Vackert renoverat 1 sovrum, 1 badrum semesteruthyrning med en privat trädgård. Mycket rent och ljust, smakfullt dekorerat, coolt och avkopplande.
Mittemot Famous Warm Mineral Springs och en kort bilresa från tre stora stränder: Venice Beach, Manasota Beach och bara 35 min. borta från nr 1-stranden i Nordamerika: Siesta Key Beach!
Nära till affärer och restauranger. Mycket lugnt och säkert område.
Huset i sig är en bungalow-duplex som har två fristående enheter. Du har tillgång till din privata enhet, parkeringsplats och trädgårdsutrymme.
Lanai, trädgård och tvätt delas mellan enheterna.
Denna enhet har ett fullt utrustat kök med alla nödvändiga tillbehör (mikrovågsugn, kaffebryggare, disk, grytor och kastruller etc.); vackert och mysigt familjerum med en mjuk soffa och TV med underhållningskanaler. Det finns en trådlös internetuppkoppling överallt i enheten.
Det finns ett sovrum med två dubbelsängar. Enheten har ett toalett (handdukar tillhandahålls). Trädgården har vackra träd.

Close to everything

We had a wonderful stay at this home. It was very close to stores and restaurants and not too long of a drive to Sarasota and the beaches. The home had everything we needed for our stay and Marina was very quick to answer if I had any questions. I would definitely stay again!

Comfortable Convenience

This apartment was very cute, in a good location. It was a quiet neighborhood. There were guests on the other side of the duplex but I didn't hear them. Perfect for me this trip.

off the beaten path

It was OK for a short trip. It's a converted garage into a living room and kitchen. Kitchen was good for breakfast but not for cooking a dinner. There is a step down from the bedroom which is part of the original house into the converted garage area that for seniors, is a trip hazard. I had to put tape across the edge to alert me of the lip.Laundry room is an outside entrance and not well lit at night. Driveway is for one car but the building is split in 2 apartments so you have to share it with another car. Could use a paint of coat for sure. This was a one time only booking.

Nice Property at a great price

This is a nice small unit, great for a couple or 2 friends who don't mind sharing a bedroom. The two double beds still allow walking space and are not too crowded. The kitchen/living area is quite comfortable, though a little dark for my taste. The lanai is lovely, wish the weather had been more cooperative so I could have enjoyed it a lot more. The bath is small but has everything you need. The location was ideal for me as I was visiting my son and his family who live in North Port. It is close enough to Sarasota for a day visit as well as Fort Myers. I would definitely stay again if I need a place that fits in their minimum time limits.

Very Pleasant

Lodging was in short supply last month after the hurricane. We found this rental and were very pleased with both the unit and the price. Marina is a conscientious hostess providing a very clean, well--ordered duplex apartment in a quiet neighborhood. No complaints whatsoever; we will return if needed in the future.

A Definite YES to staying here again...

Perfect location. Quiet neighborhood. Centrally located between Venice and Port Charles/Punta Gorda and close to Englewood. Sarasota is also just a short drive away. Easy access and check-in. All the amenities that we needed including laundry, office space, a lanai for sitting and drinking morning coffee. Very clean and tidy. Marlina, our hostess, was accommodating and great with communication. Very reasonably priced and well-worth the stay. Will definitely stay here again.

Nice Affordable Flordia Getaway

Overall the property was great and I greatly enjoyed my time spend in the North Port area exploring beaches and local parks. Marina was quick to respond to any and all questions which I greatly appreciated. The Lanai was the best part of the property to enjoy in the mornings with a cup of coffee and a book! The place was pretty clean other than the floor of the shower which could use a good scrubbing! The place is represented well by the pictures in the posting and the kitchen is pretty well stocked to cook most meals. Also just note that since the property is right across from the Warm Mineral Springs many days there is a strong sulfur odor around the property.

Great place with excellent host!

Marina is an excellent host and the place is very clean , great location , easy access to everything, the communication with her was excellent and quick response, very cozy place with everything we need it. I would definitely recommend this place and stay again when visiting the area .

The owner of the place, Marina is a very very friendly ladie, always was on top of everything that I had a question about, place was clean and comfortable to stay in. Very convenient to arounding. Awesome place to stay at.

Property was very clean, nice cold a/c, close to stores. Lots of things Included, making you feel like home: knifes, can openers, cups, plates, bowls, kitchen pans to cook in, fridge, washing mashing etc. All you need is your clothes, and a tooth brush, a trip to a store for food and that's it!!!! Owner is very nice too, you won't regret it. Will definitely stay there in few months.!!!

Charming

We spent a month here, and were very pleased with the apartment. It's well equipped and was perfectly clean when we arrived. The pictures are very representatives. The Warm Mineral Springs are just across the street and you can walk there. As we love beaches, it's at reasonable distance and we could try them all in the vicinity. Finally, we had the opportunity to meet Marina. She is a very charming person, kind and generous.

Our Sweet Bungalow in North Port

We loved every second here. Our place was immaculate, comfy and, perfect for us. Very quiet area. A week before leaving we tried to re-book for next year, but, sorry to say - someone beat us to it. The location couldn't be better - everything was nearby - shopping, beaches, lots of restaurants and even the Hot Mineral Springs (right across the street!) Our neighbors became good friends. It was the best month - stress-free and so much fun. Thank you, Marina!!
