Excellent stay in a lovely house

This is a great house - spacious for a family of four - and a great location. Bonus was that it was festively decorated for Christmas, which my children loved. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Family Christmas Reunion

We had a great family Christmas get together at this wonderful house in Weaverville, NC. The house was beautifully decorated for Christmas. From the first moment we arrived we felt so welcome. Everything we needed for our weekend was available. I highly recommend this vacation rental.

Spacious home close to Asheville

The house is bigger than it looks on pictures. Very comfortable for a family of 5! It is in a very cute small town Weaverville and close to Asheville and desired attractions. Steep driveway.

Just right!

This lovely home was exactly as described and perfect for our visit to Asheville. Nicely appointed with comfortable furniture and beds with plenty of room for our party of four single adults. (Could easily accommodate 6 if 2 couples shared beds) In addition to the charming decor, there were also tasteful, decorative holiday accessories to enhance the Christmas spirit. The location is easily accessible to drive to downtown Asheville and Biltmore Estate. Our host was very accommodating and responsive to our inquiries. Would definitely return when in the area and highly recommend.

One issue after Another

Home was sold prior to stay and there was one issue after another. First owner of home when I reserved called to request access to pack up the garage while we were staying. That text occurred on Friday when we were 2 hours from arrival. Then on the first night spectrum internet was disconnected and we had no TV, no internet and no HVAC since it was tied to the Wi-Fi. We had to arrange around an electrician to come to try to install new equipment. He was able to disable the thermostat from Wi-Fi so we could get heat/air mid-morning on Saturday. But we didn’t have tv or internet as advertised. I was constantly talking with the previous owner to report / try to address the issues. We had to leave on Sunday due to a family emergency so the previous owner was allowed access on Sunday early. Our vacation felt like I was dealing with constant calls and disruptions. We had to allow the electrician in during our stay. I was provided a contact name and tried to work thru her but was told not to contact her. So I had to talk with the previous owner. The whole situation was disruptive while I was trying to enjoy a nice relaxing vacation. I strongly feel I’m due some form of refund since it was a very stressful situation and not as advertised. I could have stayed home if I had wanted to deal with spectrum.

Annual Thanksgiving Girls Trip

Loved this property. It was exactly as shown on the pictures. Lots of room, very quiet neighborhood. Had a wonderful time at the Biltmore and enjoyed time at the Outlet Center/ Mall.

Great time with Sister and family... lots of fun restaurants.. really love that town and the amazing bakery on the Main Street. We like the access to Asheville without being in the middle of Asheville. Keeping this one on our repeat list!!

Enjoyed the stay in Weaversville, good restaurants, hiking and a hop & jump from Asheville's downtown shopping and restaurants. House had great amenities and convenient to park and groceries.

Warm and inviting home

Like staying with a close friend - charming, well furnished, comfortable beds, pillows and linens, and easy access to Asheville
Weaverville has a cute downtown and great places for breakfast. Patty is a very responsive owner. When an issue with the smoke detectors was shared she called Tom for quick maintenance and resolution. Would highly recommend this home and owner when staying in the Asheville area.

Very pleased with with the house, had everything I needed, quiet neighborhood, location was great(close to Asheville and Weaverville. Clean, ready on time, decorated for the season, all instructions were easy to understand and worked great. Felt secure and safe.

Very clean and nicely decorated.

House was nicely decorated and the added seasonal decor throughout the house made it welcoming. Location to restaurants and grocery stores was good and the lake with walking path at the end of the street was beautiful. Perfect for the 4 of us.

Great location!

My kids and I had a wonderful stay at this location. We went to Lake Louise a couple of times which the kids enjoyed very much. Asheville was not far from this location. The house was very clean and beautiful. It felt like a second home. Complementary coffee was great! The neighbor was nice. I would definitely return to this location. It was a great stay. I highly recommend this home.

Great location!

Our family of 4 stayed here for our visit to Asheville and the surrounding areas. It is conveniently located (15 min) to Asheville, Biltmore (20min). We enjoyed hiking in the Pisgah National Forest, white water rafting and visiting Waynesville and Weaverville. Everyone enjoyed their time here and we’re very comfortable (loved the mattresses). during our stay. Thank you for sharing your home and we hope to visit again.

Very clean, very quiet. Really nice home and nice landscaping. Location is excellent. We walked to Lake Louise park several times. Home is kept for visitors. You don't feel like someone else lives there. We would definitely stay here again.

Delightful stay in Weaverville

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this wonderful home in Weaverville. The house is lovely and comfortable, with many indoor and outdoor options for gathering for meals or drinks. We enjoyed walking to downtown Weaverville for meals and shopping. I would love to come back when we have time to explore the hiking opportunities that are nearby.

Great Family Friendly Home in Weaverville

This home was spotless and a perfect layout for our three generation group. The host provided everything necessary for a comfortable and enjoyable stay and was very responsive to questions. Close proximity to Lake Louise (which has a nice playground for children) and downtown Weaverville (amazing coffee shops and some really great food) was a huge plus. The drive into Asheville was quick (15 minutes or so) and easy.

Excellent property

We had a great time at this house. Everything was perfect! Very comfortable and stylish! Glad they had keurig coffee because we don't use that at home. Pots and pans actually in usable condition. Plenty of towels and wash cloths! The only issue I had was the walls seemed thin. I could hear everyone in the house but my son is 4 and my family might just be loud.
