Atlantis 1202 is one of Ocean City's finest vacation rentals and one of our coziest. This quaint efficiency is perfect for small families. Everything you need is right in one room! This condo is the perfect place for you and your family to call home for a week. Come stay at the Atlantis and make wonderful memories that will last you and your family a lifetime! Please note this unit has no outside balcony. A building registration fee is collected on arrival at the rental property.

Great view and location but had issues

The place was great! We had an amazing time and really enjoyed the view and the short walk to everything in town. The amenities that were offered were just what we needed. The only two problems that we had were that the floor itself was very dirty. We got out of the shower and after walking around, our feet became instantly dirty. The second issue was the AC was not working and we could not cool the place down. The rental people brought us a few fans, however, they brought them 2 hours before we had to check out.

Unexpected Fees, Water Issues

This stay was OK for the short time we were there. I don't believe that we were informed anywhere that the parking permit would be $50, which was a shock after the already high nightly cost of the rental itself. Trying to shower on the first day after getting into the ocean and we found out that the water pressure was a trickle and no hot water was coming out at all. Had to walk down to the 1-person security desk and the employee there was as helpful as he could be, but eventually left saying that there was nothing he could do. We called Shoreline properties and they walked us through opening and closing valves, closing and reopening circuit breakers, and eventually the pressure and hot water increased. I'm not sure why this wasn't checked by anyone before we checked in, but it was very frustrating when you're soaking wet in a towel trying to clean off from the beach. The other issue we encountered was that we found a previous tenants clothing next to one of our beds, which tells us that not too much attention was paid to cleanliness.
