Mittemot Famous Warm Mineral Springs och en kort bilresa frÄn tre stora strÀnder: Venice Beach, Manasota Beach och bara 35 min. borta frÄn nr 1-stranden i Nordamerika: Siesta Key Beach!
NÀra till affÀrer och restauranger. Mycket lugnt och sÀkert omrÄde.
Huset i sig Àr en bungalow-duplex som har tvÄ fristÄende enheter. Du har tillgÄng till din privata enhet, parkeringsplats och trÀdgÄrdsutrymme.

A quick visit to look at snow bird homes

This was the perfect place for us! Location was wonderful, kitchen was well stocked, very nice shower, beds comfy and I Ioved the sheets. The washer and dryer were great to go home with clean clothes and our host was extremely responsive. We will be back!!

off the beaten path

It was OK for a short trip. It's a converted garage into a living room and kitchen. Kitchen was good for breakfast but not for cooking a dinner. There is a step down from the bedroom which is part of the original house into the converted garage area that for seniors, is a trip hazard. I had to put tape across the edge to alert me of the lip.Laundry room is an outside entrance and not well lit at night. Driveway is for one car but the building is split in 2 apartments so you have to share it with another car. Could use a paint of coat for sure. This was a one time only booking.

Comfortable Convenience

This apartment was very cute, in a good location. It was a quiet neighborhood. There were guests on the other side of the duplex but I didn't hear them. Perfect for me this trip.

Close to everything

We had a wonderful stay at this home. It was very close to stores and restaurants and not too long of a drive to Sarasota and the beaches. The home had everything we needed for our stay and Marina was very quick to answer if I had any questions. I would definitely stay again!

Very Pleasant

Lodging was in short supply last month after the hurricane. We found this rental and were very pleased with both the unit and the price. Marina is a conscientious hostess providing a very clean, well--ordered duplex apartment in a quiet neighborhood. No complaints whatsoever; we will return if needed in the future.

If you are planning to go everyday to the Mineral Springs, Marina’s location is perfect! And yes, she’s easy to communicate with.

A Definite YES to staying here again...

Perfect location. Quiet neighborhood. Centrally located between Venice and Port Charles/Punta Gorda and close to Englewood. Sarasota is also just a short drive away. Easy access and check-in. All the amenities that we needed including laundry, office space, a lanai for sitting and drinking morning coffee. Very clean and tidy. Marlina, our hostess, was accommodating and great with communication. Very reasonably priced and well-worth the stay. Will definitely stay here again.

Nice Affordable Flordia Getaway

Overall the property was great and I greatly enjoyed my time spend in the North Port area exploring beaches and local parks. Marina was quick to respond to any and all questions which I greatly appreciated. The Lanai was the best part of the property to enjoy in the mornings with a cup of coffee and a book! The place was pretty clean other than the floor of the shower which could use a good scrubbing! The place is represented well by the pictures in the posting and the kitchen is pretty well stocked to cook most meals. Also just note that since the property is right across from the Warm Mineral Springs many days there is a strong sulfur odor around the property.

Great place with excellent host!

Marina is an excellent host and the place is very clean , great location , easy access to everything, the communication with her was excellent and quick response, very cozy place with everything we need it. I would definitely recommend this place and stay again when visiting the area .

Very comfortable and convenient place

The owner of the place, Marina is a very very friendly ladie, always was on top of everything that I had a question about, place was clean and comfortable to stay in. Very convenient to arounding. Marina was so helpful and did everything that she could, about anything that we had a question of. Very happy with the stay and with the place and especially with Marina's kindness. Awesome place to stay at.

Property was very clean, nice cold a/c, close to stores. Lots of things Included, making you feel like home: knifes, can openers, cups, plates, bowls, kitchen pans to cook in, fridge, washing mashing etc. All you need is your clothes, and a tooth brush, a trip to a store for food and that's it!!!! Owner is very nice too, you won't regret it. Will definitely stay there in few months.!!!

Charming

We spent a month here, and were very pleased with the apartment. It's well equipped and was perfectly clean when we arrived. The pictures are very representatives. The Warm Mineral Springs are just across the street and you can walk there. As we love beaches, it's at reasonable distance and we could try them all in the vicinity. Finally, we had the opportunity to meet Marina. She is a very charming person, kind and generous.
