helpful ! All good.

Perfect location and beautiful home with superb communication with the host and property manager!

We hope to return to this lovely spot, close to beach restaurants and shops. The home has a stunning design, immaculately clean, and Olga was communicative and responsive when needed.

So happy with this property. Unique floor plan, lots of light, very clean, great location! Thoroughly enjoyed our time and would love to stay again. Cherry on top was a lovely community garden across the street.

Stunning Home & Location

From start to finish this was the easiest stay thus far. The home was even better in person. The Hosts were exactly what all hosts should be. They met us upon arrival and checked in with us during the stay. Everything was easy and we could focus all our attention to our family vacation! Definitely will be staying at their properties again. The biggest thank you for the amazing place and experience!

Highly Recommend!

Loved this home, fun and unique floor plan, great location, and clean. Appreciated the home tour when we arrived and the easy communication. We could easily walk to restaurants, coffee shops, the beach and the pier! Would stay here again if we’re back in the area.

Good communication and location, and has many amenities available at the house (although we did not use the bikes and beach chairs those are available). Lots of space for our family of 6 and very clean.

A wonderful and safe place while visiting LA

The house is super clean and well maintained. The location is great! The beach is just a block away and the Santa Monica pier just a few minutes. Main street shopping and restaurants are also just a block away in the other direction. One small issue came up concerning the (fabulous) kitchen. I mention this only because it is noteworthy how fast James took care of it. It‘s nice to have a landlord interested in making your stay as comfortable as possible. Thanks James & Olga.

This place was perfect!

This house was the perfect place for our family of 5 to escape to for the week for Spring Break. There was more than enough room for all of us and we enjoyed extra perks like the rooftop deck and pool table. The proximity to restaurants, beach and freeways was a huge help. The communication with the owner and host was also seamless. Definitely would stay again. Thanks!

Great Spot

Location, great. Condition great. Exactly as described. Manager great in every respect. One situation with garage door, (error on our part) but turned out that it was not an issue at all. Had to call manager late in evening and they picked up right away. Good feeling to know they were reachable at anytime. Would do this one again in a heartbeat.

Fantastic house and location!

We loved our stay at this home. The communication with the property manager was excellent. The location allowed us to walk everywhere, and it was so close to the beach! House was in pristine condition, clean and fabulous furnishings. We would definiatley stay here again.
