A lovely villa in Dripping Springs that sleeps up to 5 guests

This is to reserve the Serenity Guesthouse. This guest space is 560 SF studio space with 1 king bed, 1 trundle and 1 queen fold out sofa.

The space has a full kitchen with all kitchen essentials - pots, pans, spices, dishes, silverware, toaster, coffee maker, coffee, sugar, creamer, etc. The space also has a full bathroom with shower, sink and toilet and provides shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, blow dryer, storage space, hamper, toilet paper, towels, hand towels & washcloths.

There is a TV with Netflix provided and options to log into your own Hulu, Roku or ESPN+ accounts.

Serenity Guesthouse is a guest quarters on 5 acres. The main house is next door and the owners offer privacy during your stay.

The front porch has charcoal grill and charming seating area.

Pet Policy: 2 pets maximum, $15 fee per pet

- We are a short term retreat and only allow for stays up to 7 days in a 30 day period at any of our managed properties.

-There is a neighborhood park 2 minutes down the road that has a fishing pond, basketball court and playground.
-Reimers Ranch Park is also nearby with great fishing opportunities. Fishing poles & basketballs are provided free of charge to guests.
-D6 Retreat boutique resort is just up the road with pool, firepit, & hiking ($15 pool pass required May through August)
-Hamilton Pool just around the corner!
-Lots of great restaurants & antique shops nearby including Proof & Cooper, Tillie's, Mazama Coffee

Access to neighboring D6 Retreat is available and includes pool & hiking access ($15 pool pass required May through August) and is unlimited during your stay. Please note that the pool is not heated. Cold plunges welcome if done responsibly and safely! We 100% support the benefits of the cold for healing and wellness!

Nearby 13 Acres Retreat offers yoga/meditation classes and is included with your stay. Weekend class schedule and private session info will be sent upon booking.

Great Stay

Watch yourself

Location remote… has a platform king size bed that is difficult to get into and if have to get up in middle of night can potentially make you fall off platform which has a trundle bed underneath. Is housed in the end of a warehouse… not the greatest appeal

Great little getaway from the city

I only stayed a night and quickly regretted not booking another night! This is the perfect place if you want to escape the big city. The owners were great and quickly answered any questions I had. I highly recommend staying here!

Exactly what we needed

This was the perfect stay for a few nights while in town for a wedding. We and our dogs felt very comfortable here enjoying the peace of nature.

Great option if attending a wedding in the area!

Perfect escape from the city

I was in search of a pretty, calm place to get some studying done. I was studying for a big licensure exam later in the week (spoiler: I passed!). This place was PERFECT! I had privacy, my dogs were able to come with me, and the area was so pretty. The stars are so bright out there! You just can't get that in the city. The host was extremely responsive and very pleasant to interact with over email and text. I wish I had stayed another night because it really is beautiful out there. I definitely plan to come back when I can do more fun things. I highly recommend this place.

peaceful, quiet and perfect

We were in town for a wedding and booked it kind of last minute. We were more than pleased with the location, cleanliness and layout of the place. it was quiet, secluded and exactly what we were looking for. The host was quick to respond and answer any questions we had and very welcoming and friendly. I'm not sure if I will ever be in Dripping Springs again, but if we are, we will definitely stay here again. By the way, Dripping Springs is a beautiful place and has a lot to see and do. If you enjoy seeing deer, this is the perfect place.

Excellent experience

The cottage was so nice and comfortable for myself and my two dogs. We appreciated all of the supplies provided- we had everything we needed for a nice quiet week. My pups really enjoyed sniffing about the large yard. Would definitely recommend for a comfortable and quiet stay.

Dripping Skies

Though our short stay was cloudy and rainy it was a nice cozy retreat after hiking and exploring the breweries. It felt secluded and private. It's become a slight annoyance after a pleasant stay to get a list of chores. It makes me wonder what our cleaning fee is for. I have always been a courteous VRBO guest leaving the place in order. I don't mind the kind reminders to put all towels in the bathroom or clean the dishes. I do find stripping the bed, doing laundry, and taking out garbage a bit much of an ask.

It just needed windows!

The rental was nice and clean, the rug in the living area was not there so we had to bring rugs for my dog who does not like slick floors. And my only regret is that there were no windows to be able to enjoy the countryside that we drove, so far to enjoy . The other challenge was getting in and out of the bed. For old people climbing around on our hands and knees to get into the bed was very challenging. And then there’s getting out of the bed! So this is obviously not a situation for less ambulatory senior citizens. And for that reason, I did not strip the sheets like was asked me. I don’t think they would want to have an Insurance claim on my injuries if I tried to wrestle sheets off of bed!

Awesome stay!

My wife, dogs, and I can't say enough good things about our stay here. Everything was wonderful including the easy check-in/access, great amenities, cleanliness, and fantastic communication. We really loved the comfortable king-size bed. Hope to be back someday for a longer stay.

Literal breath of fresh air

We loved being off the beaten path in this perfectly-arranged, comfortable, CLEAN home. It was absolutely the right size and atmosphere for my husband, our golden retriever, and me. The dark skies, fresh air, and remote yet convenient-to-needs location. I cannot think of any of our needs that were not met and exceeded. Highly recommend for any travelers wanting a quiet and peaceful retreat.

Terrific little spot for a quick get away. This was perfectly situated for us as we attended a wedding close by. Nice option rather than a stuffy hotel room. Super quiet and could have spent another night just relaxing at this location.
