Great Stay

Nice family week stay

We came to ptown for our first time for family week. We enjoyed our stay - there was enough space for our family of 4. The kitchen was well stocked so we were able to prepare many of our meals. The hosts were very nice and left us a bottle of wine and sent us a gift card for a coffee shop. One thing for parents to keep in mind is that the stairs are very steep. Our kids were old enough that it was manageable but if you are lugging strollers, wagons, etc it would be tough. Also there wasn’t quite enough bike storage for a family of 4.

Perfect Ptown stay

This cozy condo could not be more perfectly located – it's in the heart of town, with a little added quiet since it's a short block up from Commercial St. The unit has all the basics covered and we had excellent communication with the hosts, who left us thoughtful welcome gifts and were incredibly responsive. Highly recommend this spot!

Great location - couldn't be better!

This house is in a great location, just steps away from the bustling activity of Commercial Street but tucked far enough away to be quite peaceful. Plenty of restaurants and shops are a stones throw away, along with bike rentals. The host was very responsive to inquiries and the neighbors who share the condo space were very friendly. It was very inviting to walk in and have a bottle of wine waiting for you -- excellent after a long drive when you just want to relax! As a tall guy, many places in Ptown have a lot of low ceilings and other challenges. Fortunately I had no such problems in this location. Would definitely stay here again!

Awesome place for our P-Town stay!

We had a great stay at Rob, Michael, and Tim's place. The location is very convenient to everything and well appointed with all of the necessities. Rob was very responsive and accommodating throughout our visit. Thank again guys!

Perfect Getaway Location

The home is perfectly situated to all Provincetown has to offer! Convenient to both the grocery store, gym, bike rentals, and walkable to all of Commercial Street's bars, restaurants, shops, and galleries... yet still quietly located just off the main streets. The owners are communicative and helpful.

Nice place

We enjoyed our stay in PTown a great deal. The apartment was as photographed and clean and tidy. The AC in the master bedroom needs some attention, kept the place cool but was hella-noisy. Overall a great stay, would highly recommend.

The Perfect Spot

We very much enjoyed our stay at 23 Conant. The location was perfect, the condo was clean and spacious (bigger than you think it is - the deck was such a bonus) and the vibe was just right (Cher coasters!). The property managers/owners were immediately responsive and super sweet (they provided a coffee gift card). We would absolutely rent this property, again.

Great get-away

The condo is well stocked and in a great location. It was a nice touch to have a bottle of wine from a NY winery. The owners were very responsive to any questions we had and we would hope to stay there again.

Cute Condo on Conant St

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. The location is excellent. It was a plus to have a parking spot because parking is not easy in Provincetown. The condo is completely equipped. We used the BBQ and sat outside on the balcony to eat dinner. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean and perfect location to the downtown area of Provincetown . We would definitely stay here again.

A Provincetown Gem

We stepped into a cozy, immaculate, home away from home! From inception to departures, the communication has been spot on. A bottle of wine was left on the kitchen counter for us, which was so kind. With 2 bedrooms, my husband and I were given ample room to store our belongings. Each room has fan and air conditioning. The toilet room boasts an update shower and it's a perfect size. The living room is perfect for lounging and the kitchen is just right to cook a romantic meal or have cocktails. Can we talk about the deck outside? What better way to take in the summer air and sunshine by sitting out on the upstairs deck connected to the home. You will find flowers and a stunning tree providing shade. We will definitely recommend this humble abode to our friends family. It is JUST minutes away from our favorite bar, Monkey Bar and Thai restaurant, Johnny Thai. Mussel beach is a few skips away. Liz's Cafe is close by and their chicken with waffles is mouth watering. We look forward to our next, magical stay!

Perfect location - close yet quiet!

I booked a getaway week for myself and this was the most perfect location for that. The unit actually seems a little bigger in person than in the photos, and the location is ridiculously convenient - the deck and the parking are just added bonuses. I've stayed in many rentals and this particular unit was one of the top three in terms of cleanliness and having everything as advertised. Hopefully I will be able to book again for summer 2024!

Perfect long weekend!

My partner and our friends absolutely loved our stay in PTown! This unit was the perfect size for 4 people, spotless upon arrival, and so conveniently located that we only used our rental car to go to the beach and back (which could have been done easily on bikes too). Rob, Tim, and Michael are fantastic hosts and we’re already planning out our trip back!
